I ordered a $119 arrangement for a baby shower and it didn’t look like size on line. Chocolate was also all melted….but the worst was the sign that said get well soon! I ordered this from Greece and it was for my daughter in law baby shower to say congratulations! I was not happy with this order! Have called a couple of times to find out what happened….giving me a run around…want to see picture of arrangement. What ever happened with customer satisfaction?

Ordered a birthday arrangement at 8am and this incompetent business couldnt even deliver it by 5pm. They had it as on delivery status for OVER 6 HOURS! No call to say they would be late, nothing except attitude from the girl who answered the phone. The LITERAL point of an edible arrangement is to get it during work hours and enjoy it throughout the day with yourself and co workers. WHY WOULD YOU BRING SOMEONE AN ARRANGEMENT AS THEY ARE WALKING OUT THE DOOR? Apparently this business needs to be shut down because everyone seems to have a bad experience here from the reviews!!!

I ordered an arrangement a week ahead of timeTo be delivered a specific day. The day arrives, I call to see if they have a estimated arrival time, the woman I spoke with says I can only say anywhere from 10-5 I said ok thanks. I check the status at 3 and it says being prepared. We went to the graduation the arrangement was for, we arrive back home around 545 to still nothing. The business is now closed, we call corporate office who says they have until 7pm. Well that came and went. So next morning I check status again and it still says preparing your order. Not a single call or anything the day prior to maybe say they are backed up and I could have went and picked it up. I called the business and said I want a full refund . The woman says well when can get that out to you today. No thank you the event is over. So disappointed with them. Never had an issue like this with any others. Wont shop here again nor recommend this location.

Wish I could give zero stars. Only half my order was delivered. NO ONE even called me to say half of it was missing but the delivery driver told the recipient no problem “we ran out of everything else”. This place is a joke. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times were a mess. Don’t waste your money.

I buy fresh arrangements at least twice a month for family. Everyone loves the fresh fruit and chocolate dip Always satisfying.

The fruit seemed a little too fresh, like it was sitting around too long. I also put my order in days before pick up, maybe it was made days earlier instead of on pick up day.***update***I was quickly reached out to by upper management, and then reached out to again by the stores location manager. She was very nice and offered me a few options to try to rectify the situation. I opted to give them a 2nd chance. And was very pleased with how everything turned out. My arrangement looked beautiful, it was fresh, ready on time. They definitely did right by me and will be calling again for the next needed occasion

We ordered a platter for valentines day and it looks nothing like The picture. It looks like a fifth grader dip the strawberries. The reason we purchased edible arrangements, was because the fruits come out perfect. I’m highly disappointed and most likely will no longer order from any edible arrangements. The platter was $70. 10 strawberries should have had sprinkles on it. Only 4 were decorated. I waited outside for 20 minutes and they kept forgetting to give me my order curbside.

The delivery was late by 24 hours and they put a wrong name on the delivery card😬

Horrible service. First off they would NOT answer their phone, at all. Secondly I called the next morning when someone finally answered. I told the woman my order needs to arrive before 4. She informed me that it could happen. Received notification that order was being prepared at 2pm! And order arrived when the person was not even at work anymore since it was past the time. Horrible horrible! Now I’m trying to call again and NO-ONE answers! Definitely lost my service

The lady working was pretty rude and wouldnt even come 5 steps to the car to carry out a curbside order. I didnt even intend to do curbside, but it seems that it was the only option since I had to call them for them to even acknowledge that I was standing outside of their store (no one was there besides one person hiding out back). They also keep their lights off and door LOCKED during operating hours, making it seem as if theyre closed. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

Yeah there’s something going on here at this location like everything’s not even fresh all the fruit went bad within a day what a waste of 60$ dollars company gave me a refund but sadly I’ll never buy anything for 60$ dollars for a birthday for fruit that’ll just go bad..

