Had my tattoo done here for my birthday. The artist did a nice job designing what I want, however there is fading in the ink in multiple places on the tattoo and it was like this sinc only a few weeks after having it done. I followed all the aftercare instructions so there is no reason it should be this faded. Also I had a credit put on my account there for the tattoo from some friends, which the artist tried to take in addition to the payment for the tattoo I gave him. He stated it was only going to be $80. I gave him that plus tip and the credit was $125 which he didnt tell me there was a credit and he took the money. I went back a few days later for the credit back since it was not used for the tattoo like it was supposed to be. I am very disappointed with the professionalism and the way this place is ran and I will never go back.

Love this place! Went in to get a tattoo, the pricing was very fair, and the piece was so great. All thanks to the artist, Jakki! Her line work is phenomenal and her customer service is just as great. Will definitely be coming back.

I had both sides of my nose pierced by Rhys! I told him my anxiety around getting my piercing done and he immediately assured me it is all good. He coached me through it was very calm and mindful. If you really want a piercing but have anxiety about it, get it done here! The staff were very friendly and didnt make me uncomfortable once!

I used the saline spray tip he suggested to me keep the piercing clean and I haven’t had any pain and discomfort so far!10/10 would definitely coming to get another piercing soon! I mean to write this review sooner. I took my daughter to get a piercing a few months ago. The place was clean and extremely COVID friendly.Boots took extra time to make sure the piercing was lined up properly, he took extra time to prep the area, and he was calm and patient. It seemed that everything he did was deliberately perfect. This was a great experience.

This place was absolutely horrible I would recommend for people to go somewhere else. The customer service was so nasty to me I was shocked. I was waiting an hour to get a nose piecing changed. The lady at the front desk didnt even ask if I needed any help and proceeded to go outside to smoke a cigarette and talk to someone else when she looked through the window and saw me she just shruged her shoulders. I was charged for a piercing change and I never got it done because they kept on helping other customers so I walked out. I was so disappointed and upset at this service. Never have I experienced that at other tattoo places!

I went in here to get a tattoo. The woman artist (wish I knew her name, dreadlocks) was SO unpleasant. I dont know a lot about pricing of tattoos and how it works. I said I was looking to spend $200.. Didnt know they went by hourly, and instead of her just saying that, she rudely says, well ill stop you there, I dont barter.. Then proceeded to say dont insult other tattoo artist.. 1st off, grow up. 2ndly, Learn how to interact with people. 3rd, dont work in customer service if youre a nasty person.. Not everyone knows the ins and outs of tattooing.. Educate them instead of being nasty. Definitely would never enter this shop again, just on principle and ill be sure to spread the word on my SM platforms. Careful who youre rude to.. You dont know who youre insulting and the reach that individual has.

This place is very unprofessional and the staff is very rude just came here looking for a simple tattoo on my arm i went in and the guy told me to wait untill the artist came in i patiently waited for about 30 mins almost to a hour as i watched other customers get taking care of the employee that worked there was more worried about spraying water on the plants then a customer who is willing to spent money he uttered under his breath “no one is taking care of these plants” mind you I’ve been sitting there and no one is taking care of me finally when the tattoo artist got there he made absolutely no eye contact with me went to go asset someone else and i had to remind the guy in the front that i have been waiting to see the artist the guy said “oops sorry” in a non caring tone then when i finally went to go see the artist he was just acting so weird staring at me in a weird way looking all confused as if the guy didn’t wanna tattoo me he had no personality whatsoever and Idk looked like something was wrong with him i would not recommend anyone to get a tattoo from here they are not good and charge highly prices don’t have time for it trust me when i say i normally never do these kinds of things never went to google to write a bad review on anyone or their business but when i tell ya there was stream fuming out of my ears when i left oopf thank the lord that i kept my composure it is my profound hope that the atmosphere of this place improves

Very disappointed by the work I had done. People are very friendly, and have a wide variety of jewelry, however went to get 2 piercings and had to take them out because they were done wrong and I was not satisfied, and I wanted them to heal as fast as possible. I called a week later to see if I could get repierced because of my dissatisfaction and was told I would have to pay full price again, for the piercers mistake.

Being heavily tattooed and having had tattoo removal back in 1999 I can NOT emphasize how fast, clean and PAINLESS tattoo removal was thanks to Jesse Fiske! It felt literally like a static shock of touching a door handle, or a shock from carpet. I do not like pain at all and although I am heavily tattooed I am not a fan of the pain. Prior laser removal almost seems barbaric now in comparison of the removal procedure at Miraculous.The first shock, I thought was from the machine touching me. The second shock I thought was from the machine powering on. Then Jesse Fiske told me to take a look because the procedure was already done. The tattoo was small, but it was on my face with decades of sun damage. I cant encourage people enough if you are thinking about getting a tattoo removed, go see Jesse Fiske! I am more than happy to share more on my experience if anyone has any questions. Please understand I am not qualified to answer any questions on quotes, policy, after care or thier standards because I am not an employee. I HATED my experience, I feel as though before even getting in the door, I wasnt welcomed. I got in and felt like the main guy behind the desk was extremely uneducated. I was trying to take the ball to my tongue ring out and two coworkers looked at me in disgust. I felt that they werent educated with the piercing I have(snake eyes) I had to have it repierced by them to get jewelry that actually fit when it shouldnt have had to go that far. I just wanted jewelry but in desperation had to get it repierced in order to get new jewelry. I would NOT recommend Miraculous Creations. Do your research before going to Miraculous Creations. #horribleexperience

