Went there with my gf cuz we both needed oil changes and she also needed an inspection sticker. They kept mixing up which one needed the sticker, we mustve told them at least 4-5 times before going to the waiting room. Then we get called up and they inspected the wrong car! They passed it even though it had a taillight, a marker light, and license plate lights were all out. When we were telling them they did the wrong car and falsely passed it, they were very defensive and argued with us and very unapologetic. One man said sorry we cant all be perfect like you. Everyone there had a terrible attitude except the owner. Finally i waited 20 MINUTES for them to print me a new bill. When i asked why it took so long they said it was because i argued with them!! Wtaf. Basically they kept me waiting on purpose because they didnt like me. The cashier was extremely hostile while telling me this. I would never go back here. Only thing this place is good for is falsely passing cars that shouldve failed.

I called before I went for an Diagnostic abs. They told me 58.00 on the phone. When I picked it up they charged me 145.00 for not even diagnosing the problem. I will never go back to this place. They actually just stole 145.00 for nothing because there was no end results. $145.00 FOR NOTHING. PEOPLE BE AWAREE!!!!!!

Have been here twice. had car towed there xmas eve, and walter was so incredibly nice it made all the difference in a very stressful situationcame back for oil change and overall checkup. great prices and servicewalter is the man. very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had my car towed there cost 200, then they had my car for 2 days and never called to give me an update. I finally call the second day and they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my car and now it has to go to nissan to get fixed, so there was another 450 for labor and another tow. already spent my whole paycheck and my car isnt even close to being fixed. I broke down on I395N at 7pm in my 2019 f250 super duty. By miracle their diesel mechanic Hunter happen to drive by and stopped to offer assistance. With in 45 minutes they had a wrecker on scene and loaded up. I had to have my system flushed and filters changed due to water in fuel system. They did all this after hours and were absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere and just great people. I only paid 800 for the whole bill. Could have been upwards of 3500.Thanks Belsito for the outstanding service.

I needed a tow and replacement tire. No time to shop around. Boy, was I lucky Belsitos got the AAA call. It seemed like both people I had (socially distant) contact with went above and beyond. The driver needed to swap tires before he could tow the car, he did with a smile. The person at the shop had to poke around to find a used tire (to save me money), and did. Getting a flat can ruin a day, but when I was driving away (the whole experience was over in an hour and a half) I didnt feel upset, I felt lucky that I didnt get taken advantage of, just for being stuck in a situation. I have been using Belsito for all of my mechanical work for the last 3 years. I couldnt be happier with the quality of work, service, and honesty. They have told me when work was not needed, saving me money, and when work was required they fit me in (my schedule is quite a challenge as I am on the road several days a week) do the work at a reasonable price and treat me always in a friendly and courteous manner. They keep records of upcoming work needed (such as when an oil change or warranty checkup is due) and email me. The new email notification system is fabulous as its an easy way to keep up to date on what needs to be done. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

Such a great experience here! I got a flat tire and AAA recommended this shop to see if they could plug the tire. I called and within 15 minutes my tire was fixed. So thankful they could squeeze me in so quick. Everyone was very nice and helpful! Thanks again guys!

Best mechanic shop Ive ever brought a car to. Charged me less than originally quoted, offered to have my car ready next day if I needed it, didnt charge storage fees, completely transparent about everything and nice people to work with in general. I live over an hour away but would make the trip back.

I cant give these guys a high enough rating! On Friday, 8/30/19 at about noon (the start of Labor Day weekend), on my way to moving a relative to a skilled nursing facility that was over two hours away, the brakes on his car, which I was driving, went (on a jam packed I-90). I carefully got off the next exit in search of a mechanic. The first place that I stopped at said they couldnt fit me in. When I asked if there was another auto shop nearby, they were nice enough to send me over to Belsitos. When I got over there, they couldnt have been nicer and more understanding, especially after explaining my predicament. Even though they too were booked for the day, they got the car on a lift to check it out. They called me over to show me not only how rusted the brake lines were and where the leaks were, but they also let me know that there was a power steering fluid leak as well. Because of the urgency of my situation, they got to work on the car (to the detriment of one of their other customers) and had me back on the road in two hours. I am forever grateful to Belsito Auto Center. They made what would have been a nightmare (to an already stressful day) into a bump in the road. If I didnt live in NJ, Belsito would be my new auto shop! Thanks again!!!

Great Place... Prices are good!! Work is good!!! The people have always been nice to me. And honestly, You pay for what you get. If you want sh*ty service, go to another place and pay cheap for the cheap job. At the end of the day, people have to get paid as well. Anyone thats complaining about their prices are just upset because they had to pay. Thats life!! Cars cost money as do the repairs on it. Prices are law regulated. I know that for a fact. and Carla is literally the nicest person I have ever spoke to. Anyways, to each his/her own. Cant please everyone, all the time!! Id refer them to everyone and ANYONE..!!!!

