Found this place cause or usual spot was closed. As someone said before it is a lot to take in as far as drink options but more so the ice and sugar levels you want. We had the frozen passion fruit drink with mango bubble jellies. It was very good and a perfect option for a hot day. Definitely will try this place again. Just be ready for a long line as well. They seem to be popular.

This is place is a hidden gem! Great customer service, a huge variety of bubbles, and delicious flavors. They have spread out seating indoors and 2 tables with chairs outside as well. My favorite is the taro milk slush.

I’m addicted to OneZo Milk tea!!!I wish I didn’t live an hour away I would be coming here just about everyday! Every time I hit the road where I have to pass by Worcester I would make a detour and stopping here is a must! I swear best milk tea I ever had! Especially the tapioca pearls is made fresh onsite which is a plus. It’s super good and chewy I always have to get extra in my drink.

Amazing flavors and unique Boba options! This is a fun and hip place to get a delicious drink. If you are traveling through or visiting Worcester, then you have to stop here. Ive had Bubble tea at various restaurants across Massachusetts and this is by far the best!

We recently tried the signature brown sugar bubble latte and burny caramel milk tea with coconut jelly. Both the drinks were outstanding and didn’t disappoint us. This was our first time here so had to spend some time to find a parking spot.

I was a frequent customer but after last weekend I dont think Ill be back.I got a latte with Boba. I started drinking and the caffeine content was so high I thought Id get a heart attack if I continued. I went back to let the barista know and while she did ultimately offer to make it again with more sugar she wasnt interested in giving me another drink with less caffeine. Lattes arent supposed to taste like an intense bold roast. But she insisted that is how they make coffee. I accepted the offer for a new one and that one was still extremely strong, just sweeter.Other times Ive been there when I got a latte it was nowhere near as strong. This visit it did not taste very good.My husband got a milk foam green tea and he wasnt very impressed with his drink either, there was no flavor.Id let this go if the drinks werent so pricy. With Boba its $7 for a medium.

My favorite Bubble tea spot ever!!! They make their boba fresh and no one else comes even close to them! I been going to this spot almost 3-4 times every week since they opened last year. I hope they make a rewards program soon :) They have a great selection of different Bobas, jellies, and even foam! My favorite is the Brown sugar coffee latte so far. My second is probably the mango green tea. Def. recommend this spot over any other Bubble tea spots, not even close.

After trying countless milk teas across the U.S., Onezo in Worcester is by far the best milk tea spot! Was never really into milk tea in the past because of bad experiences but this location is always consistent. My boyfriend and I love their passion fruit green tea(w. mango boba), signature green milk tea and Hong Kong style milk tea. Workers are very sweet, patient and professional.

Honestly, this was my first time coming here ans I was almost overwhelmed because there’s a lot to to choose from as you’re basically building your own special tea. I was so nervous but they are literally the nicest people ever! They took their time to explain everything to me and even made recommendations for my mom who didn’t want something sweet (she ended up loving what they choose for her). I really appreciate their service. I got the Brown Sugar bubble latte with brown sugar bubble and salted foam I believe. It was so good. And the atmosphere is very welcoming! Definitely going back!

Found this place across from a crepe restaurant.. We had the brown sugar and passion fruit tea with bubble jellies. It was very good and we want back to get the second round. Will be back again.

I prefer Onezo’s milk tea over any other places!I highly recommend the green milk tea, it has a very refreshing taste!I go to OneZo whenever I can! I go on a daily basis, probably spent over 2,000 dollars in the past year on onezo!

Not only were the servers attractive... i mean really nice, the boba was probably the best ive ever had like, ever. also nearby to a lot of cool places and not too expensive. i will be going again. :)

My sister and I Heard about this place so much so We came for the Bobba- but We will be coming back for Jen and the Brown sugar bobba tea 🥰Jen was so nice and sweet- The costumer service and drinks here was phenomenal! 10/10. Manager should be so happy and proud they got such wonderful employees and such great yummy drinks!! Drinks are sweet but not too sweet. They let you customize the sweetness and the ice!

This is the best boba I have had outside of California! Great variety of flavors, all the customization I could ever want and GREAT customer service. I live one street over and came to pick up with my dogs. Just as I was about to call the shop standing right outside, one of the employees noticed me from the window! They brought my drink straight out to me! I will be coming here often!

Im a big fan of authentic bubble tea. They make fresh tapioca pearls in the shop and the process is visible to customers. I see many Gen-Zs here. Receipts can be sent to emails instead of printing a paper receipt (saving trees and no BPA exposures) and the amount of sugar and ice can be controlled the way I want. I love Gong cha for Taiwanese bubble tea but OneZo pretty much makes pan-Asian bubble teas. Love the quick service!

Onezo in Worcester is soooo much better than the one in Chinatown Boston. They’re boba is fresh and a good texture. Another thing I’d like to mention is that their drinks are always consistent so I’m always happy with whatever I order 🧋😋

Really interesting place. A small cafe of a sort with all your bubble tea needs. A huge variety of flavors and boba. I recommend getting a large because a small has way too much boba and not enough tea, but thats just my opinion.

Teas are good, but the boba pearls really make this place stand out. Super chewy and soft. After having boba here, then going to another place, I could taste the difference and mich prefer their boba so much!

Yum! Super convenient location. Tons of refreshing and satisfying drink options, many toppings and ways to modify your drink. Would definitely recommend stopping in if you are in this area.

You can really taste the difference of the home made Boba! I love that I can adjust to barely sweet and almost no ice that is the perfect flavor and temp. for me. So much Boba and tea styles to choose from as well.

I tried their mango milkshake with boba for the first time and it was really good, the place looked beautiful and the music was soothing, the workers there were really nice and with a cheerful attitude, will definitely go back there for another drink 🙂

Good tasting milk tea. However, expensive for milk tea. We all know milk tea is already expensive for what it is but a milk foam green tea with white pearl is $6.38 (w/tax). I get the same thing at gongcha for $5.Edit: I do agree with the reply, their boba is better quality. Increase from 3 to 4 star.

The milk tea is delicious and the boba is freshly made, tasty, and consistent. The selection of milk tea and boba is perfect. The ambiance is modern and clean with a friendly staff. Must visit!

Great tasting drinks and boba and amazing staff! We couldnt decide what boba to try as they were out of the regular kind so they all gave us their recommendation and we loved it! The Thai tea with less sugar and brown sugar boba and ube boba are amazing! Best boba we have had; you can taste the difference with them making their own boba! So glad we ventured out today and found this spot!

Yummy bubble tea as always. Staff friendly as usual. Not related to the shop, but parking can be hard if youre not good with tight streets. There is a side street however that we have always been able to use to just pop in and get boba.
