Despite being a warehouse clearance sale, prices were a little higher than I was expecting. Was greeted when I entered, and was down the items that met what I was looking for. I was then allowed some time to evaluate the options. The salesperson checked in occasionally (just right, not too often to be annoying, but often enough to answer my questions in a timely manner). Will do some comparison shopping and may summer back depending on what else I find.

If you ever have an issue, ask to speak with her, she is very empathetic and will help any way she can.Why only 1 star you ask? Sales. Associate. Theo. My daughters and I visited Rotmans and were instantly uncomfortable. When we first arrived we went to use the restroom and were escorted there by an older associate named Theo. He waited directly outside the womens restroom for us and later proceeded to follow us around (attempting to make it unnoticeable) when we hadnt even asked for assistance. I felt very judged as a women and was very creeped out. Additionally, when I tried to contact their customer service to report my experience no one answered the phone.
I have been shopping there for decades and once again, they did not disappoint! They have a decent inventory on the floor and I just purchased a reclining couch, chair and end tables. All were reduced significantly and available for immediate delivery. I will be back to Rotmans!!!!

Extremely disappointed in the overall customer service and handling of my furniture. Reason number three not to buy from Rotman‘s, do not purchase the serveco Service agreement from the store. Even after multiple attempts of proving the written policy of what the policy covers, Servco refuses to service any damages stating it’s out of warranty. Word to the wise, do not purchase the service agreement. Better yet, do not shop at Rottmans. Extremely disappointed.
I Rotmans and i explain what happened when i was trying to pull the recliner and accidentally i ripped .I have a warranty on them and the technician came took pictures and told me that we will replace this arm but days later the manager call me and told me that unfortunately after reviewing everything that the technician reported in his pictures we do have to invalidate the warrantee due to the accumulation and on one single incident needs to be reported within five days and this doesn’t make any sense .Never purchase again
Its pretty neat tbh i enjoyed it, it remindered me of the backrooms when i went there in febuary. I like the backrooms so yeah solid 5 stars

They had exactly what we had seen online, in stock. No games played at all, and even knocked a few dollars off of what the cost was supposed to be. The gentleman who helped me was also great to deal with. Very pleasant, humorous and knowledgeable. He took me and my girlfriend directly to the couch we showed him a picture of. The building is also very cool, gigantic.. multi leveled warehouse type of feel. The atmosphere is fantastic also, and its fun even just strolling around. The amount of inventory they have is beyond what you could ever imagine. They also offer delivery which is nice. And even cookies if youre hungry. For real.. we were offered cookies. No charge.
We visited the furniture store to our way home from Springfield MA. Loved the salesperson that walked us through the huge store. We found a item we liked, but couldnt take it home because the way the customer service pick up works. Unfortunately it took as a long time to to go through the building looking around. They should change the way or do pickup time equally to store ours. It didnt work for people like us. 😕
Ive been here in 2015, 2017, and 2019. Im sad that they closed to remodel but Im still happy on going to Rotmans. Good luck on the remodeling, Rotmans!
Ordered a leather loveseat with delivery. The loveseat is exactly what I wanted. Jr and his associate did a wonderful job with the delivery process. Called me half an hour before arriving. Efficient, polite, and extremely helpful!
The two lovely delivery guys were on time, v friendly, easy going and helpful. They wore masks, even moved their truck mid delivery to allow my daughter to get to work ( yes had told her to move her car ahead of time 🤬). A v positive experience.
I’ve given over $7,000 dollars of business to this place. I will never shop here again. I still don’t have my furniture. I’ve waited all day and when I called the store, the clerk told me to calm down and wait more. Lady, I’ve been waiting all day. A word of advice, your sales associates are way to pushy. For a store looking to sell furniture 60-70% off, so they can remodel; I suggest they check around before still being more expensive than surrounding stores that are not having a sale.Their lowest priced mattress was still $300 more than a competitors.Good luck with ur Remodeling.
Very good experience. The sales person helping us was excellent. Not pushy at all as for purchasing. She was able to find us brand new products rather than floor models. This is the kind of shopping experience I enjoy.
This place is just too big for me! It is well laid out and the sections are easy to navigate. Cant wait to see how it turns out after the remodel! It really needed one by now, hopefully this will only make the experience better.

