They installed a ductless mini-split system for me in early September. I have been testing it out before writing. Has been working as expected with no problems. The salesman and installers were very responsive to my needs, installation was on schedule and done well. Their price was the best of the 5 estimates I got for the same equipment. Jared and Ben were great and did a super job - would recommend this company to others.

Replaced my propane/forced air/central air system with a Mitsubishi heat pump system. Its a significant investment but economically it was very smart and I am confident the system will pay for itself. C&C was great to work with. They provided a timely competitive proposal and did the install (decent sized project) within a month. The install was done smartly and professionally by Jarett and Ben. I definitely recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob Chase when deciding to replace my AC and Heating unit. Bob was professional and kind and answered all my questions, which made me feel very comfortable to chose his company to do the job. His team Joe, Matt and Brian did an amazing job with removing my old units and installing the new AC and Heater units. I used C & C Temp Control to install 3 ductless AC units in my house. Everyone I spoke with at the company was responsive and courteous thoughout the process. On the day of the install the two technicians, Derek and Jimmy, were right on time for the install and went through all the steps they planned to do before getting started. They were respectful of my house and property and made sure we knew how everything worked before finishing the job. Sammy from C & C came for AC maintenance today. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond explaining things and trying to find answers for us. BEWARE! Don’t recommend! I just wanted to touch base about the recent service or actually lack there of we received. someone to come look at our AC system he they didn’t even know what was wrong. An immediate replacement MINI Turbo 200 Capacitor which was fine was noting wrong with it and cut the panel of my unit instead unscrew it, my A/C still did not work then he said the need to change the mother board, I ask him how much will cost me he said he will send me the estimate never heard from them. then they ask for payment I spoke and my brother in law spoke with them letting them know what their work did with the unit. they said will talk to the manager and get back to you.I never heard from them. I got call 6 month later and requesting for payment again. when I said I am waiting to talk to manager they said we have no record, I am new in the office and do not see any note in the system. if you do not pay we will send to collection. . I said was what was suggested and said that we would be given quotes and be contacted with more information. NEVER got that quote. Never got the possible things that could be wrong with it.Quite frankly we should not be paying anything for the complete lack of service and professionalism. Be careful’. Shame on your for treating that if we do not pay will send to collection! We legit received NO INFORMATION, SERVICE and not even an educated guess on what was going on. Bad business. Beware!!

Highly recommend C & C Temp Control for all of your heating, air conditioning or plumbing needs! While renovating our kitchen we ran into a plumbing issue that would have held up the entire project. Bob responded immediately and had Tracey coordinate everything with their plumbers. They were professional, prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. Fixed my A/C. Polite and efficient service.

C & Cs new plumbing department is great! I needed a new basement pipe. It was a small job. The plumber came and completed the work - the same day. I had previously asked my own plumber twice to come - with no success. I just changed who I call on first for plumbing!

No heat on the 1st coldest morning of the season (with temps in the single digits), I smelled smoke, and was in a panic. Sandy was finishing up on another job in town and was at my house within 20 minutes. Professional. Courteous. He figured out the problem, fixed it, and made sure everything was safe for us before leaving.

We had split units installed a few weeks ago and the service we received from this company was incredible. Bob Chase who instructed us on the units we needed and quoting us a price to and informing us of the rebates ( which were a big factor on us choosing this company.) was so helpful and answered all our questions. He two very professional installer Jason and Brian that were accommodating, cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until everything was working perfectly. They made sure we could access to all the units on our phones. There were difficulties but stayed an extra couple of hours until all was a go.We recommend this company very highly!Marie and Dave Pellegrino

