Went in for an oil/fluid change, because this location is much closer to me than the dealership in Westborough. What a joke!..I got my car back after waiting nearly an hour in a lobby with no other customers only to find out they put conventional oil in my car! The vehicle is turbo charged and can only take fully synthetic oil. When I pointed it out the mechanic got angry and told me I should of said something before they did the oil/fluid change.Pardon my frustration, but this is ridiculous! How can a Mitsubishi mechanic not know what proper oil to put in a Mitsubishi vehicle!? They finally changed the oil after waiting nearly another hour. I took my car and brought it to a friend to make sure they didnt shaft me $65 for a conventional oil change, turns out they did make the change to Mobil1. I think its safe to say that even though the vehicle is a dream to drive, this experience was an absolute nightmare.