Belsitos auto center takes care of all my auto needs, and I’ve never been more satisfied! They have repaired my car when needed and they have sent me away saying “car doesn’t need repairs”, which equates to a 0-30 dollar visit. I encourage everyone to use this garage when your vehicle needs repair

2018: I had a good experience here, did quick work and fixed the problem. The test drive fee was a little steep and didnt warn me of such a high cost for a short test drive to diagnose but aside from that added cost it was great. I would recommend this place if you know the issue.Updated 5/2020:I have continued to use them as they are great with returning customers. They give you honest answers and have great hours. It can be tough to find a reliable mechanic, but I will use them and highly recommend you check them out.

Had a car towed from worchester mass. To Derry NH. Overall service was great the driver was really friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. They did have a police call they had to go to, but they never called us, we had to call them to find out why they werent there.

Volvo broken down in Worcester on Thursday on the way to a business meeting 75 miles from home in CT. Got towed by AAA to Belsito. Within an hour they had my car in the shop for diagnosis. Paul & Walter were most hospitable. Had OEM parts ordered & received overnight. Car was fixed by end of day Friday. Paul brought me to my meeting and even offered to pick me back up. The parts & labor prices were totally reasonable (justified by my mechanic boyfriend 😊). They made what could have been a very tough day very bearable. Big thanks to them!

I was not happy. Charged me $200 to change a fuse. Same one blown week later. Told me bring it in. They will charge me again for same job. Really??? Ya all set with belsitos.

My boyfriend had his car towed to here, after losing control of his car on a thick patch of ice and crashing into a tree. I really wanted to give Belsito’s the benefit of the doubt, but after talking to the front desk receptionist and seeing the environment here, I am not at all impressed or happy about my experience. What kind of place employs someone who needs to know math in order to do their job, but cannot seem to figure out simple arithmetic? Not personable, not pleasant and I’m not impressed. And the prices are insane! $400 to get our car out of impound, when it was only there for a day and a half?? It’s not easy for a business to turn me off, but this is definitely the last time I’ll be visiting Belsito’s.

Last week my 325i broke down on 290 on the deck overlooking downtown..not a good time. The car was towed to Belsitos, they were great all the staff I interfaced were very friendly. When I asked for the number for a taxi one of the employees offered to give me a ride to an appointment I had across town. This sets the bar pretty high for customer service!! I picked up my car today, very reasonable rates and my car is back rolling like new.

Everyone thinks they are being ripped off when it comes to cars and repairs.I have Repair Pal App on my phone and not afraid to check any quotes or call the dealer for their price if necessary. I have been using Belitos garage since the 70s and have seen it grow from a small operation to what it is today as the people who have worked there. Great prices, personable and caring workers who go out of their way to help each customer. If you think you can get better and cheaper deals somewhere else then go there but remember if you hear a clanking noise under your hood or oil dripping onto the street remember those are the places that care less and hire cheap help. If your polite to them you will receive it back.

Horrible gready people, my boyfriend and I recently had our four wheeler stolen and the police had this place pick it up. Even after knowing the situation, they didn’t care. The owner and all of the higher ups didn’t even work with us in the price at all and made us pay almost $500 to get our STOLEN vehicle back. We feel like we’ve been victimized twice now. I would not recommend anyone go there for service, they are all inconsiderate greedy people and only care about their money.

Called ahead of time told him the problem he said he could fix it took my car there Left it for the day went back to get it he had done no work said he could not figure out the problem and charged me $50 because he thought that was fair what a waste of time and money

Do not ever go to this place. Worst place. Very rude people, they are greedy who just care about money. Worst treatment to their customers. While I was there, a customer came to get his car that was towed because the person had Cancer and was not able to move car from his assigned parking spot at his condo for snow removal. The customer was very polite but they treated him very badly. This explains what kind of people own and the employees that work here.

My car got towed when parked in Worc.It should have been towed with a flatbed because it is allwheel drive. Dragged car on 2 wheels. They charged me 154 dollars and they had the car for a few hours. Extremely crooked and shady!

The worst Auto Shop aroundThey were charging me unthinkable rates for my car which they had towed.One of the worst experiences I ever had.Worst of all, their manager was being rude to me and even told me to get lost if i didnt like their rate.I dont think anyone should ever visit here or work with any corporation which uses their services.

These people are crooks they have no sympathy no heart pure greed even after speaking to the owner himself. They lied, broke the law, and took advantage of me.
