Exceptional service! We have used them for years and the people who work there are great. Recently had a flat tire and they were able to fix it within one hour of my dropping the car off. Top-notch business.

My 66 year old aunt had a flat told her she had to get 4 new tires because they couldnt patch it because it was on the side wall. Needless to say they got her to buy 4 new tires when hes had over 3/4 tread on them. The small screw was 3 inches away from side so a 30 dollar fix cost her over 800 good job boys way to take advantage

Called around to different shops for help with a flat tire. Goodyear was the only place who was able to fit me in. They were helpful, efficient and the prices are reasonable. I booked an appt. to bring my car for other services. The staff were polite and attentive. I will be referring my friends and family.

Brought my car in to have brakes inspected and the attendant present at the time was very rude. I had made an online appointment which I thought was okay and when I arrive, they tell me I will need to leave the car overnight and that I should have called. I really did not like being talked to as if I was an inconvenience, but if that’s your thing then this is the place for you!! And I’m not saying it’s all of them that are rude. Peter and Matt are always very courteous and respectful!

Was only supposed to get an oil change and my car checked. Ended up paying 400 dollars for that because they changed filters and things that I had just replaced. Never again! My car is no longer running apparently they decided to do damage to my ignition coils so I would go back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A LOCAL MECHANIC!!! places like these will just mess with your car and charge you for it. definitely learned my lesson

I have been bringing my car to Goodyear Tire in Worcester for many years. Pete and the the staff always provide the most cost effective choice for services and tires.

Had a faulty tire pressure sensor on an aftermarket wheel/tire package. Received the replacement sensor from that company and Goodyear was able to swap out the sensor for me charging only the price of the relearning. Didn’t overcharge or try to sell me on anything else. Thank you Peter

They did an absolutely terrific job, no Nicks in my wheels, balanced perfectly with no vibration at high speeds and they also took The time needed to retrieve all rebates. I have been going to this location for almost 20 years. I had an appointment for some minor brake work. I brought my own parts to try and save myself some money because of financial struggles. I just buried my father. I was told it was company policy not to accept customer parts. No compassion. I will no longer be doing business with these people. Thanks for nothing

I have been going to this goodyear for almost as long as I have been driving. Perhaps over a decade.. and yeah car maintenance can be pricey, but I find there is no way around that unless you have a buddy to help you out.I feel that the customer service is good. They are right to the point and clear on the cost. Do I wish prices were 10-15% lower? Yeah, but i find them to be right on par with their completion.Once I went to get all of my tires replaced and dropped off my car. A while later they gave me a call and told me I can get a better tire and the same cost if I use a rebate. Thats something they didnt have to do and I appreciated they gave me an option rather than going with the motions.Ill update my review if my perception changes.

I had a wonderful experience here. Steve was the first to help me by taking the time to order a specific tire for me. He was able to have it in later that same day! Another person Id like to acknowledge is Gary. He is the most helpful and understanding man that a customer could ask for. I watched from the waiting area as he handled a crowd of customers calmly and efficiently. One customer even had a language barrier which presented a difficult challenge. Yet, Gary approached the situation with patience and grace. I have nothing but good things to say about the timeliness and friendliness of all the staff I encountered. Thank you all for your help! I am so grateful to Peter Cestidio and the others at this Goodyear. I live in Maryland and traveled to Worcester to drop my daughter off at college. As I pulled up in front of her dorm building to drop her off (on a Sunday afternoon) I hit the curb and popped my tire. My car only has a temporary tire for a spare. There was no way we could safely travel back to Maryland on a temporary tire. It was 4:30 Sunday afternoon when I called Goodyear to ask if they could help us get a tire. He told us come on in and Ill see what I can do. We patiently waited until his previous customers had been helped. Even though it was after closing time, Mr. Cestidio helped us. We appreciated his help so much! Due to the Covid pandemic we would not have been able to get a hotel room in order to wait for the next day for a new tire. We would have had to sleep in our car. Thanks to Mr. Cestidio and his wonderful customer service we were able to make our way back to Maryland.

Had a great experience with the guys at Goodyear. Broke down in the middle of the night and got our car towed to this shop.The guys got us a quote and were able to complete the work in less time than expected. For being broken down to back on the road in less than 24 hours was amazing.The team was fast, courteous, and was able to find the part and complete the job.Highly recommend this shop for mechanic repairs. They were pretty fair priced compared to some other quotes we got. Thanks for the hard work guys!

Highly recommend getting your tires done here. Brought my car in because I couldn’t figure out why my tire was flat. They couldn’t see anything obvious and spent about 30 minutes looking at it until they found a tiny little hole. They patched it for me and put the tire back on. Very nice guys, got me in and out in under an hour.

I used this location to purchase new tires last year and not only left with a great warranty on my brand new tires but also a membership for the three year alignment program. They have always honored their policy with no questions asked with a smile. They will get you in as quickly as possible and treat each appointment with the same high quality customer service. Went there for an oil change that took more than 40 minutes. Ended up with a nearly $2,000 list of everything wrong with the vehicle. Two of the parts alone I can buy elsewhere for hundreds cheaper!! Really nice people, but they try to make you spend more money than you really need to. Id go there again for the service, but never will I directly buy car parts from them.

Called them this morning and asked how much for anew valve stem on tire for a 2012 Kia Sorento .the gentleman I spoke with quoted me a price of 150$ plus tax I thought this was a bit extreme,or maybe even a attempt at price goughing so it would have been 158$ with tax.. town fair tire in Auburn did it for 55.75 mounted and balanced.. steer clear

I blew a tire. They replaced it. It was off brand, so it took them a half a day to get it. They were extremely nice and professional. The only problem was, they were pricy. But because I had stuff to do, and they had the ability to get it done right near my work, I paid extra for convenience. Id probably go elsewhere for a better price if I had the time to save money, but I was too busy to do so.

I called to get a price on a trailer tire for my camper. I spoke with Matte. He was awesome, and the price was very good. When I showed up to have the tire changed he got us fixed up very quickly. I highly recommend this Goodyear store.

Mechanics may be good or not, because I had no direct interactions with them, but the store will try to overcharge you and upsell for everything. You are getting your tires changed - they will find a reason to add a tire alignment, and then overcharge you for it. You get the idea. I will avoid them next time.

Fast service

Very poor customer service and workmanship. I had 4 tires put on my vehicle and one of them started losing air immediately. On my third visit to get this resolved, I was told that the TPMS valve was leaking, the tire didnt have a good seal and the TPMS sensor was broken. They would have to order a sensor from the dealership. They pull my car out of the garage and leave the window open in the rain and ask me to come back for another 4 hour window. They also broke my garage door opener (how does that happen). On top of all this, they cant even get my name spelled correctly on their paperwork. I opened a case with Goodyear and will be bringing my car to a dealer to have it looked at. When you spend over a thousand dollars on tires you need to expect more than this.

Went the other day just for pricing for 2 New tires. Got quoted $156.50 for each tire and an extra $35 to be fitted.So it was over $190 for each tire fitted. And I payed only $90 for the exact same tires at different location for each tire fitted. Shop around folks dont get ripped off . Very disappointing.

Booked an appointment a week in advance and was called an hour after I dropped the car off to come get it and reschedule. When rebooking he wouldnt even guarantee that they would be able to do it when I booked the next appointment a week later. He did at least offer me 50% off for the rescheduled appointment.If you cant honour appointments you shouldnt take them. Being busy is not an excuse, thats why I made the appointment.
