Two years ago I went to purchase a car for myself, I had a good experience at Harr but chose a different dealership based on the car I wanted being at the other location (I wish I had waited and chosen Harr). Every time I have been to Harr they have been extremely professional and there to support people who are seeking services.When my daughter totaled my wife car recently, we went to the dealership I purchased my vehicle from (It was decent). I wanted to check Harr out before we did anything, Im glad we did. Unlike most dealerships at Harr you honestly feel that the staff wants to help you get what you want and what you need. It feels like they honestly care, it is not a sales pitch with Harr. It is never a good time to buy a new car financially, but they worked HARD to put me in the best situation possible and get a rate for the car my wife wanted that wouldnt completely be a sacrifice to my family. The sales agent Tyler was so helpful, polite, courteous and caring that we were not interested in buying a car from another dealership and every single staff was like Tyler. I wanted to be mad that I had to buy another car and Tyler was so optimistic, and caring that I couldnt be upset.The service was so good, that while we were signing the paperwork for the car, I decided to go to the service department and arrange to have my car detailed. From the start of talking to services I met Michael. Michael helped me from start to stop. He was very kind and accommodating, the staff detailed my car and made it look brand new. It was completed quickly and professionally. Harr did such a good job on my car and gave such a good service, I am going to opt to use there services over the dealership I purchased my car from, even though some of the services from my original dealership were included in the purchase of my vehicle, I would rather pay and go to Harr....The services are that good... What is the best deal you can give me? You made an offer. I presented that offer to another Toyota dealership they told me that horror Toyota was going to give me the shift that deal was not possible. I arrived 1 hour later all the paperwork was done and signed I was in and out of the dealership Im 45 minutes. This is the first time Ive bought a car from an official dealer, as opposed to from someone I knew or from my mechanic or from a random person on Craigs List.It was a lot easier than I expected. I found the cars I wanted on Cars.com. I made a list of all the places to visit, grouped them by geography, and arranged them into an easy-to-travel route. Harr Toyota was first on the list, and the car they had was everything I wanted -- right price, right make and model (a 2013 Toyota Prius), the right color, everything. The test drive was perfect. But I had a bunch of other places with test drives scheduled that day. I looked through my list, and all other cars were either older, cost more, or had colors I didnt like as much. So I cancelled my other appointments and bought this car.The car had a perfect history report, there were zero cosmetic issues or performance problems -- it was perfect. It looked and felt like driving a brand new car. Why waste time looking at other cars when I had the perfect car, in the perfect price range? I hate shopping. It was a no-brainer.I only had a couple of quibbles with the entire process. First, I had to go to the bank and get a cashiers check in order to make the payment. Its 2021. Cant they figure out an easier way to pay for a car yet?Second, the car hadnt been fully processed yet, and I had to come back for it the following week. It wasnt a long delay -- I looked at it on Friday, and I could have picked it up on Monday, but I was busy that day, and came back for it on Tuesday.Third, the car wasnt inspected yet either. I guess thats why I got such a good deal -- they must have only recently got the car in and nobody else had had a chance to steal it away from me yet!The registration is due to come in the mail any day now, and Ill take the car to get inspected locally, and Harr says theyll reimburse me for the cost.But all those were super minor issues.Especially considering that they gave me more than $1,000 as trade-in for my old car, which I was expecting to have to pay someone to take off my hands!My salesperson was Sarah Wentworth and she was super nice, too. I recommend her, and this dealership.Also, on an unrelated note -- one of the other dealerships I contacted about buying a car said that Id have to pay $1,000 more if I wanted to pay cash. What!! I Googled it, and it turns out that some dealerships do that. Crazy. Anyway, Harr Toyota was totally happy to take my money without forcing me to sign up for a financing plan.

Nice dealership, nice people, nice service and staff. We came here for our periodic maintenance and they did a wonderful job with it plus helped us get the MA inspection done. I would definitely recommend changing small stuff like lightbulbs and windshield wipers yourself because they are overpriced when done at dealerships for no reason. But their lounge area is clean, they offer a free car wash after a maintenance, which is nice too, and their staff working are super friendly. We will be back to get our car looked at here again!

The sale of my car was extremely rushed. They verbally went over most of the contract and had me sign. When I went back to review what they had told me was inaccurate. My interest rate was higher than discussed and they slid in a $2700 extended warranty without telling me. Do not recommend and will not go back.

I walked in on a Friday afternoon and was quickly met at the front door. The sales team was efficient and showed me exactly what I was looking for with the first vehicle I was showed. They don’t make commission at this dealership so I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... Wont negotiate a penny down on overpriced cars. No understanding of how to treat a customer. Paid by the hour. What did I expect?

I went to Harr last Thursday and had the pleasure of working with Roy who made the car buying process easy, stress free and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable, energetic, and he listened to what I wanted. I was even able to drive off in my brand new 2021 Toyota Rav 4 Limited the very same night!

We went to Harr yesterday just to look at what options we had nearing the end of my lease on my 2017 Toyota Sienna we purchased at a different dealership. Last month, I tried to go back to the previous dealership which gave me the run-around and treated me poorly. Harr and Angie were a complete Godsend compared to the previous dealership. Not only did they listen to what we wanted, they didnt use any cheap sales tactics on us. I appreciated their honesty, sincerity and most of all, how hard they worked to get us into the new van we wanted with the payment and features most important to our family. THANK YOU so much for everything! We could not be happier and we are so thankful we walked into Harr yesterday. Also worth mentioning, the dealership was packed the entire time we were there, but they never made us wait or feel unwelcomed. They took care of us the second we arrived even though we didnt have an appointment. Youve gained our business for life and we will continue to refer you to our friends and family going forward. Very good experience buying my new Tacoma. Took less than 3 hours start to finish and staff at Harr were great. Got me under the payment I asked for and then some. Matter of fact 3 days later I bought a new Jeep next door because I was so pleased with my experience.
