My Chihuahua and I shop here a lot. We love this store. The staffs are great. They have great selection of pet beds, furnitures, and snacks. I bought a swing here for my Chihuahua. He doesnt like it and sits on it once. But I like it. So, I keep it! I also love their selection of home decor at good prices.

Cool stuff. Found what we were looking for, mostly. Kinda hot in there though.

Good store for home goods but I can’t understand why now a days they haven’t a internal product database, they have to call between stores to know if they have products..

Worse customer service at this location. I came in trying to buy some things for my new home with an e gift card I received as a house warming gift. My gift card wouldn’t scan then the cashier proceeded to call the manager of the location over. Let me just say that this wasn’t the first time I tried to use an e gift card that wouldn’t scan I don’t know what it is about these cards that They don’t scan but last time I went to home goods the kind cashier just typed in all the information manually and gift card went through no problem but this time at this home goods the manager refused to type it in saying it was against their policy. I also tried to explain to her what the last cashier had done and the manager just wouldn’t type it in I’m not to sure if she was just too lazy to type it in or what. I don’t see the big issue with manually typing in a gift card number and pin. It’s not like I just had the number I had the actual E gift card on my phone.

Their shelves are always overflowing with merchandise. I worry about their fragile products broken all the time. But because of that there are so much treasures to be found here. Its always an adventure when I visit. Really enjoy it here.

Melissa was so rude to me! never coming back to this location. Talked down to me and my friend and was just completely uncalled for. So upset with the costumer service.

This store has been going down in quality and customer service for a while. The employees are extremely helpful but they are scarce and they do multiple functions at one time. Trying to pay for things is beyond ridiculously long. Ive left many times because they dont have enough cashiers. Like I said, the employees are great but checking out and getting some help on the floor can be a bit of a while. Unless, youre Mexican, like I am and then they follow you around.

I absolutely love Home Goods. I have been to 3 different locations. They have beautiful things for the home that are very inexpensive. I recommend shopping at any Home Goods it is a great store!

It is always so fun to shop here! While they dont have the same things there every time its a delight to discover whats new! Prices are great! It would have been better if I could have found a way to get my wife to leave. This place is so jam packed with stuff, my wife is like a kid in a candy store. They need to add a man cave section, like hobby lobby.

Fabulous place! Decorator items galore. Items for dogs and cats too. They have everything you need for gift wrapping. Theres a childrens section, gourmet packaged foods, silk plants, furniture, tons of cooking and kitchen items, storage items, artwork. Serving items always change with the seasons. Pillows galore and much more. They have fantastic seasonal items for every holiday and celebration.

The stores customer service was fine, but I was very disappointed in the product I bought. I spent a decent amount on a comforter, pillow case, etc and within a month the print was changing colors and wearing.

Great selection of discounted household goods -- lots of kitchen items, sheets, towels, duvets, kids toys, rugs and seasonal food, decorations, etc. friendly staff and also support special needs adults by letting them sweep, stock merchandise with supervision.

Every time I come here I have the worst customer service experience. The employees never help me and when they do they act like I’m inconveniencing them. Today when I came in I had brought a broken item to the counter and asked what the price was, because there wasn’t a clear price, the woman that helped me insisted the item was fine and asked me to pay full price for a broken item. Unfortunately this is not the first time an incident like this has occurred. On three different occasions the employees have asked me if my job located nearby has better pay and treatment than at homegoods. The treatment of the employees really shows and I honestly grow more upset and disappointed with each visit. The management at this store is terrible and every time I interact with the manager herself she is unamused and annoyed. Overall decent stuff, but way too overpriced, and awful customer service.
