Ordered for Free Same Day Delivery. Never showed up. Called them and they said they can only do pickup. So why do I have an email that says they will let me know when it’s out for delivery? Wasted my time, I could have gone and picked it up from a different store had I known…. First attempt at purchasing from a NAPA Auto Parts. Very disappointing, waiting for my money back. The least they could have done was offered to deliver it at the next available time, instead they did nothing to help me and lost a customer.

After how terribly lack of training at the Cutlerville location with the girl Kristin there, I went to 28th street napa where I had a totally different experience I was greeted and helped out with incredible amounts of knowledge and friendly staff. Candy was a huge help and the lady in back went out of her way to help.

I have gone into this NAPA Store on many occasions over the past couple years and I have to tell you what great service I receive! Brittany is so incredibly helpful, she has come out into the cold winter weather to replace windshield wipers for me! I appreciate her and her amazing willingness to help me out! Brittany came out into the cold and snow ❄️🌨️ twice today to replace wipers!! Brittany you are a rock ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thank you Kim

I dont normally give a place 5 stars however This young lady went above and beyond my expectations. I came in for a single socket to remove the tires from my moms car so I could change her brakes. She didnt have the size on the shelf so she opened another set to make it happen for me. Just my luck what should be a short Job was made hard by bad lug nuts. So she referred me to another place and a long story short now I can start the brakes much easierThank you so much for your help

I go out of my way to shop here because Cain will go out of his way to make you happy. The staff is very well trained and knowledgeable of their systems and availability of products. They keep decent hours and the store is always clean. 5 out of 5 because they are upstanding.

The staff here went above and beyond to help me. Brittany even delivered the piece that had to be ordered, to my hotel, since I didnt have a vehicle which was in the shop. I will be eternally grateful for their kindness.

IVE been loyal to NAPA for years. Mostly with the 4 mile location with Todd and Bill, those guys know there stuff. Without a computer. I now live near the 28th street store near byron center street. Cody, Damian and Steve do a great job finding parts for 52 dodge truck. The unfortunate things is they did away with catalogs behind the counter and force employees ( less experienced) to look it up by google. Not my favorite past time waiting for results that are usually vague. All in all, the come through for me and i always come back.

Went in to get 4 bolts with washers and nylock nuts. It took at least 20 minutes for the gentleman behind the counter to get it right. Unacceptable. These were common, every day fasteners.
