Lovely experience! Only one person working, but they were friendly and quick. Made the ice cream perfectly and added all the toppings :)

Really tasty ice cream rolls and interesting flavors. Topping selection wasnt the most extensive compared to other places Ive been. Kind of wished that had more traditional asian-inspired flavors, but what I got was still very tasty. Interior has a nice lounge area and was nice and clean inside. Which was nice since it can be a bit of a wait at times.

Great teas! I had the Matcha, friends had Taro, both great flavors Id suggest! The ambience is nice and cozy, with window seats, and its a great place to hang out after a busy day :)

Super sweet staff, Ice cream was pretty good and it wasn’t a long wait.

Ice cream is ok and it’s fun for the kids to watch. BUT they really need to work on their service time. On a busy evening ASK how long before they get to your order BEFORE paying. They shrewdly take all orders and then start working. And even after they start working on your order there is no guarantee they will work on your FULL order at the same time. I guess this is their weird strategy to appease all waiting customers because guess what happens when you make everyone pay and THEN make them wait. Just be up front about wait time so people can decide if it’s worth it.We went there with 3 children and ordered 3 ice creams. We got one and then she stopped making ours. Told us another guy ( who was busy taking orders at the time ) will make ours next. Why? She then proceeded to make two other orders before the guy came to make ours. We would have left if not for the fact that one kid got her ice cream and now the other two are left empty handed. We waited for so long that I actually saw one person who had paid and was at the end of the line just leave without getting his ice cream despite paying. Maybe he came back an hour or two later .., who knows.

Now, it is off-season for local icecream stores.But I found awesome icecream store is open for all season.They are responsible price for they quality and Its pretty fun to watch making the rolls.Wake me up is my favorite flavor and I can add any toppings I want. The worst experience I have ever had!!!...I am a fan of bubble drinks, I decided to give myself the opportunity to buy in this place and the drink I received was not the one I ordered, it took more than 30 minutes, it had a bad taste, it looked like water from the sink. I told the girl that I would please change my drink because she was not tasty to which she said that they could not do anything about it or solve my problem. I do not recommend it and personally I will not waste my money at this place

I took my picky son and niece for the first time and of course they loved it! Ingredients were fresh and we didnt wait any more than 1 minute for each order.

This young person was so kind and chill, I believe they’re name was Nathan or Natalie. They also had some nice music playing in the background, loved the vibe here.

Me and my son went to taste tea rolls and the workers took unbelievably long to make his icecream. It took at least 20 minutes for my son to receive his icecream. I noticed the workers were on their phones here and there not doing their job. Please do better tastetea rolls. Yoway is much better and down the street, do not waste your time at tastetea rolls

Not a fan of the boba. It wasnt done correctly it was some how hard on the inside and a weird disolved creamy on the outside. The rolled ice cream was cool but its just not for me. Being rolled like that crystalized the sugars so its texture was like freezer burnt ice cream. I think to try and hide that fact you can get any topping though.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 boba teas, they had 2 staff members in the front while I saw 3 other workers in the back doing absolutely nothing to help the overwhelmed co-workers. My order consist of 2 coconut milk boba teas one was overly sweet while the other tasted like milk on ice. Didnt try out the ice-cream and they do look good, unfortunately novelty cant make up for bad service.

I am a huge fan of rolled ice cream. But my experience yesterday was not great. First of all, there was only one employee working around 6 pm. She took our order and then went to fulfill previous orders so we sat down. Several other people who were in line behind us received their ice cream rolls before us. Then she finally made our order. I ended up with some strawberry ice cream in mine. Mine was the third of three in our order, none of us had ordered strawberry. I realize that the employee was trying to hurry up to finish our order because at that point it had been over 45 minutes wait. But one really should clean the ice cream plate prior to making new ice cream rolls. I felt guilty that I ordered peanut butter ice cream because someone allergic to peanuts would definitely be exposed to cross-contamination. Although it seemed like the perfect end to a birthday celebration for my kid, it ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

