They have an efficient and friendly office staff. Even though they were very busy the lady in the office told me Bill, the mechanic, could replace my wheel bearing and do alignment on the day of my appointment. I dropped it off Friday around 9 in the morning and picked it up before 3pm. My minivan drives great now!

Finks always does a quality job. They are able to schedule appointments conveniently and usually within a week. Very good people too.

My parents used this garage since I was a kid, so its my favorite bc I know the people and they know me. Always give a heads up if they find other things, and dont fix other things and charge you without a heads up.

Im over all happy. My last garage ive never had the mechanics call me and explain what they are doing or have done. The receptionist always called. I love at finks the mechanics call you. You feel like you are involved with the decisions or diagnosis of the problem. I know I am not mechanic and it has proven this time and last time. Things I thought they should have been werent that was wrong. Finks is great. Hands down.. prices are fair. I mean you get what you pay for! Honestly. You wouldnt want some.fly by night doctor taking care of you.. so why would you want some fly by night mechanics work on your car.

Scheduling is horrible and leave the lady that answers the phone has no clue at all. I called them for a wheel alignment. They said they had no appointments available. They call me back and say they have a LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION if I can make it. I let them know that Ill try to make it if I can because I was not scheduled. CALLED again today and the lady says Well you missed your appointment yesterday; as if I was actually scheduled for an appointment. NO CLUE AT ALL...

Every time I went here, immediately after, something was broken. I suspect this is a regular thing for them and most people dont know it because they take their used cars to them which are supposed to break often.

Had my Jeep window fixed here. Six months same problem. Never fixed right .