I placed a $140 just to be called a half hour later and told that they had cancelled my order and that it would be refunded to me in 3-5 business days. This was supposed to be for my sister who was at UMASS Memorial hospital and instead of trying to work with me or suggesting that i come pick up the arrangement myself they just told me my order was already cancelled because they cannot currently deliver to UMASS. I called UMass and they said that they do accept deliveries somebody just needs to come down to meet them and then they can pick up the arrangement. Not too complicated but this was apparently too much work for the employees of edible arrangements. I would’ve happily came and got the arrangement and taken it to the hospital myself but I was never given that option. I tried to call back to see if they could reinstate my order but they said that they would have to charge my card again and re-place the order. The person on the phone could tell I was upset but did not offer to help me place the order again, she just told me to go online and do it all over again. I will just use a different edible arrangements location next time as to not bother the employees of this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. Kim and Amanda were both very Unprofessional, we’re not able to assist me in speaking with a manager, and they tried to give me “corporates” phone number only to find out it was just another branch.They reassured me my delivery would be to an office of mine by no later than a certain time. However this was not completed and the office is now closed.I am super disappointed in not only the lack of communication but also the lack of professionalism and knowledge with employees.

I love edible arrangements so much it’s truly unfortunate how lazy their employees are. It saddens me because legit I’ve order several arrangements from them. They gave me 15 strawberries for 100 dollars when the arrangement was a lot bigger with about 28-30 strawberries. You arrange for something so special that should make you happy and every time I order it’s like “WOW AGAIN!!!” It’s so annoying. It irks me so much GET IT TOGETHER! This is meant to be special legit I should not be getting upset EVERY SINGLE TIME because I don’t get what I PAYED FOR WITH MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

An arrangement was decided on as a gift for a co-worker. Having has a bad experience in the past, I placed the order with my fingers crossed!! Well it worked and the arrangement looked amazing!! So much better than expected and tasted just as good!! Fruit was fresh, which is what I was nervous about. Also, the service I received was more than exceptional!!! Beth helped me, she was professional but personable; also sweet and adorable!! Ill go back to this shop for all my business. I suggest anyone in the Worcester area does the same!

I placed an order online at 11:30AM to be delivered the same day and then I called the store to see if they can deliver it by 2:30pm that same day. She said she couldnt promise anything but they would try their very best. They got it done! They were friendly, professional and fast. I would recommend this location to anyone. Disappointed! I could’ve had something delivered from Peapod or Instacart that would’ve been better. 1. For $100, The cheesecake platter looked nothing like the picture, no whipped cream, no “happy Mother’s Day” like one the picture, just dry cheesecake with fruit dangling off of it. 2. I paid extra for a balloon, which of course didn’t arrive. 3. I called to clarify delivery instructions 2 days before, she said she “she doesn’t have time”

Very upsaet with this place! My neices was suspose to receive a delivery on her Birthday, July 11, a Saturday and I received an email from Edible Arrangements indicating they attempted delivery and they would get in touch with recieient for further delivery attempt. Well, my neie never got any notification or phone call when they claim they attempted delivery. and they claim they cant refund for delivery. My niece picked it up herself at the store today, July 13! no calls to her to make arrangements for delivery. She should at least been given a fresh order! she got the one that they claimed they tried to deliver on Saturday. bad customer service

I ordered same day delivery and was stressing that it needed to be delivered by 1pm. I received timely notifications and was informed by the vendor that the arrangement had been delivered to the recipient as scheduled. I would absolutely do business with them again, but in the future I may order ahead of time as to not stress myself out with same day ordering and delivery. Overall the service was great and the recipient of my arrangement advised me that the delivery person was very friendly and kind.

They dont even deserve the one star! First I ordered an arrangement for my mother online it wouldnt be delivered till Tuesday ok its only 2 days after mothers day. Upon Tuesday she sent me a text saying thank you I didnt respond back cause I live in Arizona so the 3 hour difference I was still asleep since I work nights, when I called her in the afternoon she told me what she got hmmmmm missing a 5.00 balloon and a 14.00 bear!!!!!wth thats a lot of money. So I called but they were closed ok ill call in the morning. When I called the next day the automated message said free delivery wait what I paid 10.00 almost 30.00 they took from me.I was on hold for a total of 30min no one ever pick up the phone really is this how they do business. I understand this is a challenging time for us but come on if you say you are open be there for your customers we are keeping you open at the moment.

This is my go to birthday gift for my mother when ever she is in the US and she LOVES her arrangement each and every time. The fruit is fresh and the chocolate is delicious, you just can’t go wrong! It’s a win win!

