Terrible customer service. Good luck returning things to them. They deduct shipping costs, make you pay shipping costs back, possible 20% restock fees and if you dont have a perfect original box forget it. Just buy the bulbs locally or look elsewhere. By the time I added up what it was going to cost me to return an item to them, I just threw it out. What a waste of time and money.

Was looking for small online business to buy an air filter from. Had no idea how local bulbs.com was, ha! I bought the filter around 3pm Friday, and when I opened my door at 11am Saturday, I had my purchase at my door. Amazing! Granted, we are in the same state, but was floored! Will become a regular customer, and will recommend! Thank you!

We purchased 2 expensive UV fixtures, both turned out to be junk and essentially died briefly after installation. We made multiple calls attempting to get a refund, talked to the salesman David Luff, last time heard from him well over a week ago when he told us he was talking to the manufacturer (which seems to have gone on and on) and would get back to us no later than next day. Never called back. We called him several times since but he never returned the calls. Unacceptable, we will never buy anything from them again and I strongly suggest that you do not either.

Stunning display of professionalism and friendliness on my last phone order. Wanted to make sure I was ordering the right thing, so instead of ordering on line, called the toll free number. It was answered immediately by Dave, an extremely adept, friendly, efficient assistant. Thinking back, I cant think of one small single thing that he could have done differently to improve my experience. Congratulations on wanting me to whip out my credit card and feeling good about doing it. I hope the company realizes the quality of the person they have in their employ.

Terrible customer service everyone ends up quiting. They are rude to their employees especially if the military cop manager doesnt like you. They expect everyone to learn everything in a day otherwise they let you go rudely and abruptly, dont expect good deals in commercial lighting but it is not true.
