A diamond in the rough in Worcester regarding autobody work and painting. Tom is pleasant and easy to work with and gave a solid quote on my work to be done, which came out excellent on my truck. I did use the loaner car and while it doesnt look like much, I found it fun to drive and the price was right: FREE! I highly recommend DeSantis Collision Center.

Had them do body work and a paint job to restore my 84 cj7. The job required welding in new panels and creating supports to hold the body together as it was so rusted out. It Came out looking brand new! Tom was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with his work. If you choose Desantis, you wont be disappointed!!

I’ve been fighting over a year for him to fix my bumper... he says bring it back I’ll glue it...a bumper should not be just glued on...so when he tells me it will not just be glued and it will be done right I’ll be more than happy to bring it back but he has no clue what he’s doing!!! We had a dent in the rear panel of our SUV from an ice incident. DeSantis removed the dent, made sure the bumper was aligned, buffed out minor scuffs, and painted the area. In the end the car was good as new. We are extremely happy with the work!

May 2017I would like to thank the DeSantis Collision team for such great work on my son’s truck.My prior experience with a collision center wasn’t positive. My vehicle was gone for 2 months, and as I was driving it off the lot, my windshield started breaking into a 2 foot crack.Fast forward many years, I now have my son’s truck while he is overseas. 4 years of Colorado winter hail storms, sliding off roads into trees and others sliding into him, left his truck full of ding marks, dents and cracked lights. This was our first experience with DeSantis. Our Toyota Camry had been rear-ended and needed a new bumper. In addition, the quarter panel had become misaligned due to the smashed bumper, and the panel had also suffered a few dents. Mr. DeSantis (Tom) said he would do his best to get the panel aligned with the new bumper and to push out the dents----all in the effort to save us the considerable increased cost of filling in the dents, repainting, etc. He couldnt promise before he got the new bumper and started working on it. All I can say is, he did a beautiful job in every respect---bumper, alignment, dents--and all at a lower price than other shops that had given us estimates. We are deeply grateful, thank you Tom!

This is my second time needing body work on my car. After I saw the work Tom and his crew did the first time, I knew he was the only one I could trust with it. He does amazing work and is substantially less expensive than anyone else I have talked to. Everyone at Desantis Collision is polite and professional. He gets the work done quickly and efficiently. I didnt need the loaner car but he does offer one if you need it. And it doesnt matter how upset you are about the damage, Tom will make you laugh and smile when youre in there. I recently had an accident in FL and they tied up my car for 5 months, and when I finally got it back I had the vehicle looked at because the trunk leaked and the interior trim was loose and soiled. The upholstery in the trunk did not fit properly. I brought the car to Desantis Collision and they contacted my ins. adjuster and sent them pictures. It was decided that the work done on the car in FL was unsatisfactory and shoddy. Desantis Collision took the car for a week and corrected everything. I was amazed when I saw the car. Every thing was fixed and the car looked liked it just came out of the showroom.

Dont judge a book by the cover and dont judge a collision center by its unremarkable outside and potholed driveway. I have driven past here many times without giving it a second (or even first) look. After minor bumper damage, I came here on a recommendation. The bumper looks as good as new and the price was more than competitive.

Billy was super friendly and helpful in getting my car repaired after it was rear ended. I recommend his shop for any body work !