Staff is friendly, prices are decent and....unlimited toppings! Cant beat that. Try combining your favorite flavors and taste on each trip to appease your curious taste buds. The manager and the young woman working there are super nice. Hoping/anxious to see some more flavors around their prime season. First place I have tried a bubble tea, finally, and it was delicious. They offer dairy-free milk for the teas, no coconut whipped cream but Ive recently mentioned it to the manager that it would be fitting since they have dairy-free milk.Do yourself a favor on you next bubble tea purchase...ask for a Coconut/Honey/Rose bubble tea, (my special creation) and tell them to keep it as sweet as it would come naturally, not to lighten it a little (if you like it sweet), otherwise the manager will lighten it up a little for you to compensate for the naturraly sweeter flavors to avoid it being too sweet for some; they will gladly adjust it for you either way.Its a very chill vibes kind of spot, it literally say it below the tv I believe. Theuve got excellent tunes playing. And thus far I havent heard any disturbing lyrics/songs. If you love my drink mix, tell them youd like to see it on the menu with the name Himalayan Elixir. Also let them know you want to see some.local flavors of the month like my famous Boston Expresso, which consists of a Wake Me Up with oreos, brownie, and pecans, half rolled in, half on top....topped with whipped cream, youll thank me ;*). If you like the flavor, tell them thay you would also like to see it on the menu. Tell the manager this review sent you;). Enjoy!

I love this place!! I’m a huge fan of bubble tea and they are definitely on my top 3 list of bubble tea. The ice creams rolls are delicious and very cool :) the staff is super friendly and the location itself is very relaxing. I got there to do work some times and is perfect for just hanging out. Great music always. Highly recommend!!!

Second edit: Changed to one because I ended up going to yoway instead who were actually open when they said, and even upon leaving tasteas was still closed. I had my daughter with me so really glad I didnt wait around. Yo way was awesome and not even a minute drive up the st.EDIT: Had to change this because I drove 30 min to get here and its 1:08. Says they open at 1 on there website there door and google and all the lights are off inside and no one around....really dont listen to any of those reviews. This place was awesome. Yea u pay 5.75 for a rolled ice cream with unlimited toppings. No extra charge. Her bubble tea was awesome and same with the smoothies (also unlimited topping). The girl was by herself so if your inpatient then dont go because its not like shes just scooping you an icecream and sending you on your way. She actually makes it from a milk like substance mixes it for u then rolls it. Really cool experience and the texture of the ice cream is so different. I had the ub-bae and was very happy. Five stars for sure👍

Place is understaffed and is usually only 1 person working. Took literally an hour! To get my ice cream. The worker was making all drink orders first when they should be doing full orders. I got my drink with in 40mins then had to wait extra for them to finish other people’s drink order to receive my ice cream. Rolls are good but I don’t have time to wait an hour every time I come here.

This place was amazing, the atmosphere was modern and chill. The ice cream rolls were delicious. It is a nice hangout spot. They really deserve a bigger place because when we were there people kept pouring in. I recommend this place to everybody 👍

Not much parking around the area and the shop itself was bigger inside than it looked from outside. Still the layout had lots of empty space but not enough seating. The window seats were cool, with pillows and looking outside.The staff was less than pleasant and seem agitated as we decided what we wanted. They werent even busy. Not the best tasting and not many choices for ice cream or toppings. No pictures of ice cream as it looked sloppy. The price too was expensive and not worth it.

I was very impressed with this style of ice cream as I never seen it before. Better than eating yogurt or those frozen yogurt places that pop up every where. Rolls melt in your mouth so not for take home unless you live like 5 mins away.

