My fiance bought a car here last week and there were some minor issues they said theyd fix for him. THAT still has not been done. He brought it for an inspection today and it wouldnt pass inspection. He paid $8000 for the car. To me at that price it SHOULD pass and the issues they sold it to him with should be fixed without question. Park Ave Auto, hopefully youll make this right or next up its lawyer time!Update: everything was taken care of and totally fixed! Thank you for keeping your word!

Great place to buy a car. The owner is very honest and is the kind of used car deale others should strive to be like. I bought a 2004 Jetta that needed a few things and he took care of it with no questions or runaround. Its not like it was a huge money deal either. I will definitely be buying my sons car here in the next few months

I have been conflicted about how I feel about this dealership. However in the end Dave and his staff are good people. They help the best they can. They should get better mechanics to look over their vehicles. But that’s not them. They work very hard to help each and everyone. They help those that don’t think they can get financed to be approved. They help even after the warranty is up. Dave helped me out a few times. So thank you to Dave and his team. I appreciate your help. They are always trying to do better and yes each individual is different with different issues. But they are all reliable. Honest and caring people there. Thanks again and I will be back again.

In March I was looking for a new vehicle, but I wasn’t looking for high car payments. I received a call from Jen and she said she can get me into something. I went down with my documents I needed and got into a 2011 GMC Terrain. Only had one issue and Dave got it taken care of. And I also got into low payments as well!! Extremely affordable and Dave and Jen were the best.

Bought a 2008 Ford Fusion here that lasted six months. If a thing could be broken on it, it was. Lasted just long enough without a problem to be out of the warranty period. I finally had to trade in the money pit of a car I got here at a reputable dealer once it started having major transmission issues that were not worth the cost to fix. I highly recommend not buying from this dealership unless you want a lemon.

Horrible customer service. Bought a car from here and it did not pass the state inspection. We took it back the same day and the mechanic said to bring the car in two days later and he would fix it. Brought the car in and got the run around all day. We were told by the mechanic that the car would be fixed that day but then every time we called we were informed that the mechanic was not there he was at a car auction. 4 days later the car is still not fixed. Every time we call we never get an answer and when we do reach somebody nobody knows when the car will be ready. If you like to spend your money on something you cannot use, and if you enjoy being treated like crap, then you would be happy with their services. Otherwise, stay away from this place. There are several other dealers. Shop here at your own risk!!!!!

Dont go anywhere else. This place is hands down the best! The treat you like family, and do everything they can to help you. Jen is amazing, easy to talk to, and made everything so simple for me. 10 stars!

Bought a dodge durago and it only lasted 3 months they gave it to me with a check engine light on and refuse to fix the car when I told them that the power steering was leaking I would not refer this to any of my friends or my enemies

Horrible place. Owners are a bunch of liars and frauds. They take the car to a friend of theres to get sticker. Reported to attorney General. They put an inspection sticker on my vehicle after it failed elsewhere for front end damage. They never had front end repaired. I reported them and the garage who have them the sticker.

Don’t go there the owner is a liar they Mickey Mouse the work the car needed. Bought a car for 3000 failed inspection. They said they repaired the problems it passed inspection a week later everything started to fall apart that he said he fixed. Since it passed inspection he refused to really fix the problems. Don’t believe anything they say there.

Recently purchased a car from Dave and Junior. It was a 2001 Chevy Impala with about 155K. Im superstitious and dont like to brag for fear of bad luck but overall the car is in incredibly good shape for its age. Other than the normal every 2001 Chevy impala ever made minor quirks such as steering rattle the car is awesome. The price was very fair and whole purchase process was hassle free. I would definitely recommend them which is hard to say after being burnt by a few car dealers in the past. keep up the good work guys!

Bought a minivan guy tells me he will get it inspected for me after i register it. I decided to take it on my own somewhere it failed exhaust leak wheelbearing no good bring it back to get fixed next day get it inspected wheelbearing was not fixed still had a leak went back had my van a day and a half get it back with a sticker on it. One month later my front end Is shaking and i hear my wheelbearing again. Mind you the second time he told me he forgot to get the receipt from the place showing it was fixed but it seemed fine. They Mikey Moused it now i have to pay for all kinds of issues. They are scammers

This guy (david) sold me a lemon he was ordered by court to pay me back. He gave me bad checks and took I ever a year to pay back. He puts the business in someone elses name so his ex wife cant get his money.

I bought my wifes jeep liberty from jen the sales lady who has been in the business for a long time. She is the olny person who sells cars for customers and always is there for us. I have bought other cars from her when she was in Auburn. She is the best at what she does and when nobody else can help you get a loan she can always get it done. Thanks again jen and Park. This is the only place you should buy a used car. These guys are so helpfull and will give you the best price possible on a vehicle and on your trade in. My family has been buying cars there for 20+ years and wouldnt go anywhere else.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!I sold my car to this place and they sent my bank a check 3 weeks late and it bounced when it finally got there. They also delayed me in getting my car registered so I had to drive illegally for 10 days. This place is the worst car dealership, no, the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

I paid 7k for a 2002 ford explore that has everything wrong with it and took it to the owner to have it all fixed and of course he didnt fix it. I had to file a arbitration claim with the Boston lemon law and Im still fighting for my 7k back. DONT EVER BYE FROM THIS PLACE OR YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!!! The only 5 stars you see on other reviews are his friends and family. This guy is a joke. When I traded my car in he didnt even have it looked at he put it right on the lot without having good it checked and I told him it had things wrong with it. Plus he sold another woman a junk car and she took it her certified mechanic and he didnt believe her so she had to take it to ford and they came up with the same report so he had to give her,her money back. #SellsAllJunkCars

Bought a car from these guys a bunch of years back, first I bought a used Jeep and the transmission fell out of it 4 days later. Only after a lawyer in the family got involved they gave me another hunk of junk Audi to replace it, lasted 32 days (JUST out of warranty) . Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people, bad business people. FYI, the only positive reviews above are fake or family members of theirs. The Hartz gentleman shares the owners last name.

Some of these negative reviews are a bit off. First of all, the business opened in 2008, so the negative review from before the place even opened is obviously misplaced. And any customer with an issue is asked to please come to us so we can help you. Please give us the oppurtunity to fix the problem before blasting a negative review.
