They are a great company. I find things there I can find no where else. It is a bit said the products are a bit limited now, however. Being c a single older disabled lady, I found an exfoliation brush there to use on my back. I have cutaneous t-cell lymphoma. I desperately need to exfoliate dead skin from middle of my back and their brush helps me do that! And they even have a lotion application back brush. Trying to reach between my shoulder blades is impossible. I have had 5 care givers. They all quit. There are jobs! Ppl just dont want to work. I need someone to help me shop, laundromat, mop, vac & scrub tub. Thank God Bed/Bath & Beyond helps me with my own back! Or what would I do? Thank you for this company, innovations & ppl who made this ingenious items for ppl like me!!! π

Its a nice place to shop and the 20% coupon is also nice. I bought a percolator tonight and used the 20%coupon, saved about 8 dollars. I could have gotten curb side pickup but Id like to shop when I can which is not often especially with this pandemic. Always a lot of traffic in that area, so the traffic lights are nice .

I ordered a tree topper for Christmas. It was defective, the glitter was falling off of it like rain! I used it for my tree, because, thats why I ordered it!? When I took my tree down, I attempted to return it, it was JUNK. Kevin, the manager was RUDE! I was 3 days past allowed returns of holiday items. I accepted that fact from him, but wanted to call the corporate office, the topper was junk! Only used it because I didnt have anything else. Kevin was rude. I eventually got a $8 credit, on a $15 item. Bed Bath & Beyond can shove that $8 where the sun doesnt shine. Kevin, your RUDE! Soon, you will go out of business, treating customers so rudely.

Got a beautiful bathroom rug set and it was on sale and I still paid 7$ n some change less than that at the registerπ
Disappointing. Did not have any spring or summer color sheets or shower curtains. Employee only asked if we needed anything as we were going out the door.π
I placed an order on 11/22 and was supposed to receive it by 12/2. I did not receive it until today 12/11. I tried calling customer service and doing a chat (multiple times)and could not get a representative. I went into store on 7th to see what was going on and was told that they would call and cancel order. I was assured that I would receive a call if they couldnt cancel order. I never received call. This was a frustrating experience.

I ordered two curtain rods. I checked the tracking several times over a period of one week to find out that they were βlostβ at the FedEx center in North Carolina. I called Bed Bath & Beyond to inquire on what would happen next. The rep told me that he would put in another order for the rods. I received the email that another order was placed but no new tracking number was provided. I waited another week with no rods in sight. I called back to ask about the replacement order and the rep couldnβt provide me with any info. I asked that I just be refunded my money and the rep said the request would be placed. Yet another week rolls by and still no money refunded. I called again, now mind you I wait 40-50 minutes on hold each time before Iβm able to speak with a rep. This rep goes into an explanation that there is a 7-11 business day wait for refunds to process, which the last rep never mentioned. So Iβm looking at an order that never arrived and waiting for a refund a month later. This will be the first and last time Iβll ever order from Bed Bath & Beyond.

Ive never been treated badly, they try to maximize your discounts and coupons and even taken expired one.Their kitchen supplies are some of the best. They carry excellent knives and equipment for any kitchen.Plus, never miss the sale area up front. Theres always something to grab and use.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a typical all around store for the items mentioned above. They have a great inventory of many items. This store is very clean and very orderly. The employees seem to have no problem finding items you are looking for. There is ample parking and you have no problem getting in and out of the location.

I like their products, I just dont like being prodded to buy more than I need to get a better price per item. If you plan on buying one liquid bath soap for $12. You have to spend $30 if you want a reasonable price.
Prices can be a bit much, BUT they offer numerous coupons for members, by email, which is free. Their products are of high quality. We have shopped here for years, and not once have we had to return a product for defects or any other reason. If they are out of stock, they will order it online for you in their store computer. Very helpful staff, always willing to help.
Definitely have a great selection of products for every room of your home! Be prepared to spend because the items are pricey. Customer service is lacking as well so if you have any questions it may take some time to find someone qualified or willing to help.

Im a guy. Typically, not my choice of shopping destination, but, this store had a hard to find filter for my coffee maker. I did notice the store is very nicely laid out. It was very easy to find what was needed and plenty of space between isles.
The staff at the store were really nice. The store is laid out in a way that makes sense, and the store was clean too. The prices were slightly higher than most stores but the wide selection helps offset the price. Theres also always usually a coupon available.

I think itβs down right dishonest that you tell people if they make their wedding registry with you that everything thatβs bought would have a life time warranty. I just came from your store and was told that they βno longerβ accept warranty replacements and that I would need to call the manufacturer. Well I just got off the phone with them and for the parts that they want to replace/charge us for itβs cheaper to go and buy a new blender. Worst customer experience and I definitely wonβt be buying from you guys not to mention Iβll make sure I tell every person I know that you donβt honor your warranties and that you flat out LIE to your customers to get them to use you all for wedding registryβs.

I received help once I got into the store. Why are the cards kept outside at Bed Bath & Beyond stores? One of the cashiers said well there are theres a cart Corral down the aisle. As I had never been in this Bed Bath & Beyond before I had no idea where that cart Corral was. Amy was very nice and went out to get a card for me I appreciated it. The store like other Bed Bath & Beyonds is extremely crowded. It is hard to navigate down the aisles to look at the product or item that you want to look at.

Store has everything. Great prices abs ge eros return policy. Be sure to check out the clearance items. Lots of hidden treasures there. Can be a little difficult to maneuver a shopping cart inside the aisles. Just keep an eye out.

Usually enjoy shopping here. Last visit waited 20 minutes to talk to a sales person. Showed him an item I wanted him to look up so I could see the specs. He said you mean on the computer. I left and ordered online from Amazon.
