Delicious but a little steep pricewise. Service is usually terrific. Cozy setting. Nice variety. Mostly a hangout for college students, but all are welcome.

I have a great experience here every time I come! Their ice cream is always super smooth and creamy, not too sweet, and actually fairly reasonably priced! Lots of nice seating inside, and plenty a good spots for photos - they have some cool murals inside and outside! Also a wide variety of toppings. My only complaint is the lack of reusable spoons, I wish they could be a little more eco-friendly overall. The water station (although much appreciated) also only has plastic cups. Otherwise, one of my favorite spots!

Very happy to find a frozen yogurt place near home. I had blackberry/vanilla yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and mango toppings. (I then realized mango isnt such a great topping, but everything else was great.) My wife got coffee bean ice cream; delicious too.

Awesome yogurt shop with great quality toppings. Their peanut butter yogurt is creamy and doesn’t taste like skim water. The chocolate covered chipotle almonds are a great topping, as well as the chocolate covered ginger. Their pricing is also on point and their employees always efficient.

Super delicious frozen yogurt and icecream, with lots of choices for flavors and toppings! The prices arent terrible, certainly less expensive than other places Ive been. Its super chill inside and has a nice vibe if you want to sit and eat your frozen yogurt there.Parking can be a bit tricky on busier days. They do have a lot available in the back which is great though!

Ive always looked forward to coming here and the wait was worth it. The ice cream that was served was absolutely the best. First, the atmosphere was amazing. You get that vibe that youre walking into a well run business. The store feels welcoming when you walk in. The sitting area is throughout the store which is comforting. The servers were friendly and helped me decide what to get. There is a parking lot behind the building which was unexpected but very convenient. Wish they had more flavors but the favors that they serve are unique. I have a new spot to get dessert and its here!!! Love this place.

The place isnt amazing, the milkshake is good but not really different from other places. The price they charge would make you think theres something unique or different from them compared to a place like BK or Chick Fil a but they fall short on it. Not bad if you in a hurry for the stuff they offer but if you have the time to go somewhere farther Id do so.

Absolutely delicious and unique flavors! Great location and sometimes youll get really lucky with off street parking. A family tradition to celebrate after a big school accomplishment here! Their sizes are very generous and their staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very clean.

Had been going to wooberry since I was in high school. After moving to Boston for a few years I am back in the Worcester area. My mom had 50$ in gift cards she bought a few years ago so we decided to go as I am back living here. The worker couldn’t get our gift cards to work because they had a “new system”. After talking to the owner on the phone she said they couldn’t take the gift cards because the new system doesn’t take them. So we spent 50$ for nothing. How would you feel if someone told you the 50$ you gave them is no longer accepted because the new system can’t scan the old cards?? Found this very frustrating and not right. We gave the company 50$ to be rejected from the product we paid for. Will never go back here. Such poor customer service.

Love this place- really cozy vibe. The ice cream and frozen yogurt is great and they have multiple dairy free options. Theres board games and couches too and they serve coffee so good place to chill with friends or do homework

Really nice place, atmosphere, nice staff and clean. Reasonable size in cup but only 5 flavors of frozen yogurt. They are not skimpy on toppings but it will add up the more toppings you request. Its really an ice cream shop. If youre not looking for too many flavors come here because the frozen yogurt does taste GREAT, but not if youre looking for more variety.

My absolute favorite frozen yogurt place. The flavors are always delicious. And they always change. So you can always expect something youll love. The fruit toppings are always wicked fresh. Freshness so on point that Ive only ever had froyo with fruit toppings here.Weve been coming here since they opened. Theyre just as good now as they were the first day they opened up shop. I cant say enough good things about this place. So many unique flavors, fair prices, excellent folks behind the counter. Strawberry cardamom is my absolute favorite. Definitely the place to be if youre in Worcester looking for some unique ice cream.

Wonderfully in-house made ice cream and frozen yoghurt. Theyre all wicked unique, but worth the try! They might sound different than your basic chocolate, but it is much better than that! Its a very chill and fun spot to hang around and all the employees are so kind and helpful.

I have been going here for years now. Best homemade ice cream and frozen yogurt Ive had and the employees are always nice and provide amazing service. However, our most recent trip was not so pleasant. A fairly small complaint from my mom was met with a response from the owner that was aggressive, rude, and frankly childish. Without going into details, this behavior especially from an owner was not necessary even if it was an unruly complaint. Being part of a family owned small business and being on the other side, this was no way to treat any customer. We will not be going back for awhile now. Please message with any questions.

WooBerry frozen yogurt and ice cream (a new, wonderful addition) is a great place to round out your hot summer night, or to top off lunch at the days apex. Their smoothies are excellent (I would recommend the Beach Bum) and their service superb. I would highly recommend eating here!

Two employees were working during my visit, but rather than dividing responsibility to attend to separate groups within the line they both helped one group consisting of several individuals who were very indecisive. After waiting for quite some time there was no courtesy apology or mention of the wait. I too work in a busy customer oriented environment and feel this is just a courtesy to your guests. Finally, once I was helped and ordered a large frozen yogurt to go it was filled just under halfway. I’m not sure if the fills on these have changed, but this is very dissimilar to what I have experienced in the past. This was a disappointing visit for a place that I really do love and have had good experiences with in the past.

If I could leave zero stars I could. This may be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. When I talked to an employee about their hours over the weekend, the employee hissed at me to check their website and to stop bothering them. I felt very harassed by him saying this and told him that what he said was rude. The employee snapped back at me and told me that I should leave if I don’t want any yogurt. He also called me a “cracker”. I left the store with no yogurt and a loss of appetite.

I love this place, it is really chill place to come and enjoy a cold sweet treat... everyone is very friendly and the ice creams and flavors are just delicious and one of a kind. This place is the go to spot for your tasty treat needs.

Wow. So glad we decided to stop here for dessert. Pricing is very reasonable- it was under $18 for a milkshake, 2 one scoops with toppings and a two scoop.The matcha tea and the Thai iced tea Ive creams were so good that we are still talking about it two days later!

Cool little place. Had a vegan option for ice cream and a really tasty raspberry lime smoothie. A medium frozen yogurt was more than enough and the prices were fair.Bonus points for compostable spoons and bowls.

Excellent selection of flavors & toppings, plus good menu items for folks who arent interested in customizing. Great place to visit casually for local uni students, parents & kids, anything. Most of the shops look kind of clashes with the brick wall on one side (which is a common feature of the local businesses).

The summer time van that appears at UMass lacks flavors and quality. Sure the employees are nice but the lack of flavors is similar to an old record on repeat. If they could bring more flavors, perhaps I could once again respect them but for now its incredibly basic.

They always have cool flavors! My favorite was a cardamom based ice cream.

They only have 2-3 froyo flavors at a time and its not self-serve so you get a set amount and pay for each additional topping. However, their ice creams are really good despite the weird sounding flavors.
