Great coffee shop. The atmosphe is relaxing and friendly. I get the Chai tea latte which is delicious. The food is good but limited. Great place for a good cup of coffee and being with friends. Have a cookies.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Came in and asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese, but when I received the order, there was no cream cheese. The smoothie tasted like water and had no flavor at all. I have been trying to call for over an hour and they refuse to pick up. They obviously don’t care about the customer. I recommend going to Nu Cafe instead, a much better experience there.

The eggs looked like precooked discs. The avocado toast is grocery store bread with what appeared to be smooth, liquidy guacamole from a bag that was starting to turn brown. The coffee tasted burnt.The barista was very nice and so was the interior of the shop. Just dont recommend eating there... I dont like to leave bad reviews, but we straight up left and went to get breakfast somewhere else. It looks upscale, but the ingredient quality is school cafeteria level.

The coffee is so good!! They have cold brew!! Absolutely must try their fresh donut with cannolly filling!!! I wish I had a picture but it was gone in seconds!!!

I come here pretty often because I live super close and usually always get the coffee of the day! They have really good flavors that change. 99% of the time I get my coffee its good. But I have received burnt coffee in the past. But most of the time Im in a rush so I cant run back to let them know. Staff is super friendly (:

This was first visit here. It has been on my wish list for some time now. I was not dissapointed! The staff were patient with me and friendly. Their coffee is absolutely delicious!! I will come again just for coffee. There is limited off street metered parking. The entrance is accessible. Very cozy atmosphere!

I don’t think these guys know how to brew/ make a coffee. Ordered one iced coffee and a nitro cold brew. Wanted to add vanilla flavor to them. I asked the counter girl how many pumps usually goes in a medium she said two and that it’s not that sweet. The drinks were definitely too sweet in a water down coffee, and the syrup they use didn’t even taste quality. Couldn’t taste coffee if I tried. It was a waste of 10 bucks...

Really really bad coffee, couldnt drink it. Maybe the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. Beautiful store and location though.

Good coffee and atmosphere with friendly staff.

We always there and great taste coffee fresh. I gave a two stars why? Reason is We witnessed two ladies workers. Customer with dog came in. Two workers pet the dog. Then, they went back work a place without their hands wash. It against a health laws and protect our people health too. I want make sure best for us keep good health and benefit everyone too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable seating. I had a capucino and cookie, both were good. This cafe is a huge plus for downtown. Big windows for people watching. Its not too loud and not too quiet. If youre downtown give it a shot.

Super cute cafe to come and hang out in, have a drink, study, converse about life. The lattes are strong and flavorful, the vibe is cozy! I wish they had more vegan food on their menu, thats the only thing preventing me from giving them a full 5-star rating! Hoping for more options in the near future! Fingers crossed.

1st time here. 2/25/21, 3:30pm. The place was very clean and inviting. The baristas were very nice . They acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. They recommended the coffee Mocha, when I asked for a hot chocolate with a bit of coffee. It was very good.

Coffee is really good and staffs are always welcoming. Slightly on the expensive side but the quality is worth it. Their sandwiches need more sauce or something, its a little dry. Deco is fabulous and love that we have something else than Dunkins in downtown Worcester.

Place was awesome. Great coffee with cozy environment. Large clean picture windows allow for beautiful view of the citys green. Staff were fun to talk with yet very professional.

Cute place. Coffee is affordable and the drip is better than Fuels.

Darker roast. This is not third wave. Just a dressed up 2nd wave shop. Latte art is meh at best. Order two 12oz lattes and the same container of frothed milk was used for both instead of each having a good mix of foam and milk.

Eh, generic coffee shop. Iced Coffee was decent. No refill price which I found strange as most coffee shops offer that.

The Brew has Great cold brew coffee. Worcester has always been changing with the time. This coffee shop is a trendy addition to the grid, new downtown living in the center of worcester. The Brew also has delicious pastries or breakfast items like croissants 🥐. Like any other coffee house, free WiFi is available to guest. This place feels like a traditional college coffee house.

