I stopped shopping gear a year ago because it was a mess inside. Was fantastically surprised to see such order and cleanliness on my visit yesterday. Great job folks. One more register for human check I would have been good to shorten line as I am blind and cannot use the automated system. Well done!

Well organized, but It was disheartening to see so many vegetables and roots old, rotten. First time I see so much produce ready for the trash can.

Great prices, always clean, good freshness and quality. Im a big fan of the Bowl & Basket products. Easy in and out but the selection is a bit limited due to the discount nature of the store.

Great prices but man this place is the most unsanitary store I have ever seen, from food 3 days from expiration too, watching the employee yesterday tossing around green beans with her bare hands, I guess she forgot her gloves lol and corona 🤷🏻‍♂️They also left like a pallet of ice cream out of the freezer along with a bunch of other frozen goods that were room temperature when I reached them. That aside you can totally get some great deals if you wanna take a chance.

If I see her I turn around and leave the store. She’s a disgusting person who needs to be fired!!

Great price for the groceries!

Price Rite has come such a long way regarding selection and Im always guaranteed to save a few dollars, too!

Its not the cleanest, but its chock full of food and vegetables from various countries. Youll find everything from Caribbean to Asian to Hispanic and even a few familiar African items. If youre OK with no frills shopping, give out a shot. Oh, dont forget to walk with your own bags. Otherwise, youll have to pay for them or put your un-bagged groceries in the floor of your car.

Not sure if I should write a review because I dont want to give away my secret for keeping my grocery bill less than $30 every week. I purchased 5 pounds of chicken thighs one pound of ground beef cabbage tomato sauce beans and a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables and was able to make almost two full trays of Golumpki.The staff here is always very friendly and pleasant and always ask how your shopping was with a genuine interest.I actually live all the way in Clinton but I go to Worcester for an appointment every week and make sure I always hit up Price Rite. They have the best prices around for fresh produce and they also carry products like yuca and other Spanish products like ham hock that I cant get around my area.

My go to place for arugala and other fancy greens: best price in town and they always have it in stock. The produce section is well stocked and low price. However, the lines are consistently long. Dont forget to bring bags! They charge for them.Meat department is not consistently stocked (picture taken at 5 pm), and only some items are priced.

Didnt have the variety i was looking for, but i went later in the day. But got alot of good deals. Spent over $100 dollars pleased with my purchases.

The whole store smells like fish and everything is overpriced. Ill go into buy milk and an other item, Ill spend at least $20 if not more on two simple items. The one positive, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Good prices on olive oil and imported foods. Stay away from the produce, meats, dairy, and bread. Theyre low quality at low prices. Friendly staff though.

Very clean, but lately hasnt been fully stocked on all essentials. Elizabeth k, the cashier very professional and curious, making sure we found everything ok. Some acting front end managers, just totally rude when you ask if they have any items in the back (like the condensed milk Ive been several times trying to find). As others, are super nice about it.

They dont carry everything that one may be looking for. Items are a good price. NOT outdated as some may fear. The girls working the deli counter were friendly, efficient and polite. The deli meat is quality and price is at least $1 cheaper than big name stores.

Deep discount grocery store. You can fill your cart for under $100. The one star not given is for not opening more registers when the lines are looking long. Also, its a little dirtier than Wegmans or Trader Joes.

I went shopping at this store this morning October 12th and I observed three employees with no Mask whatsoever and two others walking around with their masks around their necks. The manager should be ashamed of himself or fired, this store is putting the general publics health in danger! Yes I will be filing a complaint with the board of health of Worcester.

I can shop anywhere in Worcester but I chose Price Rite because the store manager, I think his name is Ron . Very helpful and friendly. I know no one can be happy everyday but every time we have needed help or had any questions Ron helped ous out, FRIENDLY which u do not get in many places !!! Ty Ron and keep up the good work

Many brand name food at cheaper prices than most supermarkets. They now have a deli with cheap prices. Making a stop here you could definitely save some money on food shopping.

