They send too many adds . But purchased a returned Predator 3500 generator I have running on Propane and natural gas. It was $270.00 off three day retune policy so checked everything out and runs fine.

If you need tools or tool boxes, chests. Roll a rounds, lights for shop, dust collection, way too much to name. But a great place to buy your necessities for work, hobby, or your weekend relief in the garage.

Clean and well organized store. Employees are courteous and try to be very helpful. We were there mid-afternoon during a quiet period before things got busy, therefore we were able to find what we needed quickly.

Very clean and organized. My only complaint about any harbor freight is there is never any employees walking around to help find items. Besides that this is a great place to shop for cheaper tools.

Good to finally have a Harbor Freight in the Xenia area. They just opened and on my initial visit, an associate helped me find the products I needed and let me know when to expect some items that were not stocked yet.

Went to 2 stores looking for the 8 drawer wooden tool chest. Dayton mall store didnt have it, but checked the computer system and said Xenia had 2 in stock. Called the Xenia store and cashier was absolutely clueless. Told me 2x they didnt have any in stock. After telling her Dayton mall said they did, she checked a 3rd time and what do you know, they had 2. Went to Xenia and picked it up. Got home, opened box, and the wood was cracked. Returned it and the 2nd one was chipped and the wood separating. Luckily I had the manager check the 2nd one before I even headed back to exchange item. Ended up getting 20% off before I left the store. Management at Xenia store had great customer service skills, but the young lady cashier, was like a robot. Programmed to run the register (no more, no less) and never showed a hint of a personality. Dazed and confused. After everything was said and done, Im pleased with my purchase. Was even thinking about buying another.

The store is clean and well stocked. Its a place I like to just go and see what they have. I find myself finding stuff that is considerably cheaper (price not quality) than most other places. The only gripe I have is that you rarely find these places anywhere near urban and suburban settings. There is a need for most on the inventory within the more populated areas too.

Friendly staff, clean store. Inventory is weak and not always updated on website accurately. I went for a specific item that the website said they had 1 of in stock, when I arrived they were sold out and website still showed in stock. Caused 2 unnecessary trips and frustration.

I was greeted upon entering the store. A associate ask if I needed assistance. Store is very organized.

After saying no thank you twice to the high pressure solicitation of their membership programs they continued to push so I asked to speak to a manager and was told they are doing what I told them to. So they believe ignoring a customers request to stop is ok. Ill be contacting corporate

Just went to the new store in Xeina. Its even better than browsing their catalog - especially if youre into tools! Even my wife enjoyed going through the aisles. Well be back again.

They have a little bit of everything! I got a wall magnet for hanging screwdrivers and padded, interlocking floor pads for my workbench area. I also got a whetstone for my axe.

Checkout was great ...very nice cashier, very friendly and courteous...but could find anyone to help me with finding items I needed..

Some of the products are not worth putting in the cart, but if you know from experience, you just leave the Sandpaper on the shelf