I came to get pierced and left with a tattoo!My husband and I drove out to Worcester from Springfield and i was not disappointed. It was great experience! I spoke to Joe and Steve about my future sleeve work and Amy did my tattoo. Everyone was super honest and straightforward. I appreciated how thoughtful they were and also the place is so welcoming. Yay got my 1st nose piercing boots was so funny

JP did an excellent job on my tongue piercing! He was super calm and reassuring, double and even triple checked my veins to ensure it was safe to do the piercing and did his absolute best to help me stay calm and relaxed during the entire experience. He allowed a friend to come in the room to hold my hand and understood I was very nervous, he let me go at my own pace and talked through every step of the experience. I am extremely impressed by my time at MC and I wish I knew about them sooner! Will defiantly recommended to anyone who asks and return here for future piercings :)

Love this place! Went in on fly for 2 piercings, was able to be fit in otherwise would have had to wait over an hour. Very accommodating, professional and relaxing atmosphere! Great for talented tattoo artists as well.

Ive had many piercings done here. My husband and I got one of our tattoos here on the same day. Both of them are awesome. I have many other beautiful tattoos also. I would go back here to get another tat though if the occasion arises.

The staff here are so friendly, helpful, and really want to make you feel comfortable. The selection was great and the shop has a relaxed atmosphere and was very clean. I wont be going anywhere else and 100% will be coming back.

Great place, great artists. Both my girlfriend and I got a tattoo here, very happy with the results. Mine from about a year ago was fading, almost definitely because of me not properly taking care of it after getting it, and they touched it up for free. Will definitely be back.

I haven’t stopped raving about this place and Katie for days now. I went in for a double helix piercing, and the girl at the front desk was very welcoming even with the long-ish line of people (~30 min wait). When I went in Katie & I came up with a more creative double piercing combo that would better shape my ear and it looks stunning!! With one helix piercing and one flat piercing done on the same ear, I am barely sore AT ALL after only 5 days! She was incredible and I’m so happy with my whole experience. Can’t wait to visit her again.

Very friendly staff. Katie helped me out with my piercings today and she did an amazing job. She explained the procedure and made me feel completely comfortable. I saw the instruments come straight out of the autoclave which was satisfying knowing everything is sterile. I was very nervous and uncertain first walking in but by the time I walked out I felt very happy and secure. Thanks again so much!

I wanted to get my teenage daughter a piercing for her birthday, so before going there I went on miraculous creations web site. The policy stated since she is a minor she would have to bring a parent or legal guardian with proof of identification, but once I get there they tell me she has to be 16 years old to get the piercing done! Isnt that false advertising? they shouldve stated that on their website. Now I have an upset daughter, wasted money on a cab for no reason, and Im a unsatisfied customer!

My sibling and I had such a good experience here. Great tattoos and service. However, the artist who tattooed us was cash only, and we were not notified of this prior to getting them. We had to run to the ATM to grab some cash, but it all worked out.

I’ve been here in the past and had satisfying service. However, in my recent visit I was disappointed. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful And misinforming even though I called three times to confirm confusing information. After returning back to the shop,I was still unable to get the procedure because of miscommunication. I wouldn’t have had issues if everything was explained thoroughly in the first place. Perhaps if the staff properly informed us beforehand with an appropriate attitude (less eye rolling and huffs & puffs) then we would have been understood and been happy with our visit.

Terrible. I feel bad writing this but this place sucks. The staff is nice, but Ive gotten a bad tattoo and absolutely atrocious micro blading from them. Thank God the tattoo was small, but the micro blading was truly traumatizing. One eyebrow was several centimeters lower and also much straighter than the other, and the quality of the work was terrible. They were huge, the lines were SO incredibly deep and dark and way too thick to ever look realistic. I called the store crying and the receptionist tried to convince me that this was normal and that theyll heal fine(I have a sleeve, a full back piece, both ankles and ribs tattooed). I know good work wen I see it, and this was definitely not that. Then they kept calling and texting my phone trying to convince me to come back for the second appt. I never went because the only possible way to even them out would have been to make them even bigger. Its been almost a year and they still havent begun to fade at all. I can only imagine how much worse they would have gotten had I gone back. Mistakes happen but Im honestly surprised I wasnt refunded my money for the service. Just save yourself the trouble.

I went here for micro blading and was disappointed to find the person listed on the website with all the amazing photos wasnt there anymore. Now its the owners wife. i should have left and sought out the person i wanted. twice she tried to get it right. i paid more here than other studios snd within a day no brows ... I have since tried again and boom gorgeous brows post 3 months. so it wasnt me it was her. not knowing how deep to cut, my greatest disappointment was the misleading website, it should have been updated. No refund. They are a shady shop, could it be a change in ownership not the same shop ive used before fir piercings and tattoos! its not as professional as it was years ago... buyer beware.ugh... oh well.
