We went to start a family member on vapor from cigarettes. When we told the staff what we wanted they kept offering us other things. We are experienced vapor users. We have been vaping longer than the staff. They wouldnt give us what we wanted. Poor customer service. We went down the street and found a much better, helpful place.

I was in the area for business after having traveled from Pennsylvania. My vape leaked all the juice out this morning prior to catching my flight. I didnt have time to deal with it then. I found this store via Google. I explained my problem to him. He took it apart and was able to identify the cause of the leak. He put in a new coil, primed it, and explained ways to keep my coils lasting longer. I also bought a bottle of raspberry lemonade juice per his suggestion. It is a great juice. I HIGHLY recommend this shop if youre in the area. He has hundreds of varieties of juice, coils and expertise.

I have been to a few vape shops in the area but my favorite is VapoRize. They have a great selection of premium juices and are always getting more! The staff is knowledge about the products and friendly plus the atmosphere is great. This is a great store for new and seasoned vapers alike!

If I could give vaporize negative stars I would, I called vaporize and asked if they had a coil pod for my specific vape, which the guy said yes they did. When I went there I handed the guy my Vape to make sure he knew which coil I needed because I didnt want to spent 15$ on the wrong one. When I got home I filled the coil pod and put it on my Vape ( which yes it did fit ) but it didnt fire when I pressed the button. I looked it up online and found out it was not the correct coil pod for my vape. I drove back to the store and explained to the same guy that sold me the wrong coil that he made a mistake and sold me the wrong one and his reply was well I thought that was the coil you needed. We dont sell that vape but since it looked like it would fit I figured it would work .Then I said to himwell when I called then came in and handed you my vape for reference and asked you for a product that will work with my product I expected it to work and it doesnt Then he replied well thats the only coil that we sell that would fit with your vape and it was the last one Then I said its irrelevant that thats the only coil you have that would fit in my vape because its not the right coil and its even more irrelevant that you sold me the last one because I dont need another wrong coil, I need the right coil that you apparently do not sell so here are your wrong coils and I need my money backHis response to that was Im sorry Im not going to be able to give you your money back just because you made a mistake on what coil you needed I tried to explain to the guy that the only mistake I made was trusting that he knew about the products he was selling as well as sell me the correct product I needed. He was extremely rude and arrogant about the fact he was not going to refund me the 15$ cash I had paid him and told me that if I didnt like it I should leave and to not come back. Oh and what makes it even worse is that when I got back in my car I realized that he had took the coil I was trying to return back from me during our debate about my refund and then denied taking it back when I went back for it. Even though it didnt work in my Vape I still had filled the pod full of my juice that I couldve still used. It really was unbelievable, I felt like I was in either the twilight zone or a hidden camera show. This is especially for the people new to Vapeing, Dont say I didnt warn you if you go in there without knowing exactly what you need because these scam artists will get you the way they did me. Im sure It wasnt the first time they took advantage of the lack of knowledge situation. He was way to comfortable with his lack of empathy to have it be his first time screwing over a customer. Hope this helps someone in the future.
