Enjoyed their service. It was the first time I worked with them. I requested pick up service and they came by in a timely manner took the car. Sent a video update which I thought was pretty neat. Reasonable prices. I was kind of shocked actually just due to prior experiences especially as a female too. Car came back with seat and mirror adjusted so I was glad the person that drove it back was safe and comfortable as well (Made me trust their driving! Though I mean I dont mind.) I will gladly use their services again and will recommend to friends and family!

I was impressed by the customer service of the dealership, from the time you drop off the car to when you leave. They even send you a short video explaining what was done to the car. The waiting room is clean and there are refreshments available while you wait.

Check in was fine. However, when I called to check status of service 5 hours after dropping car off - I got disconnected and had to call 2 more times before getting an actual update. When I went to pick up car, service person that helped me was pleasant but usually I am walked out to my car and they make sure all the coverings have been removed - this did not happen this time. I found my car on my own and had to remove seat coverings my self.Also, I don’t understand why the seat position has to be drastically changed in order to drive the car into garage and then back our again. The drivers seat was completely reclined - I don’t feel that is necessary to drive car in and our of garage.I’ve been leasing vehicles from Harr for 9 years and this is the first time I have encountered anything like this. In the past service has been superb and that is one reason I keep coming back. This service experience was not of your usual caliber. I hope this is not a new trend.

Outstanding customer service. Only complaint I have is when I went in for basic service (oil change and tire rotation) 2 lug nuts broke and instead of it taking an hour it took 3. I dont think it should of taken that much longer for 2 lug nuts. I love my car though!

I bought my first car with them last year car still ran amazing nothing wrong just wanted to upgrade to a four door. My first time I got to work with Sarah she was amazing did paperwork Tuesday and had my car Friday no issues no hassles. This time I worked with Derek to get my car and again he was absolutely amazing. He made the process easy and went above and beyond to help me. I will continue to keep coming here and I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you both for being so amazing at your jobs. I appreciate both of you.

I brought my Toyota RAV4 in for regular maintenance and oil change. I was asked whether I would want to have upgraded service performed including rear differential oil change and transfer case oil change. I agreed to this and was told it would take up to 90 minutes to complete. I was pleasantly surprised when 15 minutes later, I was handed my keys and told that my service was completed! I was back on the road in no time!

Mike helped me with my routine maintenance. I was hoping that Id get to work with him because he isnt pushy. He listens and makes sound recommendations. He is also wicked friendly. I also looked forward to seeing Danny Lopez who helped me with my refinance. He is a really good multitasker. Like Mike, he is so friendly.

I needed an oil change and decided to try out their pick up/drop off valet service. Excellent - the team communicated with me from start to finish and the whole process only took a couple of hours. I even got a video of my car being serviced with recommendation for further actions sent to me, while my car was in the shop (the undercarriage with what the technician was seeing).The whole team is a professional and courteous outfit, particularly my Advisor and valet person. Harr has come a long way - I had stopped using them for a little when I had an unpleasant experience but this person has since left. 5 Stars on this day - thanks to Harr!

Had a super weird issue with my Prius that my regular mechanic couldnt figure out. Harr scheduled me for an appointment right away, were in constant communication with updates, and apologized when they couldnt figure it out quickly. Ended up a mouse or something had eaten through the coating on a wire, so after driving through a puddle, the whole electrical system shorted out. Just needed a little bit of tape or something and works perfectly again. Way better than the new battery I thought I would need! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional, and gave me tips to keep it from happening again.

Ive been going to Harr for years bought multiple cars and had them serviced as well. Not once I had an issue. Shay is the service manager and his team are well knowledgeable and are very informed.They kept me in the loop on what need to be repaired and well done on time.They have worked on recalls from the factory as well as maintenance or other issues with the cars and left the cars good as new.Will definitely recommend Harr to family and friends.

Overall the service was of my actual vehicle was done well.My only hang up was ancillary services that I distinctly requested a rental car as I was going to be without my car for the entire day.When I arrived no rental was available and because I had an appointment I couldnt wait on the shuttle and thus had to take an Uber.Then I was called at 3:45pm that my car was ready but the shuttle driver had already left so being picked up was not an option and you were closing at 4. Obviously it would not be possible for me to get to the shop in time. My service representative came up with a creative solution but still it seems like this could have been avoided.Just seems like poor planning on the pick up/ drop off / rental process.

From beginning to end, my experience at Harr Toyota was superb. Sarah Wentworth was the absolute best--incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Will was also fantastic. I appreciate how well I was taken care of today and can recommend Harr Toyota enough. Im thrilled with my new car and plan on having it for years to come but should I need another, I will definitely make the trip from Springfield to Worcester again. Totally worth it!

