DO NOT GO HERE. They do not have a drive through but don’t bother to tell you or have a sign anywhere so you go, wait in line for 15 minutes behind other people who all have to figure it out for themselves when their order isn’t taken and no one even comes to the drive through window to tell you. This place is almost always crazy. I just waited at least 30 minutes for my order. I asked again how far back I was in line, there was at least 10 orders ahead of mine. The company or franchise needs to better setup their mobile applications ordering system. So instead of the application telling you its a 3-6 minute wait (or a 6-9 minute wait,) that it gives you the honest wait time. Which appears to always be 30-45 minutes! At the very least. They told us there were too many people waiting inside and that they had to close the Cafe. That they would bring our drinks out to us. I got a refund at that point. There was no telling when my order would be done! Worcester needs more Starbucks or more employees at their current ones. That is not fair to their staff how overloaded they are with orders. As well as it is not fair to the customers who are waiting crazy periods of time in congested rooms full of people. I waited at least 30 mins in a the Cafe packed full of people before they asked us all to wait outside in their even smaller patio area.
Sunday morning 11am.Totally chaotic. Unshelved stock 4’ x4’ blocking way to order, second 4’x 4’ blocking way to restrooms.Line to order mixed with delivery pickup. Ordered 1 black coffee, 1 warm pumpkin pound cake, 1 decaf. Decaf not brewed, try decaf Americano. Received black coffee But not the rest.Waited over 15Minutes at the end of the counter for Decaf Americano. Turned out it was on the other side of the store, cold. Remake the Americano. No pumpkin pound cake. Go find itThirty minutes for 3 basic items. 😵💫This is not the Starbucks I know
They are really nice here, and I like that. But every time I come, its at least a 20 minute wait. I keep thinking theyll get it together, and theyre nice, so I keep trying, but honestly, its not worth it
Says they have drive through but then its closed. Orfered an Americano which is almost the simplest thing you can order and wait 25 minutes
This is the worst Starbucks Ive ever been to. Extremely long waits, ridiculous lines, and staffed with employees who clearly dont know what they are doing due to lack of management and training.I get that its the pandemic, but Chix-Filet right down the street moves just fine when I bring my kids.Im shocked that a company like Starbucks allows a store this poorly run to carry on. If they are so short staffed, they should close the inside and just do drive through or vice-versa until they figure it out.
I recently placed an order through the mobile app to be picked up at the drive-thru. I specifically chose the drive-thru option due to a severe Achilles tendon injury which makes standing/walking for even small amounts of time very painful.I waited in line at the the drive-thru for ~25 minutes before a manager came out and placed a drive-thru closed sign in front of my car. I drove up and informed her that I had already paid through the mobile app and would just like to pick up my coffee. She informed me that I had to go inside because she was short-staffed. I shared that due to a health issue I wouldnt be doing so and would like to know how to get my money back. She rudely responded again, just go inside and wait in line.I wont be returning to any Starbucks after this incident but Im also concerned for customers with disabilities. If this is how Starbucks employees treat paying customers with health issues they deserve to suffer financially until they learn to treat customers in a more respectful manner.
I prefer going to this location as it is most convenient for my commute, however they’re usually backed up and a drink order can take up to 30-35 minutes to be completed…

Honestly never been to a slower starbucks in my life. Would rather go to one 20 minutes away. It would probably be faster. Every single time I come here it’s 40 minutes for a coffee. God forbid someone ahead of me orders food, then it’s an hour before I even order anything.

I tried the kiwi star fruit lemonade and was very pleased with my purchase just not sure about the price for size of the beverage, but thats just my opinion.
This location seriously needs help. I waited for 45 minutes for pickup order for two coffees, meanwhile countless people came and ordered in-person and were served immediately. I feel bad for the staff here, there were 6-8 employees working with 30+ people waiting in-store as well as a drive through line wrapping around the building. Shame on Starbucks and the management team for subjecting their employees to this madness.
Starbucks has a great drink menu,their seasonal butterscotch latte is amazing,along with their pistachio beverages.When those are not available I get the caramel frappucino ( so delicious!!!) I dont mind the wait because I understand that the baristas have multiple orders coming in,all the time.When I get my coffee it is well worth the wait,and the staff is great.
Got two special drinks green tea ice and a Caramel ice coffee. No taste to either drink! Went through the drive through.
The baristas are very nice and friendly. The service is always good 👍🏻
A poorly managed location. Im a regular there. From waiting patiently for someone to come from the back to take my order, while hearing employees back there just chatting it up to repeatedly being made the wrong size beverage after clearly stating and being properly wrung up. Im done at that one until changes are made.

