Not an exaggeration - this would likely not affect resell value if just going by appearance. Went through USAA and they were designated a preferred shop - well earned title. Recommend them for sure.

We have used Thomas for many years. They have never let us down on any work they have done on our vehicles. When we got my husband’s truck back, it looked brand new considering that amount of body damage it had. They didn’t let us done before and they DEFINITELY didn’t let us down again! Im not a car person, so I was prepared to feel intimidated or condescended to; neither happened. Everyone was friendly and explained things clearly and thoroughly. Other than covid delays to receiving parts, the work was efficient, and the car came back better than before it was damaged. Strongly recommended.

Best service I ever had with an auto body. My sisters bumper was done in 3 days which is way before the expected time. 10 stars out of 5, when I picked up the car they had delicious cupcakes, waters, and more. Best spot in Worcester. It was through insurance but even if it was expensive I would pay for service they provided.

Had an accident with my 2005 Toyota Camey and crumpled my hood and front panel. It looks brand spanking new after they fixed it. Super satisfied with the work, and they waxed my car before giving it back.

They handled my car repairs after an incident. They did all the leg work after I contacted them with my claim information. They set up the rental to pick me up there. I received calls and text with updates and the repair was made in 2 days. The staff was friendly and efficient. The whole process to drop off my car, paperwork and get the rental took about 20 minutes.

My car was severely damaged in an accident. I had used Thomas Waldron Carstar before. Had no problems with them. I was happy that the car was done before their est time frame. The car is like new again and the issues i had were small and corrected immediately. Denis was great too! Highly recommend them!

They did a great job fixing my car. It for done earlier than expected and they even vacuumed my car. I was pretty impressed with them.

My wife was in a car accident, and my insurance company directed me to Thomas Waldron which was less than 2 miles from the house. They have been very professional from the time I brought the car in on 5/22 until I removed the plates on 6/1. The communication between the body shop and the insurance company was perfect.

This place sucks. Please do not go here and save yourself the headache.

The receptionist and the insurance adjuster explained everything to me before my vehicle would be serviced, and after. They were very organized, efficient and it was no hassle to get and return my rental. My car was beautiful after they were done. No complaints!

Dont expect transparency with the repairs made. Damaged parts during the removal process of my vehicle is understandable, but not being made aware of the those parts being replaced until after the they caused my vehicle to be delayed for pick up is terrible customer service. Had that part come in on time I would have never known they replaced it. Find another Carstar location other than this one on Grafton street, because these guys are dysfunctional and try to hide from being honest to their customer by setting incorrect expectations. Maybe you get lucky, and its a smooth process for you, but it can go south pretty quick and you may never know. Not a risk worth taking if you depend on your vehicle.

I love how Denis and Carlos always remind me of how my car doing at every steps in the process. Even if you can’t pick up your phone, they’ll left a voicemail. I requested to be notice by email, which they did accordingly. The car come back as new. If you have a problem after pick up the car, bring it back and they will check it. Carlos is being extra in taking care of my car. He notice that Hyundai did not do rotation/alignment on my car. He immediately call me and asked me to bring it back to the workshop. Most place they just leave it. So I really appreciate him for that.Shontelle (If I spell ur name wrong, I’m sorry) make the check-in and check-out process fast and convenient as possible.I don’t know about others that work there but with these 3, I would definitely come back again.Thank you for taking car of my car.

Great work just a little frustrated. I received a call last week stating my bumper could not get put on due to the crack (when asked they confirmed the left passenger side damage) I agreed to pay the extra out of pocket money for the bumper. When I picked up my car today the left passenger side of the bumper is sticking out of the car and who I presume is the owner continued to tell me that it’s an additional $4,000 to fix that. My bumper didn’t stick out at all prior to the accident. Not pleased that this is the result. If I had known this was going to be the finished result I wouldn’t have agreed to pay for the bumper.

This was an insurance repair. At the time that I dropped off the car I asked for an estimate on a small nick on the front fender NOT associated with the insurance repair. They agreed and even marked up the spot. They never gave an estimate. As for the insurance repair, I would have to say that it looked like a job that was trying to save money (not mine). I would probably find another body shop next time.