I went today to purchase a mattress, and I wanted to apply a 189 dollars of unused warranty from an item i did buy six years ago, they told me that if I dont use the warranty after 5 years i have 30 days to expend the money, if i dont, they do keep the money. They dont call you and dont send you any letter to let you know that your warranty is about to expire. It is up to you to remember it, so they did keep my 189 dollars.

I have to be honest, at the beginning the process of getting my couch was a nightmare. I don’t know if it was just a fluke with me, or if it is a common occurrence, but just for the sake of transparency, I was told by a salesperson filling in for the day that my couch would arrive in 2-4 weeks. This was on January 24th, and it just arrived today (May 15th). I don’t know if this was something the salesperson messed up on her own, or if the information she was given was incorrect, but frankly it doesn’t matter. After voicing my displeasure through online reviews, I was personally contacted by David Rotman to figure out and solve the problem. He was very understanding and helpful, and made the process that much easier. The delivery crew was amazing too! Even though I waited nearly four months for my new couch, now that I’m sitting on it typing this review, it was well worth the wait. I’m giving this 4 stars, only because the situation could have probably been avoided in the first place, but they really stepped it up to right the wrong! Thanks guys!
Large selection. DO NOT FALL FOR SALE!!!!! The prices are still higher after taking off 65% than if you were to buy the product online! They do have nice rugs but the prices are high. Furniture is the same as all other big stores, marked up mediocre at best!
I purchased a $3500 bedroom set. The purchase was made over the phone. In the purchase was supposed to be a warranty. 10 months after having the bedroom set in my home I realize the paint was peeling on each item of the bedroom set which includes: The mirror, long dresser, chest, headboard, footboard, nightstand, and bench. Now that Covid is settling out a little I decided to address the matter. I am now told that I did not purchase a warranty. I know I requested a warranty. I would never purchase an item over $1000 without purchasing a warranty. In the past a bedroom set that I have purchased from this store has cracked so I would have never made a purchase without a warranty. The bad luck falls on me because I made the purchase over the phone and was never mailed a receipt as I was told they would. I will never purchase another thing from Rotman‘s again as the majority of the items in my home come from Rotman’s.Clearly Its a manufacturer defect and I still couldnt get any assistance.The young lady that I spoke with seemed very excited to let me know that I missed the stores warranty by a month. I will never again speak kindly of this store.

Five massive stars!!! This place must have like ten floors worth of furniture!!! From little decorative pieces to king size beds to patio furniture they have it all!!! I dont think Ive ever been to a furniture store with a wider selection. Pricing is competitive and the customer service is top notch!!! Highly recommended!!!

Rude, nasty and menacing. The delivery person shouted and insulted me when I told him to deliver the furniture through the garage. He came to my door with a looking like a punk with his hood pulled up and then glared and swore at me for no reason.I told him to get off my property without brining the furniture off the truck. The real question is why a once reputable company with deep roots in the community would stoop so low to hire an employee who can in an instant drive away a loyal customer. This can’t be Bernie Rotman’s store anymore as he would never allow these things to happen....Rotmans goodbye!
Bought furniture on a Saturday, getting it delivered 3 days later. Nice!! Price was great, sales person gave us plenty of space to make our own decision. Would strongly recommend. Oh, price was pretty good too, for American built furniture.
I recently went in to Rotmans to buy a rug and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Tom OConnor. Not only did Tom help me find a wonderful area rug to add to my living room he also offered my quiet a few laughs. He was very personable as wells as knowledgeable about the rugs, he took into account what I was asking for specifically and catered his approach to that. Although I must admit, I didnt give him much to work with and often times contradicted myself in the next breathe, but Tom took it in stride and never lost his enthusiasm for helping me out. If you are lucky enough to bump into Tom ask him how the Wizard of Oz got its name!! Oh and I dont want to forget, the rug is terrific!
Definitely gone down hill. Building smelled like gas downstairs and funky upstairs. Not a lot of accessories and showrooms were not arranged nicely. Ill visit next year if theyre still there.

