Very good equipment, very good service.

I booked my equipment online over the weekend at a quoted online special price which I reserved with a c/c. I then received an email confirmation that charged me $200 more than the online quote. I called the 24/7 line and the agent tried to speak with their on-duty weekend person - no answer. And when I called before picking up on the Monday morning I was told that they did not have that equipment in stock. Very polite folks but a dysfunctional reservation service.

Great place to rent or buy quality construction equipment. We constantly use United for our construction needs. The staff is great to deal with, Jim, Vicki, Todd and the whole gang are fantastic.
