We have been using Fast Signs for a couple of years before the pandemic and like many business’s in the entertainment business we were shut down. We were happy to have work again and we had a last minute job with a very limited turn around and Brian made it happen. He worked overtime to make sure we had our vinyl for our balloon display.Last week we had another quick turnaround job and Fast Signs Worcester again made us look good to our clients. These by any means are not big jobs, but they make us feel like we spent $1000.00 and we appreciate being appreciated. After speaking with Denise, they were eager to earn our business and provide their services to my new company. After meeting with her a week later I get an e-mail about how they can not provide the services to my company and by how it was written looked like the outside signs they would never commit to make for us, but said they can help with inside signage....Seems like bad business to turn down/refuse services they claim to provide. I am still unclear why this decision was made that in turn has wasted my town and over a weeks worth of planning to get this sign project completed. ..Very upset to see another business turn down work without detailed explanation, I asked for me details of why my companys work requested from them will not be done and I hope to hear back soon. The verbiage I got was It was nice to meet with you last week and hear your vision for your new location. At this time, we are not able to bid on your project for the outdoor pylon signs and your roof top channel letters. At the moment we could not be able to give your project the time and attention it deserves. .. well this is what your company offers or was I mislead??It was a normal job of building some building signs and digital signs on a pylon...I hope someone from the company who is a decision maker reaches out to me and maybe realizes turning down local work isnt the best idea for a company... if not I would tell other consumers to beware of wasting time and energy with this company who clearly is unable to provide services they claim to offerafter speaking with Denise today I understand her situation and the more detail of why the project was too big explains more then the e-mail sent.. I wish them the best of luck in future business

When I called for repair or replacing my store sign, their schedule of availability was very reasonable. Also the ladies in the office helped me with kind answers and made me feel cared for. The engineer and artist came up with winning idea. Now my sign board look great.

Top quality product and professional service. We are a small business owner and were treated as if we were their biggest customer. They listened carefully to our concept, wording and layout and produced exactly what we were hoping for only better. I went down to order a sign on a Tuesday Morning, looking to pick it up on Wednesday. Was told there would be a extra charge for rush jobs. I said, isnt the name of your company Fastsigns? Maybe it should be called, We will get to it when we get to it signs. I also told the person that I would be needing more banners and signs made, the shop I used to use in Webster closed.
