I love this place! Ive been coming here for my tires and oil for years. I recently got my side mirror swiped off and they could replace it within days. According to Google it shouldve taken two hours or more to replace and they got me in and out in a little over a half hour! Speedy, quality service with friendly, straightforward staff. 100% recommend!

Been a longtime customer since I moved to Worcester County awhile back. They sold me two 4 tire sets of Goodyears and did my breaks once. No complaints from me as a customer. Always helpful with repairs and installation when needed for my car.But in October I took my Moms car in to get new tires, and they made it sound like she wanted GT Radials. (She had a prior conversation on the phone with them) I had a miscommunication with my Mom, and so I let them put those tires on. She actually wanted Goodyear. Why are they pushing these brands with lower name ID so much? Why not just stick with your bread and better, Goodyear? It was really strange.I may go back here if I need any tire related stuff, but my Mom was not happy and probably wont return.

Great experience! Brought my car in after getting a nail in my tire. They were able to repair it which was a huge relief. While I was there, they pointed out that my brakes were on their last legs and my sticker was due. The place seemed very busy, yet they let me leave the car for a couple of hours while they completed the additional work. Very impressed and will recommend!

Ive been going to webster Square tire and auto for years and Ive only had a problem once, which was just my own ignorance about my vehicle. Every time I go here, things are done efficiently and they always do their best to give a fair, honest price. The workers may seem rude from first impression, but they are just very busy people who are doing what they do best and they dont always have time to be the kindest versions of themselves. Being a mechanic isnt the easiest job, after all! I highly recommend this place for service on any vehicle.

Excellent, complete service. Found an issue and didnt oversell it. Was able to get the problem rectified in a timely fashion and prices on point. Discovered an issue with sensor light, set up an appointment online and was told to just stop by, all set 10 minutes later. Thanks Leo! 😊

I went into Webster Square Tire looking for 4 new tires. I spoke with Leo who helped me to make the best decision for my car. I was brought to work and later picked up to get my car. Who could ask for anything more? After working with larger tire companies in the area that are less personal and accommodating, I will never go back. The service was great and saved me money. Another shop told me the repair for my van would have been over $1000 for a new computer. I wanted a second opinion on the problem and it turned out to be an easy fix and way under that. Plus they gave me a military discount. Best of all they didnt speak to me like I was a moron. All my service will be there from now on.

These guys are phenomenal! I drive a 4x4 Toyota Tacoma with aftermarket (Fuel) rims and oversized tires that came that way from the dealership. After the 1st rotation and balance from the dealership I noticed a slight vibration at 50+MPH. I had my tires balanced a couple more times, re-aligned, etc... Still had vibration in both the rear and in the steering that would come and go.I went to WST and it was the FIRST time anyone ever mentioned hub centric rings for my aftermarket rims. SO I quickly became educated from the shop on what they are and why they are needed. I was told by a mechanic there to go to e-bay to buy them which i did for $10.Today I was able to have the shop install the rings, re balance the tires and my truck now rides like a CHAMP!So net net is these guys KNOW their business and I appreciate theyre help and guidance! I just realized I have never written a review for this place, and for Jerry and the guys there! My wife and I have been going here for many, many years. I have brought my cars to them when brand-new until they were the senior citizens of the road. They have done all kinds of work on our Vans, mini-vans, and sedans--foreign and domestic. We are always comfortable with their expertise, their honesty, and that we are getting a reasonable price for the work. As just one example, I have on more than one occasion gone in for new tires (I worry about that), but they have told me that I didnt need them. It is a place to trust.

My first time here. They changed out my tire, checked to make sure I didnt need a second one. I didnt and they didnt push me to get a second one (which is very refreshing). I had some additional questions on my Jeep and Leo took the time to answer. I plan on calling back and scheduling a tune up soon. Nice experience and clean shop.

