I forgot what his name was but he was the most sweetest caring and helpful tow truck driver I’ve ever had he works with Wall Street towing and he really couldn’t stand to see me cry I’m really sure that he cared not only about helping me with the situation with my car but he also cared about my safety and my well-being. He was a bald white man who wears a bandana, I wish I would’ve gotten his name because he is a real life angel.

They said, 20 minutes, they showed in 15. Way more affordable to get keys out of car then locksmith. Local too. Nice...

The tow truck driver, Jim insisted he was going to tow my car despite explaining to him that I thought a visitors pass would suffice and that it was my first time at the apartment and in an unfamiliar area. He was merciless, evil was literally spewing from his eyes. I was so upset by the encounter. Not because of the insistence to either pay $150 now or $350 when I take it but at the hateful glares and the cruel way he was talking to me. Especially while carrying my year old daughter. Made me so sick to my stomach.

Locked my keys in my car, triple A couldnt get the door open, two other services said they would call back and never followed through, finally tried Wall Street, arrived in about 7 minutes and got the car open in 2 seconds. Highly recommended.

Unlike the company that said they would Tow my car, and had me waiting for hours this company communicate with me as soon as they got the call to tow my car, The driver Brian kept great communication with me, when he dropped off my car he was very professional and very kind to me just all-around good person I’m glad he towed my car instead of national general who let me down. Thanks again Brian.

Went for a job interview, not very forthcoming. Feel as though I was given conflicting interest. No follow up as promised.

I was just locked out of my car in the pouring rainoutside of a doctors office that was closing shortly and I would need to leave. They arrived in less than 5 minutes and had me back in my car before another 5 minutes had passed. $60 for the service which I think is reasonable.

Tow company took advantage of my girlfriend who was pregnant and just had a uhaul stuck in the mud about 10 feet from the road charged her $300!! to come out and pull her out wouldnt even give her a price until after the driver contacted his boss which took about 2 hrs of her sitting on the side of the road. Price was way over not impressed at all! The truck was not that stuck to be a 300 tow bill, wasnt in a ditch or anything crazy just stuck in some mud. Its not like they drove far to get her either maybe 10 miles.

Dealt with this company on two occasions this week. The first time, someone was parked in the spot we pay for. We called and they said it would probably be several hours and that we should just wait and let them know if the car moved. Very disappointed, as that meant we had to find street parking and our expensive spot (in a lot they monitor) was simply not ours for the night. However, we understood maybe they were incredibly busy at 10pm and were experiencing unprecedented levels of towing. A few days later, today, we run down from our apartment because we see they are here towing our car parked in the spot that we pay for. We explained the situation and showed our parking pass (that, admittedly, had not been displayed in the window). He did not care. $150 to release our car on the spot or he can tow it for $350. And we have “two minutes” to run upstairs and grab the money. Tow companies should not operate in the “gotcha!” fashion, trying to squeeze every penny out of people who are PAYING FOR THEIR PARKING SPOT because of a misunderstanding. Their primary focus should be actually removing cars who were parked improperly, like we wanted and did not get from them several days ago. I realize profit is the point of owning a company, but I found this to be incredibly sleazy and shady and greedy to take our money because of a misunderstanding. How lucky for the other residents of the building that he chose our car first and that we noticed because as he began to hook up another car (that then went through the same situation of them running down and paying the $150 to park in the spot that they own), two other apartments moved their cars and avoided the fine. I will make a point to call any other company if I ever need a tow in the future and would be happy to pay higher prices for a company that operates with an ounce more dignity.(Also, apparently Milan, Brewers, and Stadium all operate under the this company as well.)

Very unprofessional. Car was supposed to be towed home, instead it got taken to the impound lot, employee answering phones and 2 managers were lying to me and couldn’t give me a straight answer and all hung when I said I was recording.Edit: LOL and you responded. I have recordings of the phone call with you guys being unprofessional, lying, and hanging up the phone. You guys are literally a joke. Keep the car, it’s not that big of a deal. I just hope people read this and see how terrible the service is.

Showed up in less than time quoted, hooked my car up and off we went. Fast friendly service. Price was exactly what was quoted.

Deception from the start and continue... First I called this company and ordered towing truck to move my semi truck from a loading/unloading dock to a safe place to park... Lady over the phone told me that price would be around $300 or so, and we can bring your truck to our yard, since towing company was very close to a truck location.... later on after about 45 minutes, two trucks showed up, ( instead of only one) 1st was towing and the second truck was a regular semi truck. One was a manager and the other man was a regular driver, from the beginning they’re showed their attitude in a nervous, rudest and angry way, my truck was lost all the air and I cannot release my brakes, I asked them twice to put the air from their truck into my truck air lines and than pull my truck few feet away to hook up, they rejected and slipped my truck with wheels locked around 250 feet, when I asked driver why you done that, he replied to me that he doesn’t care about my tires, because they’re not his tires. Of course all 8 tires was damaged with a little flat spots on them.When they finish hook ups, I got myself into a towing truck cab with my gloves on my hands, and driver in the harsh way asked me to take them off.I understand if his truck would be in a clean condition, but dust was all over the cab, and he still care about my gloves that were on my hands.Secondly they rejected to take my truck to their yard instead they took a pilot truck stop which was about 20 miles away, so, they can milking o’clock with 2,1/2 hours on each truck, on the top of all of those, they have disconnected one air line, and didn’t properly installed back, it was leaked after I restarted my truck. For all that horrible service they have charged me $750 plus damages to my new tires...Avoid these guys, they’re money makers and not a professional men!

I wish I had knew the name of the man that took my car. He was about a middle aged white guy with glasses. He didnt really care to explain the situation. Just asked me if it was my car and that it had been called in already. Started hooking it up and even blocked another woman from leaving the lot. He didnt really pay much attention to her. I didnt know how that situation was solved as I was trying to figure out my own at the time. The lot was over on forest ave and I believe some guy who worked at the apartment complex called about it. He also didnt care to explain anything to me either. Very unprofessional.

Shame on you for basing your business with predatory practices. Your driver almost left me and my party outside in the snow and in the dark for parking in an empty parking lot. Your driver demanded 150 JUST to two back down the car. You should be ashamed of your self for making a living screwing people over. Disgusting people!

My cat was up a tree over night and I was concerned so I employed Wall Street towing to use their boom to allow our cat to get down. It was four hundred and eighty dollars. But they demonstrated timely and professional work during my crisis.

Hit a patch of ice earlier today. Ended up in a ditch on my way to the airport to pick up my little brother. Every other place I called was going to be two hours or more. Wallstreet Towing was there within less then 30 minutes. The driver Ed was very kind and very quickly got my van out of the ditch. Ed was also so kind to my son and made his day just by seeing Ed do his job. Thanks so much for getting us out of a bad situation.

HORRIBLE Company I got a warning sticker from my complex at 3pm moved my car at 3:15 and and 11:50 at NIGHT They come and take my car from a legal spot. NOT only that but they break my bumper and have NO Support team or anything to help. They just tell me “call back and ask to speak to a hire up” I do that and there never a “higher up” around. 0/10 NEVER Ever Recommended