Best bubble milk tea in the area compared to the ones in Boston! I would recommend the wake me up roll for coffee lovers. The ice cream rolls are the perfect consistency and doesnt melt like regular ice cream/ frozen yogurt! The atmosphere is very cozy and the setup is so cute. I love the games and free wifi 😊

This concept of rolled I cream is great but this establishment and its staff does not perform to the customers satisfaction level.. me and my son have been to this place twice and the first time we came here .. my son was so excited to try this style ice cream for the first time.. but when we walked in all we saw was a bunch of bored people sitting around waiting for there ice cream .. then finally after about 10 minutes of being ignored by the one person working .. we were finally approached by an employee that asked for our order in a very cold emotionless fashion without even saying hello.. or thank you or even ever making eye contact with us .. then after I paid and was waiting for my change .. in a very rude way the employee asks me if I wanted my loose change of 78¢... ahhh yeah why wouldn’t I want my change??? If that is there way of getting tips from customers .. maybe they should try the approach of good service instead.. thennnnn.. we waited about 45 minutes on both visits to get our ice cream... so long story short.. the rolled ice cream concept is a good one.. but this location is and it’s poor service had needs a lot of work.. they need to have more employees working there so people don’t have to wait 45 min for ice cream and they need to train there employees on how to treat and talk to customers .. and the decor is very gray a dreary .. they should Live-in up the place with some Colors or something ..

I would have love to try the rolled ice cream today. The Internet says they would open at 1 PM. We arrived there were two people waiting outside. They walked away after 10 minutes. We tried to call and no one answered the phone. Maybe another time.

Waited 45 minutes for our ice cream. I understand they only had 1 person working, but she didnt make the orders in order. She made someone elses order that come in after us because they were I a hurry. Will not be going back.

Limited menu, can tell they are just starting out. Website is pretty bad too, no helpful information there. The product is good though, so its hopeful they will last.

The staff are very friendly and interact with the customers well. They get them to laugh. The ice cream was amazing. I will be back and I will be recommending this place to a lot of people.

Want to share my experience. Please read this. I ordered a Taro Tea and watched it made. They filled the cup about 1/10th of the way with green tea (about 2-3 tablespoons of liquid tea) and then FILLED THE REST OF THE CUP WITH WATER. I love bubble tea and have been drinking it as long as I can remember and have never ever seen anything like this. I am a person that always speaks up if something is not right and I was too taken aback to be angry. As she was ringing up the tea I couldnt believe this establishment is selling customers water and calling it tea. It should be videotaped and shared. This is one of the most deceptive things I have experienced in a food establishment.In case anyone is wondering: the taro tea was not good. I gave it to my husband and he had a few sips and asked me to throw it away.I also ordered a thai tea, it was made not made the way the taro tea was: it is with made with a full serving of tea. This tea was okay, I would go back for it.Avoid the taro tea. I am not sure which other teas are predominantly water so either ask first, or pay attention when your drink is made. If your drink is made with mainly water decide if you are okay with this. In future, if I ordered a different tea that was made with water I would not accept it.

Absolutely love this place a deff must do if youre in the area, the ice cream is amazing and the service is great, the staff are really friendly. This was a mistake. Regret at first sip. Milk tea and Thai tea are the two most basic bubble teas, but even they did not turn out right, and Im not even a picky eater. The poor employees seem slightly lost and confused, which is probably why it takes quite a bit to receive your order. Even I get a headache from watching them scramble around. The interior design is mediocre at best. To the owner, if you are keeping track of reviews, as a one time customer, I suggest that you redesign the place and, most importantly, revise the recipes.

The rolls are delicious recommend the love bite, altbough the Thai tea was a let down it was bland instead of sweet, but the atmosphere was relaxing.( I went back and fell in love with the wintermelon tea? And the honeydew is tasty too !)

Loved the layout of the place it had a comfy chill vibe to it an thought it was cool they had decks of cards & some other board games an whatnot. But definitely wasnt impressed with the choice of music videos they were playin on the tv, it was wicked inappropriate rap videos an I had my kids with me an had to ask them to change it. As far as the ice cream rolls & teas goes it was good but not anything to hoot & holla about. And the worst part was THE PRICES WERE OUTTA THIS WORLD EXPENSIVE!!

The ice cream is cheap quality and the server was dismissive. I felt really uncomfortable with her attitude and honestly I should have just walked out instead of going through with the order.
