What can be better than a nice coffee in a real mug in a coffee place?! Good coffee, very friendly people

So, been driving past here for about 15 years. Todays the day we go in. Ordered an Iced Nitro and an Iced Cappuccino. Both were well made and we had options for sweetener and dairy. Good choices. Happy, clean, friendly place to spend time with friends. Lots of parking, or order ahead. Whole leaf tea and whole coffee beans available. We like this happy place and will be back.

People are picky about their coffee. Its a drink thats personalized to our preferences. At InHouse, they listen to their customers and actually get to know them. They offer a variety of flavors, and theyre some of the friendliest baristas in Worcester.The only thing that I would change is that I wish that they have wifi. All the same, I love this place.

Met my cousin for coffee. Neither of us had ever been to InHouse Coffee, & we agreed to meet there again. Friendly, clean. Outdoor space. Inside seating is diverse.

Amazing service and wonderful coffee. I order a London Fog (earl grey tea latte) which isnt specifically on the menu- and they make the best one Ive ever had! They always remember me too :) I wish I wasnt going back to college soon I want their london fogs every day😭

Im so sad they closed the Northborough store but Inhouse has the best coffey and fresh pastry around. I drive from Marlboro to Worcester to buy it by the pound...its that good. Staff is super friendly and will remember your order after being there just a few times, customer service is top notch. Everything else is simply outhouse coffee

Clean with plenty of parking this coffee house hits the spot. Even in the mid to late afternoon the bagels are still fresh. My bacon egg and cheese sandwich had plenty of bacon and the cheese was melted perfectly. I think their standard ice coffee is a dark roast. They also sell pastries, desserts, and a variety of flavored and unflavored bags of coffee. The next time you’re on Shrewsbury Street give this place a shot!

Pastries and tea were nice and the woman working the front counter was very sweet and pleasant. Giving 3 starts because after purchasing I asked for the wifi code to get some work done while not having internet at home between moves, and they told me that they no longer have wifi for customers. Such a heartwarming place for this Christmas season. Great place to get some work done!! The music and lights are just perfect! Also their Tiramisu Ice coffee is pretty good, if you enjoy Tiramisu cake, youll definitely enjoy this coffee. It has a great aftertaste and smells just as great even afterward. Never had a bad experience. love their red velvet frappes and asiago bagel, they use real eggs for their breakfast sandwiches and it’s a great little local secret coffee shop.

Havent been there in awhile, *moved 150 miles* but when i lived in Worcester 5 minutes away, was always there. Great staff, munchies, and the amazing selection of teas, coffees, iced or hot. The specials never failed to impress. Guaranteed to go back next time im around.

How do I give 0 stars??!?!???? This was absolutely the WORST place I have ever been to. For starters the people working were extremely unprofessional. An older gentleman working behind the counter basically belittled all his staff members, all the females working seemed very miserable but would put on the fakest smile when a customer approached. The food i received was not only cold but it sent me straight to the bathroom to throw up. Overall extremely horrible. I have had better coffee for a cheaper price and better service and I recommend everyone here do the same.-follow up since the owner responded:I am not sure what you are talking about. I have heard nothing from any friends regarding your facility, I only write on what I personally experience. As the owner of the company you should be more understanding to what your customers experience instead of saying they are wrong because you believe your management is up to par. You response, for one thing, makes you sound childish which only goes to prove my point that when you believe someone is wrong you belittle them. I am speaking from experience. Maybe take time to fix the management instead of bashing on your customers. sorry

This is one of my favorite coffee joints. I get the cookies and cream made with almond milk....no coffee. They have attentiv alternative milks which is a huge plus. Homemade whipped cream and fresh squeezed orange juice. The baked goods are good eats as well. The look of the restaurant has modern and fun. The service is always friendly and efficient.

Love everything about this coffee shop. The service here is one of the best and its a crew of women. Very patient and helpful when deciding on coffee choices and food items. Lots to choose from when it comes to drink choices from coffees, hot, cold or blended to teas, frappes and lattes. Breakfast choices, muffins and lots of desserts. Nice decor and variety of seating inside and tables outside.

Wife stopped in with our daughter while I was at the bank next door.She was going to use the restroom then grab some food and a drink, they refused to let her use the bathroom first and demanded she have a receipt with a code.Turning away a customer with a little girl who needs the bathroom, especially with the rude attitude she received isn’t right.We come out this way weekly and can’t believe how rude they were to her. I won’t be coming back and neither will any of my family.That’s how you lose a customer for life.

You get great service, great products all at a great price. Each time has been great with the same quality of food and service. My go to is the wings! Their wings are probably my favorite in the area, I would drive hours for them! Their burgers are to die for as well. I always create my own burger and its cooked to my preferred temp perfectly each time.

Always a great experience at in house! Their selection is always huge, and the food is always fresh, the drinks always made perfectly and quickly to order. The line may get long during peak hours, but their throughput is always efficient!

InHouse Coffee just opened a location in Northborough and I have stopped in a few times over the past few weeks. The espresso drinks are priced well, made well, and served quickly. I have been impressed on all occasions with the friendly service. Its great to have another nearby option for grabbing a quick caffeine fix or meeting a client or friend. Definitely check them out!

Visited here with my family to kill some time and enjoy some coffee. It was great. All the drinks were good. I really enjoyed the cold brew, very smooth. No serve yourself cream. Big windows, plenty of indoor seating, outside seating, great staff, lots of parking.

Really great atmosphere and kind service. Lots of spaces in the open and in private. Very plush. Chairs and comfortable couches. The food was good. Lots of parking. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick coffee or a even a place to work in a quiet environment.