Hello Unfortunately we have had a bad experience with Rotman Furniture this past week. I was just going to let everything go, but now finding out we have casters on the bottom of our table that the screws are all stripped and the table is not level. Well lets back up. I went to Rotmans to purchase a coffee table. Saw one I liked went to the sales person to get the information on purchasing. I did not want the table that was on display. She looked up other stores that might have carried A NEW ONE IN THE BOX WHICH WAS NOT USED. She came back and said she had one in the Clinton store. Ok great I purchased it and she said it would be delivered to the Worcester store in a few days.. My husband and I went to pick it up and they rolled out a table that was wrapped in plastic, i noticed there was a few scratches on the side, I asked why we did not get a new table that was suppose to be in a box. I am not going to go on and on about the excuses that I was given. The woman helping us was very nice and she said she would take off $50 if we still wanted it. I agreed . When we got home and unwrapped it, it had about a half inch of dust on it. I am thinking that this had been the display model or someone had returned it. So anyways I wash it down put it in living room and it was not level to the floor and it was rolling around all unbalanced. Well long story short we tipped it up and my husband is in the process of trying to fix it. We where sold a piece of used furniture when thinking it was new. I WILL NEVER BUY ANTHYING FROM THEM AGAIN. My daughter wanted to go look at couches, I told her not to bother, they are cleaning house and will sell you anything from there attic. I dont think Trisha Yearwood would have wanted her name attached to this piece of furniture!
Ive purchased a living room group and a mattress here.The mattress didnt hold up, and developed a major divot after seven years.We called Rotmans, and someone came to inspect the mattress very quickly. They issued us a credit for pretty much the full value of the mattress, and it will be delivered shortly.Their customer service is fantastic, and they stand by what they sell.
They are currently having a store wide closing and rebranding sale everything must go. However the prices dont seem to reflect that need it seems to me they deaply discounted anything over 5,000$ however the same percentage doesnt apear to have been used when pricing items under 2,000$. That being said they have always had great quality to price and over the years we have bought many items from them that have held up.

My wife and I usually have a good experience with the stores products. Like anywhere you need to do a good inspection of what you are buying as some products are better built than others.Sales reps are a bit much, they follow you around the store way too much, literally from floor to floor even when you tell them you will find them if you have any questions.But the reason for the 1 star is due to their recent poor service. We purchased a couch set just before the Pandemic hit the country in early March and were awaiting delivery in early April. They closed their doors until May 3rd. They did not notify us of changes with our purchase. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We understand things change due to the virus and would have been totally understanding if they reached out to us. They should have sent us an email, called, etc. Something to let us know what was happening
Not sure what to think about this place. Like something that was glorious at one time and then got preserved in its own way. Wandered around a good chunk of it, the floor does have slight differences in it at times so please pay attention to where you walk. The ceiling height changes frequently and at times you feel like a mouse in a maze. Good area rug selection and seemed like decent prices. Checked out the outlet area with about 10-12 very reasonable priced lower quality couches. Attic bargain area was pretty small for couches overall, definitely had more dining tables and chairs to pick from. Prices on regular things were pretty high. Hard to find a sectional below $2500ish in price with average couches/sectionals seeming to coming in at $3K-4K in price and upwards to $7K-9K. Customer service was pretty hands off for us. Wouldnt drive too far out of my way to visit if furniture shopping.
Found a great deal on a new leather sofa.
Right now all furniture stores are low on stock as they have not had new deliveries since March. There are 5 floors of furniture here. Sales people were very friendly and helpful. I didnt get what I wanted but I was able to get the next best things. They will all be delivered and assenbled within week.
Service was great and unlike most furniture stores everything in stock no waiting 4 months for something.

