As a diabetic, I have been drinking a case every two weeks with Lemon Juice (Not Gin) the Polar Zero`Sugar Tonic Water The yellow label on the bottle is so faint that it is IMPOSSIBLE to read even with young eyes. I think this is intentional. why? Because it is filled with ASPERTAME! SHAME ON POLAR ! No wonder you dont want people to see the label. Your website says NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS!!!!

Love their seltzer products. Great healthy alternative to high sugar carbonated beverages. Kids (whom love sugar) cant tell the diff, and I personally do not drink the sugar drinks, so these products hit the mark on two key buying criteria. Also.. a local company and an alternative to the Big Brands. Great to see a local company have better products and mix it up (pun intended) with the big boys ! Go Polar... stay local !!!! Dont sell out !!!!!

I tried using the PolarSeltzer.com listed on the side of the Polar Seltzer can but it was an invalid address. I then called the company in Massachusetts and was transferred twice finally getting a recording that said to leave a message and I would hear back within 48 hours.My MAIN reason for reaching out was to get the company’s response to the recent Consumer Reports study that ranked Polar Seltzer as one of the highest in PFAS. In this day of COVID-19, I am concerned that your product may be compromising your customers’ immune systems.

I know your company has been told to not use the street. 11/9/19 @ 7:57 am one of your over weighted truck going greater than 30 MPH went south on the street. Where is your company’s concern for our safety and quality of life.

I had brand loyalty for this company. Two years in a row, they stopped production of Birch Beer with no warning to their consumers. When you call customer service, they don’t know anything, and shrug their shoulders apathetically. The sales reps aren’t being informed as to these interruptions, either. So you make an order, then find out they don’t have any of what you need.Plus, WHY stop birch beer? Polar is the only manufacturer of this drink, locally. Why not stop grape? There are tons of other grape soda options, and no birch beer options.I run a business and sell these local products with pride, but am very disappointed that this company I have loyalty towards, has no loyalty to their customers. I’ll be switching to coke.

Polar is hands down the best CO2 beverage company to ever come out of New England. They have, what I would perceive to be, unlimited flavors of soda water - with the amount of new concoctions they bring to the table. Never do they fail to impress.Not to mention they really do have some of the most consistently carbonated drinks, no wonder why people can’t open their bottles, don’t hate.Keep it coming.Shout out to Orson, I’ve been seeing him since I was a little kid.

The receptionist was rude and when I told her where I was calling from she hung up on me. Probably thought I was selling something. The person she sent me to next was also rude and sent me to a voicemail next for service for our office water cooler. I only need to know how to snap the spout back on.Very poor customer service. It appears at least 2 people there hate their jobs.