Second time going to an Edible Arrangements for the holidays, this time the display was quite beautiful, fruit and chocolate looks good..But both times, different locations, they have run out of the balloons that came with my order. Maybe Im just unlucky, but it wasnt ordered last minute, and they should inform you when they call you to pick it up if something is missing. Nothing against a specific store, but in regards to the Company, I would expect to receive exactly what Ive paid for. Stock more balloons for the holidays, doesnt hurt to have extra.

Normally I love edible arrangements. I send them to friends and family all the time. The product received was fine but I did not appreciate the attitude of the staff. I purchased two arrangements. The one from this store they rescheduled for another day and my other one from another store for got delivered fine. They didnt even offer me anything for the inconvenience. Not impressed.

Went in to buy a an arrangement for my 5 year old son for valentines day.. the woman who started to help me couldnt really answer any of my questions as to how much everything was.. they had no pricing on anything.. thinking it valentines day they might want to price things so people can see roughly how much they will be spending.. i asked for a booklet or something to show pictures and prices so i can have an idea of what to get.. she couldnt find 1.. i felt as if i was burdening her.. some guys walked in a few minutes later and she walked away and started helping them.. this place was so unpleasant and unprofessional.. i would not recommend going here if youre looking for a pleasant experience!!

I had these sent to my Mom since I live in Florida and shes in Massachusetts. I first messed up and had them to be delivered a day after her birthday. I called around lunchtime to tell them my dilemma and they said no problem they will be there today and sure enough she got them! She was ecstatic over them and couldnt wait to shut the door to show her neighbor who stopped by to wish her a happy birthday. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to grandmas house for Valentines Day. Never delivered. Was put on hold for 25 minutes when I called the store. Called back on a different number, was told they would get back to me but didnt ask for my name or number until I asked them if they knew my name or phone number. (They didnt). Dont waste your time or energy dealing with this store.

We missed their closing time to pickup an order, which was our fault, but it wouldve been nice to get a phone call when we didnt show to say hey, you missed your pickup. The first clue to their ineptitude should have been the employees attitude when we called to explain how we missed their closing time the next day. The girl had an attitude that we inconvenienced her simply by calling and making her work. After explaining and trying to arrange a pickup the next day, which was incredibly cumbersome and difficult, things still didnt go well. We had multiple items for different people, and had to ask one of these recipients to pickup their own order. Unfortunately, the employee gave all of the items to the person we sent to pickup one item, even though we explicitly said to only give the one item. When we tried to yet again coordinate picking up the final items, the employee was minimally accommodating, and they still didnt have the order ready, when we arrived at 2pm the next day.

My boyfriend has been ordering me edible arrangements from Marlborough or Framingham for the past five years and never had an issue. This year my delivery came from the Grafton St. store. He paid for a bouquet of balloons, a teddy bear, and a large basket of fruit. What I received was a small vase and one balloon. When he called to say thats not what he paid for he was told that its the same order, but the contain may vary, which makes sense however it was less then half the size of what he ordered. When he told her that, she said to bring the vase to the store and she will show him its the correct basket. He had to argue with her to put a manager on the phone who immediately said they would resend the order. The order did finally come correctly but the awful customer service will never bring me or him to order from this location again.

I contacted this franchisee because they were the closest to uMass medical center in Worcester. My God child was taken there with traumatic brain injury. I spoke with someone at this Pleasant Street store who said that the manager would get in touch with me first thing in the morning so that I could coordinate my delivery and my personal card which I was too send immediately after speaking with the manager. And other words I simply wanted to coordinate sending this card which would’ve included something personal to the franchisee so that it could be included in the edible arrangements basket. I got no phone call. I found the Franchisee after 12 o’clock noon and was told by Carmen, that they never came in. I will never do business with this company because they have an inability to be able to respond and/or follow up on special requests, sometimes they are quite personal and quite important. If the manager wasn’t coming in that day someone in that franchise should have contacted me. Thank you Edible Arangments for your lack of professionalism and customer service.

The fruit was fantastic, my wife loved it. The staff was a little overwhelmed, the day before valentines.

Placed order for Valentines Day delivery. Never was delivered. Was on and off the phone with them repeatedly the next day and kept being told it was going to be delivered right away then before 3 p.m. then before 4 p.m. Needless to say the delivery never happened. I was left on hold over 10 minutes with no response. Will never recommend them to anyone nor will I ever give them my service again.