It is false advertising to claim that they are New Englands largest furniture store. Customer service is really poor. It is like they have no intention to attract and retain customers. I placed an order for furniture (~$3000 worth) and there was no update on it for two months. When I got a note after 10 weeks that my furniture is available, no apologies or expression of concern that it took so long. In addition, they could not deliver for the next 2 weeks. In spite of the wait time for furniture availability. There are a lot of good furniture stores in New England - you are better off going to them where you are valued as a customer. I purchased some items at Jordans and the difference in customer service is like night and day. Jordans was very on top of things and timely delivery and pleasant service experience.

Spent an hour looking at dining room sets. Not one employee in sight. Asked for help and someone was paged. Never came so we left. Place was hot as hell too. Done with Rotmans!
I ordered a bedroom set online and it was delivered to us damaged. The delivery person apologized and explained that he had showed the manager the damage and the mangager told him it was okay to deliver because it was on clearance. I never bought it on clearance and even if I had thats completely unacceptable. I spoke to customer service and found out that they dropped this line, didnt update the website, and oversold the inventory so all that was left was the scratched up floor model and thats what was delivered to me, with no notice and not even a discount. Now Im trying to get a replacement and its ridiculous. A salesperson called to follow up on the situation and had the audacity to ask if the furniture was supposed to be distressed. Do they even know what they sell?? Never shop this store online and honestly, just dont bother with the store if customer service and furniture quality matter to you.

Kevin, working in living room sales, is an AMAZING sales person! He was so patient with me and my husband over the 2 + weeks we took to decide on what we wanted. He was always pleasant and helpful no matter how many questions we ask. And best of all we never felt pressured to purchase anything from him. Which of course made up want to buy from him when we finally decided. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of their limited in stock color choices and because of their return policy. We wanted a specific couch in charcoal instead of brown. This was considered a special order and would mean that it would not only take 4+ weeks to arrive, but if for any reason it didnt fit into our house (we have a tight turn at both entry ways to our house) we would loose 35% of the purchase! I could understand if we special ordered an entirely different fabric, but we were just choosing the alternate color listed as available for that couch. Anyway, its definitely worth checking this store out. Its a really neat building with tons of furniture, rug and flooring options!

He guided us through a large selection to an area that suited our needs, listened to our preferences and made suggestions that fit our tastes well. The pricing was excellent and delivery was on time. The delivery staff courteous and thorough. Someone checked in with us after the purchase to make sure we were satisfied. A good shopping experience.
I love this store!!! We always get great service and our deliveries are always on time and the quality is spot on. We had trouble with our mattress and box spring. They did everything to place a claim and we received money towards a new set. And we will receive it in 2 weeks!! I will always go back there!!!
Always an issue with Rotmans. Purchased a mattress a couple years ago and the salesman wrote down the incorrect frame #. He then tried to tell us that the remote does the same as the other so it doesnt matter. Well as a paying customer it does. The salesman was George. Recently I have purchase a bed frame for another bed in the house. Upon delivery they had brought the wrong connecting rails. It would then be a Few days till they could send someone out with the correct ones. So I offered to pick them up myself at the warehouse in Clinton where I was given the correct rails. 3 weeks later I now get a call that theyve found my rails and had given me the wrong ones... I now have to have them come back to take apart the bed to put on the correct rails. For a company that specializes in these products and selling them how can you mess up so many times?? You lost a long time customer. Beware when buying from them as the sales people just want to make a quick commission. They dont care what you get or how it arrives.

I appreciate the no-pressure review of many bedding systems by a knowledgeable sales person. There was ample time to consider a final choice based on our needs. Purchase and delivery were simple and seamless, plus were really pleased with our new mattress.
Ive always liked shopping here for the selection, unique layout and the sales team being helpful and not overly persistent which to me is the bane of any commission based purchase. The sales team has always exceeded my expectations and its always in my favor.

