I used to like this store. They didnt have what I was looking for. So the man owner put something else I didnt want and said it was the same. If I hadnt looked at it good I wound have went home with something I didnt want. I hate the old switcheroo. If you shop here please pay attention to the product because Im not sure how many items I purchased there and didnt ask for. SHAME

Large variety of hair & beauty products. If they dont have what you want ask and they will get it. On street parking, very hard to find a parking spot in this busy area. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you.

Although they seem to have a wide selection of hair, they are OVERPRICED and will take advantage of you if you do not know about weave. I paid way over what I should have for good hair (good hair according to man behind counter) -- Ive had them placed in by my stylist and it hasnt even been a week and hair is constantly knotting and shedding TERRIBLY. These extensions that I paid $130 each bundle.... cant be more than $20-25 each bundle. Unfortunately, I had to learn the hard way and Im hoping my review deters people who are first timers to buying extensions. Just buy your extensions online -- guaranteed better quality and pricing. They literally had no problem selling me below average hair three times more than what its worth even after I explained what I was looking for and that says A LOT about this business. STAY AWAY AND ORDER ONLINE IF YOU CAN (this is in relation to hair -- not hair products as they do offer a wide selection of hair products as well)P.S. They also dont offer refunds so if youre unhappy with your purchase... too bad.

They have evrything you need for hair suppies

I have little girls(ages 3 and 10) I bought rubber bands and hair beads. They only had two different color hair beads. 1st disappointment* The rubber bands broke instantly while trying to apply them to my daughters hair. 2nd disappointment* I wanted to buy my daughter hair bows or barrettes. They didnt have any. 3rd disappointment* I bought pre-stretched braiding hair. I havent used it. I hope its okay. I can only cross my fingers. Overall the store is close by but if this hair isnt any good, then I will go out of my way, to get what I want.Update* I used the hair and to my suprise it was the best braiding hair I have ever used. Although the items werent any good, I will still shop here when Im in the area.

Terrible Was asking for help for about 15 min to 3 different workers and no one was able to help . 1 was rushing to kick everyone out before time the others were laughing and joking with eachother

Unprofessional I went in & was told I couldn’t come in with my baby’s stroller, as if I was going to take something . That’s discrimination. As much money as I was about to spend in there glad I didn’t I went next door instead.