I have always liked Harr Toyota and Jeep but yesterday bringing my 17 Corolla in for service and a detail (which came out awesome) but while waiting I spoke to a wonderful Sales lady by the name of Sarah Lee Wentworth and she showed me an awesome new Corolla which I had to have. The buying experience was awesome Sarah didn’t push to sell me to buy anything and just waited till I asked her any questions.... I would definitely recommend coming down here and everyone seems really nice and the fed me a wonderful lunch but I have never had an experience buying a car like the one I had today with Sarah Wentworth! Come down and see her at Harr in Worcester!!

I am currently leasing my third consecutive car from Harr Toyota = evidence that they do an outstanding job. Had an oil change appointment on my 2020 Corolla the other day, and James, one of the best Service Reps they have, got me checked in right away and immediately picked-up my need for a tire rotation, which he clearly explained both in word and pictures. The waiting room is spacious and in non-COVID times, offers an array of hot and cold beverages. James had me out the door and through my free car wash in 1.5 hours. To date, I have never had a negative experience at Harr Toyota.

I was in the middle of a trip from Maine to NY when my alternator failed at 3:00 pm on Rt 290. I had the car towed to Harr service and Duy Pham (service advisor) began helping me immediately. It was too late in the day to do anything on the car so Duy confirmed that they had/could get an alternator for my car and scheduled me for the next day.This is where the exceptional kindness and service began. Duy helped me find a local hotel for me to stay overnight. He did not stop there; he said if I was willing to hang out at the dealership until closing (6 pm), he would be happy to drive me to the hotel on his way home. When we got to the hotel, we discovered it had been very poorly represented online; it basically looked like a homeless shelter. At this point, Duy offered to help me find a more suitable place which we did and he drove me there but not before offering to bring me to a store to buy overnight “supplies” which I declined as he had already done so much. You would think that was enough but no, Duy then made arrangements for me to be picked up at the hotel in the morning. He kept me notified of the progress from the time the dealership opened. He also did the legwork to provide options for various alternators finding a reasonably priced option locally. He had technicians working on my car by 7:30 am and I was back on the road by around 10:00 am that morning.I cannot begin to express how much Duy’s help and kindness meant to me during that extremely stressful experience. I will never forget how different that experience could have been had it not been for Duy Pham. The world would be a much better place if we had more people like him in it. I feel so lucky that he was there to change the course of my experience that day and will be forever grateful.Give that man a raise.Thankful,Matthew Moment

I appreciated the concierge service. My car was picked up from my home and dropped off later that day. I saw a short video of the work they did and a report as well. The four stars comes because I do not feel comfortable in the Harr Toyota building. Mask wearing isn’t enforced for the customers as well as some of the sales people. Wearing a mask with one’s nose exposed is not acceptable. That is very, very disappointing.

They consumed more time for any service that I had in past few appointments. For instance for just Oil- Change, I had to wait more than 4 hours just to get my car’s oil changed and The whole day just for installation and a quick service on one tire only.

Brought my vehicle in for some a recall workand a few other things. The staff a HARR did and amazing job. Not only did I work with the service department, I also worked with parts department ahead of time, the rental staff at the time of the appointment and the sales department for an appraisal. All the members of the HARR team were honest, straightforward and customer focused, they kept me up to date on the status of my parts order leading up to the visit and the status of my vehicle through out the day. I look forward to returning to HARR in the future.

Showed up and there was no wait to get serviced. I was approached timely, by my service advisor, James L. He was very sincere and professional. A video was sent to my phone and James clearly explained everything and answered all my questions. I had a big service so I was there for about 3 hours between pulling In and out of lot. I was able to connect to wifi and work from the waiting area with no problems, there was plenty of space. Will be back for future service! Harr service is excellent. Wait times are my only complaint. But, since I go in knowing that, I bring a book or work to get done on the laptop. Coffee is always available and they provide breakfast or lunch from Chick-fil-A across the street.

Came in with a very weird electrical issue. I only paid for a general inspection which cost me 1 service hour. The technician was looking through the issue for significantly more time. At the end the confirmed my initial hypothesis and provided me with some options.Since all the solutions were quite expensive theytried to be very cautious about what I would do. In the end I decided to deal with the issue myself, but they were extremely professional overall!!!Ps. Due to covid they dont have a shuttle and hire a Lyft instead. Mine never showed up and one of the employees offered to give me a ride home.