Love the table set I bought but 3 stars due to my experience. Sales woman set us up with financing, a special with 6 months interest free. When we got to the check out we were told we needed to put down $500! The sales woman never mentioned this and... doesnt having to come up with money to put down defeat the purpose of financing!? Then when our table was delivered it was missing pieces and the table top was defective. The delivery guys were blaming the warehouse for this. Two managers ended up coming back with a new top and parts to finish putting it together. They of course blamed the delivery guys! I didnt need to hear about the drama, just wanted my table set! I think the sales and delivery dept. need better communication.
If you can’t find something to suit your taste at Rotmans, then there’s something wrong with you. This store has such a great selection of merchandise at all price points. Moreover, it’s displayed beautifully. Whoever does the merchandising for this store is to be commended.Our salesperson, Leo, was extremely helpful and courteous. He was also quick to respond to email and phone inquiries.We special ordered furniture with specific fabric; it took less time than stated that to complete it!Harvey and Elijah (delivery men) were equally pleasant, courteous and professional. Will definitely be back for accessories! Oh, yeah, forgot to add that the accessories on display are also fantastic!
Gina, the customer care manager, and Rotmans went above and beyond for us. Gina was able to quickly respond and resolve an issue we had with a sofa set that we purchased 3 1/2 years ago with the furniture protection plan. We received full credit and were able to return and replace our set in a short period of time. Gina was very attentive and extremely helpful. We have purchased several rooms of furniture from Rotmans and will continue to highly recommend them.

First couch delivered & broke within a few hours - after going back and forth with them they did deliver a new one a few days later which was the right thing to do. Overall happy.
The place is wicked huge and when I say Wicked huge i mean Wicked huge. offers a very wide selection of all types of furniture the set ups are nice and everything is set up to show you different styles and formations you can do. Definitely one of the nicest furniture places ive ever been to. They even got carts with cars on them for kids. They thought of everything. No complaints

I was in recently shopping for a bedroom set for my son. Our sales person was Kevin. Kevin went above and beyond pointing out different details and qualities of the sets on the floor, and also sets available to order in my sons price range. I would not hesitate to recommend Rotmans and our salesperson Kevin.

At the moment I am giving Rotmans 3 stars! The furniture came 5 weeks earlier than expected (8-10weeks was estimated). The sales guy was nice but definitely followed me around and not giving me the space to think and make a decision without feeling pressured! Once our furniture was delivered, the two men putting it together just kept dropping things and banging against things. My kids kept running upstairs to see what was going on. We bought a master bedroom set and in my daughters room a bunk bed and mattress! Mattress is excellent for the price. The bunk bed has a crack and the delivery guy took a good chunk out of the wall that was just freshly painted. In the master the one side table was heavily damaged and the rest of the furniture was knicked up. We have had the bed almost a week and at night we are awakened by cracking sounds. After the first night we noticed a crack in the side panels. Customer service is sending someone out this week to repair and go over the damage. They have been helpful thus far. I will update my review as I see fit after all his handled.

Look, I work here and honestly it is by a landslide the best job Ive worked with. This is genuinely a large scale family owned business still. Rotmans furniture is the best place to go if your in need of anything flooring, rugs, hardwood luxurious vinyl planks, you need a sofa? Dining room set? Mattress? New golden fish to mount on your wall? Paintings? The list goes on. They even have a whole section for kids of all ages. TLDR: this is plan A for you.

I love Rotmans! They are friendly and super helpful. They know their business inside out. Pros at their best. Have been in the biz for years and are a family owned business which i respect and love. I barely had anything to do, they took the lead and found everything i needed to furnish my home with ease and comfort and at really good choice of prices. cannot recommend them enough.
Prices seemed higher when compared to the competition than the last time we shopped here.They said they price match but when we said that the item being sold on clearance was nearly double what lachance was selling it for new we just got but we have a double tax free sale going on. No mention of honoring their price match guarantee.
Disgusting furniture at disgusting prices. Salesman was unwilling to acknowledge how gross this was. Blood stains? Coffee? Who knows. They didn’t even clean whatever spilled all over this couch from off the wall behind it. Salesman told me it was “on sale” for thousands of dollars.

Sabrina from Customer Service was great. I had a few issues with a desk ordered on-line and Sabrina was able to respond and propose a really nice solution within a few hours of my inquiry. Clearly Rotmans stands behind their merchandise and policies! Thats the mark of quality business!
