This is my review if Dan is still here. This was my go-to mechanic all of undergrad. I refused to go anywhere else. First thing that stood out to me was their professionalism, they were very kind. Next BIG thing is they are HONEST! Unfortunately, this is hard to find when dealing with mechanics. During my undergrad years I had parents who knew a lot about cars so they would always tell me what was wrong before taking it to be repaired and Eagles Automotive ALWAYS diagnosed my vehicle with the same problem. They DO NOT cheat you and charge you extra. They are FAIR in their pricing. When I relocated I was sad that I would no longer be able to use them as my mechanic. However, I still to this day refer people in the area to them because they are that AMAZING! If I lived closer, even within an hours distance I would make the drive so they can care for my car. Right now I need work done on my current vehicle and I came to their page to reminisce (wishing I was close enough to drive to them). If you are in the area I HIGHLY recommend this shop, especially if you are looking for HONESTY, SKILLED MECHANICS, REASONABLE PRICING, and RELIABILITY OF SERVICE. Eagles Automotive, thank you for keeping my 99 Mercury Mystique alive for all those years! Your work alleviated a lot of stress for me during undergrad. I called ahead of time to ask if Eagles would be able to take my car to fix it. I was under the impression that this was polite, as sometimes auto repair shops have a lot of cars in and may not be able to take anymore. They said they werent too busy, and asked what the problem was.I explained that my car was loud and was not accelerating well, and that on another note I would like an oil change if at all possible. When it came around to asking the make, model, and year (a 1993 Geo Prizm), I was told that since it didnt have a computer they wouldnt be able to work on it. Its too old, they said. Being rather confused and not a little annoyed (I know 1993 isnt like yesterday, but its still a car that needs work and isnt that what Eagles does--fix cars?), I looked for another place to get my car serviced.I took it to another place not 2 miles away from Eagles and they were able to ascertain the problem within 15 minutes and have it fixed within an hour. It was a simple matter of the exhaust and muffler. Im sorry, but if you cant find and fix a simple problem like that without a computers help, what good are you?