Very professional wait staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Private table to accommodate my teams leisure and lunches.

This is my unofficial office. I visit at least once per day. At least. For the serious lover of quality roasted beans this is the detination.

Stopped in today for the first time after a different place i wanted to try was closed - a blessing in disguise because brew is great! they had more fun coffee flavors than i was expecting. service was friendly and accommodating! Ill be back soon for another delish bombolini

Fantastic coffee!! There are places I just love going to and hanging out. Im not a huge fan of the decor, but they have comfy chairs and you can kill a lot of time here. But, the coffee here is ultra consistent and ultra good. Any type of coffee brew you desire, they do. Chocolate croissants are also pretty bomb here, too...

Great place for coffee and some pastries and cookies. Everything is good. I was with a group and everyone was very pleased with the coffee and food. There is plenty of seating on the inside and out. Bright with lots of windows. Great service!

Only four stars(this time). Plan on going back! Food was amazing. Atmosphere comfortable and relaxing! We went the Sunday after grand opening so many of our beer choices werent available... That is only reason for the four stars but, again, we will go back!

The bagels are great and I will definitely return again- - - since my return I ordered a nitro cold brew that they tried to add Ice to??? A latte without foam and some spills. The easy remedy is to retrain barristers and explore the latest products. My rating would definitely change. Good luck to them they use quality ingredients, hope to return soon.

Great local coffee shop! Nice spot to relax in, bring a book or your iPad/laptop to work. Nitro cold brew is INCREDIBLE. Good selection of snacks/light food as well. Staff is super friendly! Parking can be tough, mostly street parking to be found.

It is hard to find a great strong cup of coffee. I am one of those people that is hard to please when it comes to coffee. Coffee is like a finger print. No two beans are the same. Riasting coffee is an art amongst its own. I give this a 5 star because I like what I see. I will be in to try the coffee. The coffee must be as good as this review.

I have been here twice. Both times my lattes have been ice cold (supposed to be hot). And the last time I ordered a sugar cookie which must have also been baked with peanut butter cookies because there was a chunk of peanut butter cookie smashed into the bottom of it, which I didn’t realize at first, until I ate it. I have a peanut allergy.

I love this little shop!I frequent Brew on the Grid because it so perfectly convenient right by the commons, not to mention so close to home.They have a great selection of coffee and teas, but also a variety of salads and sandwiches to choose from as well, making it a great lunch spot.The crew is also very friendly and always a pleasure to see.

I was abruptly ignored and cut in line. And yes, I was frustrated a little. But I did not displace my feelings. I ordered politely. Even Tipped!!!!!! They burnt our coffee, then let it sit at the counter without calling out our order. Dark Roast, more like burnt toast... NEVER GOING BACK

Great place, great location. When we went by, they had a frozen lemonade social going on. The people are friendly and the food and drinks were great. If your nearby, I recommends checking them out.

Excellent coffee and food - have only had an espresso drinks and breakfast sandwiches there so far, but both are delicious. They have other food (pastries, lunch sandwiches) that looks really tasty and fresh. Cute, clean place with large windows. Kind, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Good coffee in the area. Spacious and clean and comfortable seating area. Good selection of bakery items and lunch items. Only tried their espresso drinks and cookies and they were great. Very friendly staff. Price is ok reasonable. Definitely my go to place for coffee when Im in the area.

I like this place. Its a nice addition to the square, is humble and warm, lots of light, plenty of workspace (a variety of small and big tables), and the staff is lovely. They have pretty long hours, too, though they shortened them a bit recently, I think.

I enjoy the clean open bright atmosphere at Brew. The lattes are always good and I can sit and relax in the morning unless I am worried about the meter! It is generally quiet which I appreciate in the morning. I did order an espresso here once that was pretty weak but that is the exception.