CC Temp Control is the worst. Their technicians arrived at 10 am on Dec 21 to clean my furnace, which was working fine and not leaking, and to change out the furnace filters. They were in and out all day, removing and installing parts they said were broken or clogged. By the time they left at about 5 pm after creating a disruptive day, my heater was out, the heat was off and I was in a heating emergency, the digital thermostat had gone blank and would not work, the furnace pump was leaking water on the floor, they had removed the zoning board circuitry and the digital thermostat without permission or discussion, and had left unconnected wiring hanging from the furnace. They also left pieces of metal, wiring, packing material, plastic, dirty fingerprints, and dirt all over my bathroom sink and floor, the thermostat, my walls, my carpeted stairs, and the mechanical room floor. The techs were not trained or licensed in the electrical work they performed without permission, and they were not competent even to perform the basic furnace maintenance without damaging the furnace. They refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes, saying that my furnace and the thermostat, which were working fine before they arrived, were faulty. What a disaster, what a mess!

I have worked now with Bob at C&C for a couple of years. He and his team installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my home and it was done professionally and I could not be more happy. Today I had service done with Sami and he was so professional- great to have his level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and quality of work.

Not sure how some others had negative experiences with C&C, may be their bad luck? But I have had only great services from them so far, and Im not associated in anyway nor did any business with C&C before 2021whatsoever. One night during the cold spell back in 01/2021, my 25 yr old natural gas Weil-Mclain boiler quit, I googled around for local plumping services and came across C&C, called for help and talked to service desk around 8:00 pm (not many plumbing companies offer night calls but C&C), Kris came the next morning and had my boiler fixed the same day, my old boiler since then was able to keep up thru series of brutal winter storms in 02/2021, C&C emailed me a bill a few wks later with reasonable charges, end of story, all worked out responsively and professionally. Dont know what else should be expected from C&C? C&C Temp Control definitely is my heating & plumping needs to call list, they deserve 5 stars to me. Thanks C&C for excellent services. Will have another review for my recent high efficiency heating system installation with great service received from Jason and his team at C&C.

From the quote walk-through to completion of work, we had a great experience with C&C. They were professional, polite, friendly, cleaned up and did great work, on time as promised. Bob was really great to set everything up and Josh, Mike and Joe (who did the install) did an amazing job. Couldnt be happier we used them, after getting three different quotes and meeting each company.

Incredible service! I called C&C Temp Control very late on a Friday afternoon after learning the a/c at my parents’ house had not been working for days! They are elderly and not having a/c in this heat was worrisome. I called C&C at a friend’s recommendation and provided the details to their after-hours message service – a live person mind you not a machine. Within 30 minutes a technician named Sami called me and we worked out the specifics about my parent’s situation. He arrived a short while later and the a/c was up and running shortly thereafter! I could not have asked for a better outcome nor more professional and courteous service from all involved parties. I would highly recommend C&C!!

I had heating issues with the unit in my apartment. Different technicians from C &C Temp. Control have come to look at it. So far 5-6 visits for same heating unit. Every time they fix it it works for a week or so and they starts giving cold air while running. They have not been able to diagnose the real issue. Issue persists after changing filter multiple times. They also changed thermostat, sensor and ignition parts however they still could not tell the real issue.

Every season Jared comes and services my air conditioning units with prompt and courteous care. If I have any heating trouble I always call C&C Temp Control.

I have beige carpets, and I usually have to ask service people to remove their shoes. Kevin Robert is number one furance/heater technician. In 2014 C&C Temp Control installed a mini-split system in our house, for our sunroom, that allowed us to use the room 12 months of the year. What a difference it has made in our use of that space! We were so pleased with the experience, that in the Fall of 2019, we asked Bob and his team to replace our 30+ year old furnace. Bob came to our house, did a site review and presented us with an assortment of options that would address our needs. His team was respectful of our house and made sure to keep us up to date with any issues or concerns that we had. We recommend C&C Temp Control whenever the topic of heating system maintenance, repairs or upgrades comes along.

C&C did major work on my four zone hot water system. It has never worked so well. They are responsive, professional and knowledgable. If you have problem, they look at all the possible causes before they start taking the system apart. Highly recommended.