Busy place but they leave the customers wait for 1 hour to get their coffee while they were in total lessThan 20 people. I don’t know why it takes so long to serve the costumer and make them wait for an hour. I understand that mobile order has priority but What’s going on with the customer who takes time to go and order ?? Means that we are secondary ???
This is the second time I have used the app to order ahead at this location and it was nearly as bad as the first. Ordered a single drink at 3:27. Order said 5-8 minute prep time. Arrived at 3:40 and still waited until 3:55. I could have walked in and ordered and gotten it faster. Not to mention the guy who prepped it was wearing only one glove and continually pulling up his pants. I have completely given up on this location.

They never update the system of what they really have in store. Ive made several times online orders and when I went there the answer was: sorry we dont have it can we replace it with something else. When I pointed out that this is not correct for the customers the manager blamed the system.
All of the employees were so nice and they put pride stickers on everything today which literally made me cry. Happy pride month 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️
Not sure if all Starbucks are this bad. I only order tea from here, nothing else. If youre going to charge 5 dollars for a single order of tea I dont want to wait 40 minutes for it. Deleted my Starbucks app today.
This is Starbucks needs new management immediately, the service is slow, they are constantly running out of items and tell you after you pay and are waiting for your order. Overall improvement is needed.
I always go to this Starbucks because the service is amazing and efficient! Starbucks discontinued the white tea but Kenny always goes above and beyond to make sure I get the best recommendation. Not to mention the times I go people are usually still sleeping and not always the most happiest but he always greets us with such a positive attitude.
This is the second time I’ve been to the Starbucks. Both times I had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a latte and a pastry. The second time I went I ordered a peppermint mocha latte double shot. What I received 12 minutes later was a peppermint mocha hot chocolate.
Wonderful place. Great coffee and most importantly awesome costumer service... seriously this crew is the most professional one i have seen so far. Lovely people ❤
30 minute drive thru wait. They got 2 out of 3 drinks wrong but gave me one of the mistakes free... The third drink was an apple juice box...

This location has always been slow. Only come here during slow times of the day. Other times are maddening, even with the patience during this crazy Covid period.If the app says it takes 25 minutes to fulfill your order, thats fine. I live about 8 minutes away and my order at 10:05AM said 8-11 minutes. I delayed and got there 15 minutes later, at 10:20. Waited for awhile and at about 10:30, I saw my cold foam CB. About 2-3 minutes later, I notice what looks to be my breakfast sandwich. I had a bakery item as well to wait on. But my prepared items sat in a queue, away from the front of the counter. The staff was flying around too much to be bothered. Anyways, I couldnt lower my mask and consume those things anyway, so I waited. A few minutes later, I walk up to the cashier and ask for any cold bakery item they can give me right now so I could make it home for my 11AM meeting. Nicely, she credited me my bakery purchase and said another person would get me what I ordered. After another 5-7 minutes, I walked out with a morning bun, lukewarm sandwich and a cold brew with the foam fully dissolved.Was in that Starbucks for 25 minutes. It took 40 minutes from ordering to receiving the order in full.This location is hot. Great location which brings heavy traffic. This is a sizeable store with small areas behind the counter to work. They need many more people especially during Covid. But they couldnt fit all they need. To their credit, the crew kept their cool even as they frantically worked while hearing more than a few heated words from frustrated patrons.There is no real blame. Its just poor logistics. Just avoid if you are in a hurry...
I ordered a coffe and the coffe was horrible .. it doesn’t smell like a coffe it looked like water .. I am very disappointed...

Friendly staff but not worth the wait. No matter what time of day, there is a half hour wait at the drive through. I tried ordering my drink through the Starbucks app a few times with mixed success. The last time it told me my order was ready and I showed up to be told that the wait on online orders was an hour and a half. Rediculous.