These guys showed up on the list of Geico, as a body shop that takes care of everything, doing the estimate, give you a rental car all at once - based on appointment of course. The shop is clean, well lit, smoke free. The repair work was fast, so far no complaints that I can think of. They provided courteous timely updates throughout the process. I can definitely recommend them, but on the other hand I hope you never will find the need to visit them with your damaged vehicle.

Immediately when I saw my vehicle, I saw two significant scratches that were not originally there.Also, there was a dent on my passenger side, rare quarter panel that car star was kind to adjust. However, while fixing it, the paint was removed from that spot. CarStar was NOT kind to replace the paint, and now my car is susceptible to rusting in that area.No, I will not speak highly of this establishment and I will make my complaints known to all my family, friends, neighbors, facebook friends and Twitter friends.

Really excellent experience, extremely friend staff, got it done at a reasonable time and more importantly looks brand new, the paint blends in very well. They even cleaned the interior and gave me a cake!

AVOID THIS PLACE!! TRUST ME!! Had multiple bad experiences with this place. Go to another Geico ARX facility instead. They kept changing their stories for the same noise coming from my car after the repair. They will try their best to find a most convenient option for them in order to avoid any further responsibilities of the repair they did or missed to do.1. I got the repair done.2. I called for a noise coming from the front of the car where repair was done. I bring the car in they acknowledged the noise and tried to do something but the noise did not go away and asked me to bring the vehicle in again after a couple of days so they can open the wheel/tire and see whats going on.3. I go there again and drop off my car and leave. 4.5 days go by and I get a call that the vehicle is ready to pick up. I go there and they conveniently told me We dont hear anything!!. FYI: Their employee heard the noise the first 3 times during my initial visit. No idea why they waited for 4.5 days just to tell me this!! I argued and left the vehicle there and they called me again to pick up the vehicle as they have found the issue. This time they told me that the noise is coming from the rear and its because of some rust on rear rotors. I was confused by this but got my vehicle and left.4. One week after that the noise was even louder and I had to go back there again. Noise heard by multiple employees this time and they told me that its coming somewhere from the front (which I kept telling since day one)and I will need to take my car to a dealership to figure out whats going on.5. I went to a Honda dealer and they were able to find the issue within 25 minutes of me just waiting there.This place kept changing their story through out the process and wasted hours of my time and kept my vehicle for days without even finding the root cause of the problem.

Had a very good experience. I had a minor accident and fixed it using my insurance company at Carstar. Timely updates for the repairs were provided via SMS and the work on my car was very good.

The first time I ever brought my car here I had no problems, so a year later I got into a minor accident and decided to bring my vehicle back. Apparently they didnt check the final look because they allowed me to leave with a painted rim. Brought it back so they can clean it and they did but still left some paint on the rim and went back in so they can come out and clean it properly, again. Its a waste of time and gas to have to go back for their mistake and to see the lack of customer satisfaction. They just seemed as if they didnt care. I will be finding another auto body if I ever need one again!

They recently did some body work after I was rear-ended. They not only did the work quickly and excellently, but they treated me like I was actually a valued customer...rare nowadays.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Don’t take your car here! I got rear ended by someone that had geico insurance. I went to this body shop because it was the closest to my apartment. They absolutely suck! The paint job was horrible and streaky. They even painted over a sticker (who does that?) Our bumper was put on completely crooked. At first they didn’t put my original windshield back on even though that’s what they were paid to do in our estimate. My spare tire cover got scratched during the accident but when we got the car back it was ripped. They ordered a new one and somehow they also ripped the new one. I’m assuming that they just hire people off the street that will work for low pay. Horrible. Just watch out if you’re going here, especially through insurance. They will try to skip over things that they’re getting paid to do. That’s called insurance fraud. I should report them but Geico paid me out a whopping 75 dollars to just deal with their crappy work hahahah. Also watch out for the geico adjuster Ryan. Not sure if they pay him once they’re done with their insurance fraud or if he’s just lazy. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!! If you go here make sure you have an experienced auto body tech to go over their work! At this point I’m just done playing games with them and dropping off my car so I’m just leaving it. But I thought I’d give anyone a heads up that wants to bring their car here.