Beautiful place, clean, great ambience. Service needs improvement. Please excuse yourself while sweeping. Common courtesy. The lady who served me was condenscending. Respect people despite their color. Took a while to get my order and the pastries were right behind her. My time is valuable. Please do not waste it. Without the customer you have no job.

Great place that’s open till late for coffee! Nice open seating area. Staff is always nice and love their iced coffees. If you are looking for something different try the pistachio steamer with espresso! For a quick breakfast sandwich egg and cheese is pretty good too!

Surprised to find they start mopping around you where you sit because sometimes they close early if its slow. Seems like they definitely want customers to feel like they should leave well over an hour before closing time. The poor employee said her manager told her to start cleaning up.

I have been going to In House Coffee in Worcester for years and always get great service and terrific tasting drinks and food. I love the iced green tea, spinach and feta pastries and apricot croissants. Owners and staff are wonderfully friendly and kind.

Been here a couple of times and will be coming again. Clean place, the ambience is super chill and stylish, and theres plenty of different spots to hang out with friends. Theres almost always good music playing. Theres many different menu options, for beverages, sandwiches, and desserts, and they serve it to you any way you like it. The employees are incredibly sweet and serve quickly. Definitely worth a stop by. Its better than Starbucks. In fact, just skip it altogether and head down the street to here.

Im not big into flavored coffee so InHouse isnt really for me. Im not super into sweet drinks so I prefer acoustic coffee on South main Street for its selection of locally roasted coffee from around the world.That being said, if you like sweeter, flavored coffees, this is a great place for you. Definitely a good, local alternative to Dunkin Donuts!

Music at the right level. Can read a book comfortably and lots of natural light. Wish they sold regular or dark roast coffee though. Only different flavored coffees here.

The place is interesting and nicely furnished. Comfortable and cool. The only seriously negative thing is the way I see the employees treat and look at certain people...as if these people are low lifes because the way they look. If someone looks homeless or having a hard time, they come in and order and pay just like everyone else. I watched how badly they treated them and acted like they werent welcome. After the couple paid for their coffee and food, they sat down and once they finished, a supervisor or manager went to them and said its closing time. As they got up to leave, people continued to enter and order and sit down to eat. It was ride and I wont go there again. The food and coffee is excellent, the ignorance of some employees is horrid and creates a bad taste to the entire establishment.

I drove up from Tampa to buy their coffee by the LB. I would love to order it online and have it shipped to my home.Or maybe a “coffee box” shipped. $20 a month and we get a surprise flavor LB of coffee and other swag sent to your door. I’d totally subscribe to that! Let’s brainstorm this! Lol

Youre typical higher end coffee shoppe. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable seating. Metro cafe style. I had one of their frappes... yummy. Coffee is higher quality and priced to match.

Coconut steamer, hot chocolate, and Americano were great. Pistachio cookie was kind of flavorless and a bit crispy for my liking, and the cannoli filling was a little flour-y. The 5 star rating though is really for the customer service! The woman behind the counter was amazing. When she found out the hot chocolate was for my 3 year old she filled it part way with cold milk and had me test it to make sure the temperature was just right for him. She took the time to answer questions about menu items, and was just overall so friendly and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I could post it here. Comfortable environment, large menu, great experience. We will definitely be back.

Great and friendly staff but the coffee quality is very regular which reflects in the relatively low price. I did get very upset when I asked for a cup of water and they mentioned that they sell water bottles but they cannot actually give out cups of water (maybe because they want you to pay for water?) If so, this is ridiculous.

Espresso and other drinks are great, good selection of baked goods. Wonderful staff and a cheery atmosphere. Dont expect to get much work done here though, its kind of loud and flashy.

The staff is always friendly and quick to get to know you, making you feel welcomed every time you stop by. Family owned and operated, one of the best Internet Cafes...great atmosphere to enjoy a great cup of coffee and something to eat, (breakfast sandwiches are made to order and way under $10), alone because you need a break from the rat race, or just to feel like you are at a neighborhood coffee shop...or to negotiate some high powered business deal. Ive done it all at In House, and the hosts graciously make you feel comfortable and welcome...great seating to be seen...or enclaves for more private meetings or to be alone.

I have been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. Ashley works the front and has never been anything short of the most pleasant person Ive ever encountered. She knows most of the customers names and orders & constantly has a smile on her face. Ive only had 2 different drinks here and basic breakfast food so i dont have much to offer there but its always good. If for anything Id continue to go here just for Ashleys happy mood, hoping it would rub off on me 😄.

Awesome staff and amazing products, but its a very popular place so sometimes it can be a little first come first serve with the food items as they do run out sometimes. The ladies here are incredible and totally take care of you you my only gripe is things can be a little pricy. If you like a quality coffee and food in your morning or whenever and dont mind paying for what you get this spot is amazing!!!!!

I love this place I found it by accident the service was excellent the coffee was to die for and the muffin I have was the best I ever had maple french toast, so if you are in need for a quick pick me up try this place you wont regret.

Incredibly unfriendly management and staff. Refused to give us a code to the bathroom until our purchase was completed, even though my potty training daughter was doing the pee pee dance. I can understand a customer only policy, but to go to such lengths to inconvenience people is utterly ridiculous.The OWNER then felt the need to cut in front of us to go into the restroom with her boy who was WAY to old to be in the ladies room. Highly unfriendly to customers. Will definitely not be back.

This place is amazing. I had a mojito made with coconut & ginger syrup that I really enjoyed. The best part though was the gluten free options, I had really excellent toast with nutella and chocolate cake for later. They even had gluten free tiramisu! My husband also really enjoyed his coffee. I cant wait to come back and take my time relaxing in their comfy chairs.