I tried the new Vaniila Chiller & a breakfast sandwich. Both were awesome! The Vanilla Chiller had Cold Brew ice cubes & cold foam. My coffee never watered down like it does with regular ice cubes. Independent coffee shops are the best!

This is my daily stop for coffee. The staff is awesome and friendly. The coffee is strong and fresh. The food here is my only complaint as it can be a little old. Ive had bagels here I couldnt eat because they were too hard. And the salads can sit for a couple days sometimes. But the coffee is great.

I have come to the brew several times. Every time I. Come . all employees are nice I feel welcome here. Its like being at home . having coffee and relaxing and talking with friends.

The price was more then reasonable. My sister got a chicken panini and I got a breakfast panini. Both were great. My breakfast panini couldve used a little more bacon so I just asked for some on the side to add but other then that I have no complaints ! The service was good, very friendly people all around !

I love Brew on the grid! I have gotten a latte, a coffee, a brewchino, and a bagel and it has all been incredible! The staff is always friendly, the facility is always clean. Located in a great spot with convenient parking locations around the corner. I always enjoy coming to brew on the grid to have meetings with people or to use as my mobile office for a couple hours.

Best and Favorite Coffee shop in all of Worcester. The lattes are great, the slow pour coffee is great, the dark roast is great, everything is great. Comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff as well. My one wish is that they had better breakfast sandwiches and would cook them fresh, but its still a solid meal if youre in a hurry.

This place has a nice location, right across from the commons. Has some good coffee options but is pretty expensive, almost $5 for just a 12oz. Seems like a good place to sit and get work done. There is mainly street parking.

Harvest salad on display looked great. It was large and everything looked fresh. It came in a plastic shallow bowl with a cover, that they had just taken out of a refrigerator. Apples were brown and lettuce was wilted. I brought it back up and asked them if they could remake me a fresh one. She was very polite and made me a new one. Very tasty, but not filling at all. Expected more for $8.50. My husband ordered the barbecue chicken flatbread. They delivered it to the table. It was very hot, but clearly heated it a microwave. Not crispy like every flatbread weve had before. Not going back anytime soon.

Gotta say, I never wrote reviews but couldn’t help myself here. Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and was disappointed to learn that it doesn’t include strawberries or banana. It only comes in plastic cups, no straw alternatives and not even any recycling. It’s 2019, get your act together. The smoothie sucked too, obviously.

The service is great with thoughtful employees and the food matches in quality! Great place for coffee, lattes, and even nitro! Smoothies, sandwiches, salads and more! All great!

Great coffee, good food, and delicious juices with friendly baristas and a pleasant atmosphere, but the smoothies use syrups and the manager spent a half hour making and remaking our waffles while we sat there, hungry, without any idea of what was going on waiting to be updated.TLDR; Get something already prepared with a cold-pressed juice or coffee and youll be happy, but dont expect perfect service, the place is still clearly new.

Ordered them through grub hub because there was a 25% of coupon. My order was late (grub hubs fault) so the food was cold. Egg was rubbery and overcooked, cheese was burnt and so was my croissant. I request a refund and the restaurant denied it until they could speak to me but they never called to fix the issue. First and last time ordering through here.

Well, I went into the Brew and I believe the owner waited on me, and he was awesome, But the second day I went in I placed my order, Ice coffee with cream, I was told I had to put my own cream an sugar in, But no cream anywhere, just whole milk / half an half which is OK but was taken aback a little, I mean who charges those prices and then you have to finish making it, and then theres a tip jar there, for doing what? You wait in line to get your coffee and then wait in line to get cream /surgar Go back to DD or a machine at least its made to order.

The coffee is always good here and the staff are friendly. The prices are a little over priced but you get what you pay for I suppose... Parking is sometimes an issue during busy times. I really like that they have nitro cold brew as well as use chemex pour over methods for hot brews!
