Nice way to end our day in Central Massachusetts. They let us order two different scoops of ice cream. If youre in the Worcester area, check them out soon but make sure you have cash since thats all they take. I found their prices to be reasonable. But you will want to go soon since they close for the season on October 10th.

5 star for a classic style ice cream. They have many flavors for soft serve and they owner is just the best. I know him well as a customer and he remembers my other patrons. Sometimes you may wish the ice cream had more flavor, but you can ask for a bit more flavor too. The good thing is that his ice cream is less fatty and sugary than the norm, and he makes it all right there in the machine, by hand, every order. Ordering can take some time because its such a personable touch, but its a nice, welcoming, very friendly environment. Try an exotic freeze, its soft serve and slush together, if youve never had this combo before. This is the first placed Ive ever eaten a banana split, since Im not the biggest fan of bananas; but I seen somebody order it and it looked so delicious I had to get one eventually. Good, family, friendly, awesome soft serve.Update:Ive read some of the negative reviews and the details of them dont quite match up. Sometimes people review the wrong business by mistake, so I am wondering if this is the case. Ive never experienced a smell, bad, rude, or mean staff, sour or bad products, etc. I know personally from several in-depth conversations that the owner cleans the machines by hand every single night for a fresh start the next day....now what business truly does that?? He really cares about the product, health, exprience, and enjoyment of his customers. I frequent there in groups, and have been going there for at least 3yrs now; so the details of those negative reviews are questionable for accuracy of the establishment reviewed.

Ordered the vanilla and rum raisin sundaes. My nephews enjoyed it and wolfed them down promptly. The staff who work there are so polite and courteous, they offered to put the ready made sundaes in the freezer while the rest of my order was being prepared. They even provided me with a tray to carry my ice cream orders to go. They are genuinely nice people who take pride in their business and looking after their customers. I will definitely be back and have made this my go to place for ice cream in Worcester.

This place is awesome!! both the woman and man behind the counter were super friendly and sweet, the cake batter ice cream and strawberry shake were fantastic, also great prices!! will definitely be back!!

This is a hidden gem waiting to be found out. The service is great the choice of the homemade ice cream is awesome. They have a couple dozen unique flavors of soft serve. Best ice cream in Worcester Mass definitely stop by and give it a try.

Stopped by Cool Licks unplanned, the ice creams were very nice. We had multiple flavors, and all were good. Reasonable prices as well.

Love the people working there, they do everything to make the customers happy, EVEN MIX AND MATCH FLAVORS. their slushies are cheap and they have many flavors. 10/10 must go with friends or a date : )

Most amazing soft serve you will ever try. Tons of flavors and there not just flavors put on top, oh no they are mixed throughout the icecream with this machine I think he invented, hands down best soft serve and if it was in a rich neighborhood I bet it would be know world wide ...thats how good this place is ....they deserve ten stars **********

First trip there was hair in the banana split I shouldve know this because they wear no hair nets second trip bought two strawberry cheesecake ice creams they were no good they we sour and rotten they smelled like puke third trip I ordered two soft serve icecream cones spoke to the owner about the previous visits and he told me they were nothing wrong with anything in his store and hes for the returning customers he didnt offer any replacement and didnt offer a discount I was offering this day therefore he is only there for the money and lost a good customer

What a find! Good prices, great ice cream with lots of different flavors and a variety of how you get it. The owners were very nice and the place was so clean. The chairs were also comfortable. There is parking in back. There is wifi and it has a/c. It also has this great wall hanging which is very creative. The only problem Ill have it deciding what to get!

I went there this evening for a after dinner dessert with my husband and two kids my husband had the banana split that he said was the best he has had and my son had blueberrie ice cream with chocolate sprinkle and my daughter had strawberry ice cream and for her being a two year old that is picky for ice cream she almost had all of it and all she kept say was hmm yummy lol I had the banana Pina colds slushi and it was absolutely delicious I love sushi this place it amazing and the owner not sure if they are husband and wife but that are so sweet we will be back soon definitely recommend this place