If I wasnt so busy...I would have written this three years ago!! These guys are absolutely amazing! Every time I have had to do any work on my car, even the tiny stuff......whether it be air in the tires...windshield wiper replacement...brakes... tires...motor...(underbelly renovation basically) and whatever is discovered along the way; whatever could possibly happen to this girls car....., I have faithfully called Jerry and Leo over at the shop with my in-the-moment crisis and without fail...every single time...they have made accommodations to take my car in the same day... do what needs to be done...call me first to explain to me what I am about to learn about my car...and then once approved, get everything repaired and the car back to me before the end of the work day! And believe it or not...I walk out of there completely satisfied...without complaint. I mean...who DOES THAT! Well, Webster Square Tire does it every day! Skip this place for Mass state inspection. My children both went here and had poor experiences with up charges to replace lights that were not burnt out and trying to tell them tire treads weren’t going to pass state inspection without even taking a measurement.Too bad because they did help out my daughter a couple months ago to repair a damaged tire and did a fine job for a fair price.

Poor service i went and brought my truck for a alignment. went to pick it up on my way home i notice that i didnt have brakes. they broke a few things on my truck. went back the next day with my mechanic just to be told that they didnt do the damage to my truck then was also told not to come back. VERY BAD BUSINESS

Stopped by today as I ran over a nail on the road and caught it in time when I stopped for some gas....noticed the leak and promptly Googled my way to the closest place to get it repaired.Person behind the counter tells me that his guys are busy doing thousand dollar jobs and has no time to patch a tire. SMH. No big deal,Got it done at the next place.

I’ve reviewed this shop before, but I just wanted to share my experience today. I went to the Shrewsbury Firestone in the spring to get my snow tires taken off (they’re open later so I can go after work), they pointed out a problem, and quoted me $440 for labor and parts. After putting it off, I finally took my car to Webster Square, and saved over $100. They’re honest and their prices are good. When I first took my car in and needed my rotors replaced, they physically showed me the difference between my rusted-out rotors and new ones, and explained the reason for the repair. Always helpful, no matter what I’ve needed!

My wife and I won free oil changes that they had donated to a local charity raffle. We have been customers ever since.Jerry and Leo have always gone above and beyond for us. My trucks seat stopped working and jerry saved me about $500 going out of his way to find me a refurbished one instead of charging me to install a new motor.Genuinely good hearted people work here. now we live in Ct and we still drive to Worcester to get our work done!

Its good to have small local repair shops when you need a quick tire change boiled chains or service with the having to go to the dealer and overpay

Great prices and excellent service! They repaired the hole in my tire, and I also had my tires rotated and the weights adjusted. They were honest, explained everything to me, and were quick and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Fair pricing and genuinely kind people!

Said I needed 4 tires, cheap. Quoted me a good price. Had the tires installed and price dollar cheaper than quote. :) ON same visit, exhaust leaking and loud. Was fearing 4 digit repair, older vehicle, no exhaust work ever done. He fixed it, and some work involved, and charged me nothing for it. I am thinking at least a grand and no cost. I was thrilled. Other places would not have been so honest as to say it was much of anything. But then to do some work and not even charge for it. After dealing with incompetent and/or dishonest repair people/places, it is so nice to find a place and people like this.

I have used Webster sq. Tire many times with different cars and problems. I bring my car as well as my kids here. They are fast, courteous and very reasonably priced. Jerry and Leo are very honest.and most important back there work 100 percent.

I brought my car to Webster Square Tire because I had an issue with my hatch-back door sensor. The door ajar light was always on and my remote car starter would not work because of it. There also, was a squeaking sound coming from the same area that I could not identify. Jerry and his team found the problem and fixed it with-in hours. I am very pleased with the work they have done. Iv been going to this auto shop for about 10 years and Im an auto mechanic turned social worker and have no time to work on my car myself so I went to Webster Auto I got 4 Mitchel tires for my toyota five years ago and their still good. I go for inspection they have fixes small issues like wipers bulbs etc.. for low price . They are professional and honest before i had the toyota I had an old 1981 Mercedes Benz they kept that going for me till I traded it in for the toyota . Jerry took great care of my car! I drive for Uber, so my car is how I earn a living. One of my tires went flat, so I had all 4 replaced along with the brakes (great prices!). What impresses me most is the service behind the sale. A week after I bought the tires, my daughter ran over a curb and popped one. I took it straight in and they replaced it for free! I had bought the Goodyear brand all weather with road hazard protection, so no worries there. Also, my new brakes squeeled a bit and they replaced those as well, also free of charge. They were quick and friendly through all of it. As for the tires, I drove for 10 hours during a recent snow storm and they cut right through the slush and snow. I highly reccomend their shop!
