Im sure they have plenty of great products - and if you purchase one of those, youll probably be very happy. But if you get a lemon, dont expect them to help you out. We spent $16,000 on new engineered hardware floors for our main floor. One of the selling points was a 10-year manufacturers warranty. Within two years, the finish started coming off throughout our kitchen and family room. I asked for help and sent pictures. First they refused to do anything because they said they saw some dog hair in my pictures. Then when I pushed the issue, they finally (nine months later) sent a salesperson who posed as an inspector and said the problem was how we mopped the floors. I pushed again, and ProSource finally said they would send a real inspector, but ONLY if I agreed to pay $200 if that inspector came to the same conclusion. I agreed, the real inspector basically said it was wear and tear from kids, etc., and now Im cutting a check to ProSource for this colossal waste of time. So in other words, after spending thousands of dollars on new flooring, it took almost an entire year, plenty of emails AND two hundred bucks to get a straight answer from this company. And I still have shoddy floors. Spend your money somewhere else.

Abby has been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the process of building our new house. Though I have been around the trade my whole life, I never built a house myself before. The guys and gals at Prosource are friendly and customer service driven. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else! Thank you all.

Great place to get your flooring

Havent taken delivery on the cabinets yet but the customer service from Mandy and Linda during the quoting and ordering process has been outstanding. Real pleasure to work with!!

We purchased 43 cases of Somerset 3/4 hardwood Maple Pine color 4wide. Thats a total of 1075 to allow extra for approx. 910 of floor for our new house. This was our fourth order with Prosource. The previous three were the same Somerset flooring brand but White Oak 3 1/4 wide. That wood laid down beautifully. The edges fit together perfectly and each job went smoothly and quickly. The joints were smooth. It did not go as well with our Maple. Our installer, with years of experience, the same installer that did the other three floors, fought the job from beginning to end. He reported way too many short pieces to use. The longer pieces varied in width and had more crookedness than we ever ran into in the past. Many of the ends split when nailed at correct pressure or came badly machined. Going to the wider boards made it harder to flex the boards in a straight line. It was pretty much impossible to fit the 12 to 16 long pieces in with the crooked longer pieces because they couldnt be flexed and didnt match. I hired this installer because he does high quality work. He did not want to stick us with a floor with a bunch of gaps that would have been created by trying to fit some of the pieces supplied together. Manufacturers rep says the gaps can be as thick as a dime. The job was stalled while I ordered another 225 of floor to get enough good pieces to complete the job. I ended up with a large pile that was scrapped.I contacted Prosource about this problem and received an immediate response from the owner. To his credit he came out the same day to inspect. Unfortunately his opinion was we were being too fussy or a perfectionist. He offered to sell me the last 9 cases at 1/2 price and contact the factory to evaluate the Product. Their supplier looked at it but did not show or explain how it could be installed as well as our past purchases. I never heard back if they were going to warranty the product. I paid 1/2 price for the extra. Heres my conclusion: The floor is done with approximately 25% scrap. The floor does not lay as flat as the previous Somerset floor we installed.. You can feel uneven surfaces where the tongue and groove doesnt fit level together. I insisted on using this product because I thought it would be higher quality than laminate or engineered flooring. It was not. I could have purchased the exact same product on line for almost 2000.00 less but paid the premium because I thought Prosource would be there if we had any problem. I will look for another product and supplier for future projects.
