Outstanding service. My car needed an oil change so I dropped it off at the service center and they brought it back to me less than an hour later when it was all set. All of the mechanics are very knowledgeable, efficient, and just very nice people.

A few months ago my car lost a tire on the highway and I brought it in to these guys and they were incredible. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what it would cost and got the job done within 2 days. They are extremely timely and honest. Being someone who does not know cars well, Billy made sure that I thoroughly understood what the problem was and described, in detail, what he did to fix it. I went to lunch at the 99 Restaurant and got back into my car with my battery light on and the voltage was fluctuating, I decided to go next door to Goodnows Service Center and right away was diagnosed as the alternator was going. The mechanic --Billy had the part ordered and we set the appointment up for the following day and cars running great now!