I go to this Grove Street one often. Which I won’t go anymore. I hate putting these types of reviews up but, every time I go and ask for an iced soy chai I get milk...I’m allergic to milk.. hello!!! I don’t feel like this is hard to do so he is in the box and milk is in the container. People need to read and listen a lot better
Workers were polite and worked hard, but need to keep track of their orders better. We ordered four items in store at 1:09, all on menu orders. Got the first two orders in ten minutes, then had to ask where our other two were at 1:34. Finally had our order completed at 1:40. Costumers who came in after us with bigger orders received theirs before us. We understand orders were slow because of Covid-19, but this seemed excessive and more like they had lost my ticket instead of being backed up. Never returning back.
This Starbucks routinely makes incorrect drinks, then gives attitude trying to justify why it was wrong if you ask them to correct it. Earlier today I picked up two drinks I had pre-ordered through the Starbucks app. One drink was wrong seeing it had been made as a frappuccino even though it was ordered as a latte. As they started remaking that drink I asked enough questions about the other drink to realize that was also incorrect. As they corrected that drink I noticed it was made incorrectly again as it had not been made light. The manager then said they had no control over the difference between the phone app and what they receive for an order in the store. I dont blame them for not wanting to make a drink for a third time, but if one is paying $6-$7 for a drink I think I would make certain it is correct the second time. I understand mistakes happen but it is ridiculous that a manager of the store wants to try to pawn off responsibility for a drink made incorrectly twice. I guess its time to find a different location to order from

Waiting 15+ for a nitro cold brew is not good service.Many customers lined up around the pickup ordering line with little response from the baristas. Ordering from other cafés and starbucks around town, this is by far the lowest quality. Will not be back anytime soon.

This starbucks is a great addition to the area! It can he pretty busy at rush hour but the workers go at an incredible speed and are super friendly! The tables are great to do work at or just catch up with friends!
What can I say....its a Starbucks. Staff is great. Can get backup up 10-15 min for mobile orders during peak time in the morning (8/8:15ish). Food and beverage sometimes arrive out of sync by several minutes.

Ordered a southwestern veggie wrap from this starbucks using the Uber eats delivery app. i got my order delivered, and all they sent was the bag for the veggie wrap...literally just the bag, no wrap. it was honestly laughable. I called and the girl i spoke with said “oh well we were probably out of the veggie wraps, but we can’t do anything so you need to contact uber eats”...so you just send the bag? when i worked in a restaurant and a customer used a delivery service and we didn’t have an item, WE would contact the customer and explain what’s going on and offer to get them something else not just blind side the customer.
Asked for extra cinnamon on my cappuccino and got a cup full :(Very disappointed!
Terrible customer service! I had an issue making a mobile order through the app. I called and spoke to someone at the store who told me to order at the store at the drive through . At the drive through, i gave my order, and mentioned I wanted to use the bogo (happy hour) promotion. I was told it was fine and I proceeded to the main window . I mentioned I wanted to use the bogo promotion and was rudely told my drinks did not fall under the promotion even though I order the same thing for every bogo promotion . I explained this to the manager and even offered to show her my previous purchases because I had never had an issue at any location before . The manager was rude and made me feel like a criminal trying like I was trying to get away with something even though this was the first time this was ever an issue, I shop at Starbucks at least 10 times a month, avoid this location, the staff is very rude!

One of the few places these folk are as passionate about their craft and civil civic duty outside the protest rallies... but with smiles! Gives me hope-- visiting these rehabilitation centers... The coffee is decent, in a pinch, also.

How does this company stay in business letting people sit for hours without a purchase? I came in here to have coffee and something to eat and I waited for a seat. Nothing. There are people sitting here with their laptops with no coffee or anything. There are four people playing a board game with nothing purchased in front of them. Amazing!
This Worcester franchise is one of the best. They almost always have the hard-to-find blends for sale that make drinking coffee delightful. The service is attentive and efficient and theres usually a seat available. As Starbucks goes, this is one of the better ones.
Excellent! We wanted coffee on Columbus day, my friend was down from Denmark, and I was worried nothing would be open... Found this little place and it was great! The coffee was perfect ❤️
Good place. The staff here are pretty quick and accurate when making your orders. It does feel a bit crammed in there sometimes though, but that is just the way the layout of the cafe is organized.

Who manages this Starbucks location? It’s a mess every time I go in and I can’t even order a mobile order and have it come out in a timely manner. Drive through or mobile order - all I’m doing is waiting. Weds morning I was third in line at drive through and thought “not bad” but then I waited for 20 minutes. I asked what happened and they said one of the cars in line ordered food when they got to the window. If that happens shouldn’t the attendant have them pull up and to the right so that everyone else on their way to work does not suffer? I will try to avoid this location as much as possible. Not well run.

I am so sick of this after many times of this happening I am finally going to review. I order a grand cappuccino at this Starbucks and most of the time the cup is filled less than half way! It could be the size of a tall cappuccino. This keeps happening what a rip off. Paying $5 dollars for a cup of coffee and I cant even get a whole cup.
Personal favorite stop for my quad shot. Great vibes. Excellent coffee. Staff made an effort to get to me. They knew me more than just the late night coffee goer.