Initially, I had no issues with this company. I asked for a specific unit, received a quote, and had it installed in a timely manner and moved on. Over the winter, my heating bills became higher than ever compared to the past few winters with an old unit. Therefore, I called the company to get some feedback. They sent their lead tech, who came to inspect the unit during which I inadvertently found out that the unit installed was not the unit I asked for. My initial email and inquiry regarding a new heating unit indicated the exact model I wanted. Therefore, I figured the quote I received was for this particular model.I called and spoke to the owner Chris to resolve the matter after checking and confirming our email exchanges. Unfortunately, his response was very unprofessional and downright rude. He laughed at me, told me I signed a contract and should have checked the model numbers. He was very difficult to reason and deal with. However, once my boyfriend got involved and spoke to Chris, the situation was quickly resolved, and I now have the unit that I initially asked for. My intention was never to demand money or cause an issue, I simply wanted the product I intended to have installed. This matter couldve been resolved with one phone conversation, instead it took two and an additional meeting. Regrettably, I felt disrespected and feel that it was solely because I am a woman. I would not recommend this company to my family or anyone I know based on, not the quality of the equipment, but the quality of customer service.

I needed to upgrade my old mercury thermostats, so I looked online for a heating contractor in my area, and found C&C Temp Control. I called and they were at my house within 24 hrs. They installed two Honeywell thermostats. Bob programmed them for me, and went through the set up step by step. Very easy to use, very reasonable prices! I would highly recommend C&C!

Knowing that I wasn’t really in a position to take time off from work to be here for them to install, they got it done quick, efficient, and neat! This place is the worst. Go somewhere else. Trust me. I spent 16k with these people on a new heating and AC system. The install was fine, but thats where it all ends. They are very dishonest and have horrendous customer service. They send this guy name Kevin to my house on multiple occasions who has no idea what hes doing. He came to service my system and then proceeded to shut my hot water off. He then told me I needed a new hot water heater and would call me later with a price. Well, he never called me until I called their incompetent office manager. She made all the excuses in the world for his behavior and finally gets me a ridiculous quote, which was around $2,500. Turns out the hot water heater never needed to be replaced. He was lying. I have the same one to this day and it works fine. They are very dishonest. I had another situation when they sent that same incompetent tech, which to me was the final straw. I could go on-and-on, but when you’re a liar, you’re a liar. Also, when you spend 16k. You should get better service, not dishonesty and coercion to spend more money that you don’t need to spend. Dont spend a dime with these people. They are way overpriced and their service is terrible and nonexistent. This is a terribly managed company. I wish I could give them a zero. When the time comes, I’ll spend thousands of dollars somewhere else, not these people.

Im just going to call this Wheres Bob? I called to get a quote for central AC last fall. Had a set time with Bob and he was a no show. Called back and was told something came up. Set up a new time with Bob, he came an looked around, answered my questions. I receive his quote and called back to ask a couple follow-up questions. This is where I should have stepped away, I was told he would call back but no Bob. This goes on most of the winter. I call, they say he will call back but doesnt.We finally get back in touch this spring ( months later) and I give them the job. Bob tells me they could start the end of May. Nope, Bob made a mistake on the calender they cant start until the end 3rd week of June. I agreed and spoke with the office staff several times to make sure everything was set. I hear nothing leading up till this Friday afternoon when I call to see what time they will arrive on Monday. Guess what? Bob forgot to order the equipment for my house.So to sum this up: Bob missed our appointmentBob didnt get my message ( office problems he said)Bob had to change start dateBob forgot to order the equipmentWe cancelled our 19K job with Bob!The 2 stars... are for the office folks. Great company great guys was very happy with them .They came right over and fixed my A/C in the hottest day of the year.

They have a tight schedule, its all about booking. I had them come in fix my air condition system that the contractor hadnt finished, the prices were reasonable, and the job was completed, I highly recommend them.