Very quiet today was a pleasure just getting what I needed and done no long lines.

They redid the store, it looks great! The produce section, while no where near Market 32, is clean and they seem to have a much larger selection than they had before.

Nice and clean. Prices are excellent. I drive from auburn to get to this store even though I have one closer. Its much cleaner and well signed. The other store, I cant figure out how much anything is. Its never priced and the price scanner doesnt work.

Do not go to price rite gouldstar boulevard the carriages are discussing.rubber gloves left in carriages no disinfectant to wash your carts. Parking lot filled with masks and used rubber gloves and nobody cares. Had a friend that complained to manager and he said we will get to it when we get to it. Breeding ground for viruses. For your own health. During this time do not go there. If I get sick ohhh boyyyyy. From this place.

I shop here almost every week for our family groceries. Their produce prices are practically unbeatable, but I have also seen team members throwing the fruit and veggies into the bins which damages it. I also love the deli with the grab-and-go choices. The staff are courteous and helpful.

The only positive of this grocery store is the prices are as low as youll find anywhere and the non-organic produce is surprisingly good quality. However, here are the negatives: you must purchase bags and bag the goods yourself; the variety of products is limited; there are few healthy items in this store and forget organic, gluten free, etc.; everything is still in crates instead of shelves.

Every time I walk into this store I am greeted with the poorest customer service I have ever experienced in all of my life! I walk into a store yesterday spend $120 I get to the register and after being glared at for 15 minutes while I stand patiently in line socially distance a very large woman who works there who refuses to wear a mask and protect the public although she works there and it is now the law . To make a point decides to get on a register when Im about to pay. I asked her to please move just a couple of feet so that I can remain socially distanced as my race is compromised in this pandemic and she says go somewhere else you cause a problem whenever you walk into the store! Mind you, the last time I was there I had a hundred plus dollars worth of food no registers were open and they wanted me to check out all of my food at self-checkout I told them I cant do that. I have cancer, sciatica and extreme pain in my arms I can barely lift out my groceries to put them on a belt let alone self checkout they yelled at me told me now they were going to have to put my groceries back do not come in the store again but I ignored it because I know my rights. I have never been in a store like this in all of my 50 years of life. one is a very large brunette woman who will not wear a mask in the pandemic the other is a large red-headed curly haired women who yelled at me several times and I defended myself they told me never to come back in the store again although I did nothing wrong I have no idea where these people were trained but the customer service in this store is disturbingly bad and something should be done. Im not the first person this has happened to theyre awful. They do not care about the public I seen it over and over not just with myself but with other patrons the level of unconcern and lack of customer service or help is unprecedented its disturbing and I will choose other places because I can.

I havent been to this location and quite some time it was very well organized I like their produce section A lot better and everything in the stove is easy to find.

Just to be clear, this is 4 stars because of the low prices. The stars are in no way, shape or form an indication of the atmosphere of the store. The store itself is pretty bare bones and had almost no shelving. However it does have great selection of everything for very little money.

I am physically challenged & entering the store required a long painful walk to the groceries. I was able to find the item I was looking for so it wasnt a lost cause. This supermarket will not be my first choice in going grocery shopping. The wall that I walked along inside was unnecessary and the entrance to the groceries should be closer to the door.

The place was clean and social distances rules was obeyed by shoppers. I like that.

Was treated extremely disrespectful by deli staff. Charles was exceptionally rude and was demanding my whole order at once. I dont expect anyone to know I have a disability, but when someone has trouble processing auditory and oral communication- I would expect both patience and a little understanding instead of being rushed and orders being barked at me. Also, I am Jewish which means I am kosher. They were slicing deli meat and cheese on the same slicer which is not only un-kosher- it is also extremely unsanitary for those that do not eat meat and dairy together,

Basic brands, sales, discounts, grass fed beef, kefir amongst healthy items, cheaper fresh produce, gluten free items, low cost quality deli meats and cheeses self serve. Pack your own bags the way I want them sorted is easier, and quicker check out.
