BEWARE!!! Paid harrity to fix our fridge. It’s been a MONTH and STILL NOT FiXED!! Four trips to our house after calling them again and again. They have no idea how to fix anything and simply make excuses and denials on the phone.Very unprofessional, not adept at repairs. Manager on phone literally told me he doesn’t know anything about appliance repair. (Yes, really).STAY AWAY

Our washing machine start leaking. We called couple repair companies and we were told that Mecanic could not sooner then a week. That was impossible to wait so long because my wife is a nurse and she has been working with COVID patients. And washing machine has been working every day too to wash her uniform. So we can not wait to long to fix it. My coworker gave me advice to call Harrity Appliance. I called them and they said that mechanic could come next morning. So mechanic,his name is David, came over. Fixed the problem explained what happened. We very satisfied with his job. Thank you DAVID

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I battled with two other companies for weeks to get our dishwasher repaired. I finally called Harrity Appliance and they came the next day, fixed the unit in 30 minutes time. They were professional and responsive with excellent quality workmanship. We will certainly be using them again in the future...just wish I had called them sooner!

I informed them my dryer was in pieces and upon arrival the tech says “nope, I’m not touching this” and walks right out. No advice, no referrals, not even “have a good day”. When making appointments information should be shared with the tech that comes out so people’s time is not wasted.

I called this a.m. and they came today, repair man had it working in short time.will only call Harrity if i have other appliance problems. great service & prices. 5 stars all day

Called early in the morning and they were at my house by 10:00 AM and the appliance was fixed by 11:00 AM. The technician called before he arrived and later called to tell me the cost to repair. He was courteous and professional. Great local outfit that understands what customer service is. I will be keeping their phone number in my contact list for future repairs.

The repair was done very professionally and efficiently. He explained everything that I wanted to know. He needed a part that was overnighted and he installed the next day. The price was about what I expected. I was very satisfied.

Jason, our tech was timely, friendly and very personable. I called yesterday before they closed, and was set up the next day. Jason made the repairs to our gas dryer look so easy. Awesome experience! My Samsung range stopped igniting the oven... I emailed to inquire if they serviced Samsung brand. John wrote back right away and said they did and we exchanged emails a few times and set up a time for a technician to come out. He arrived as promised and within 15 minutes, diagnosed the issue and had the part right on the truck.I was up and running in 30 minutes. Will go to Harrity for all my appliance repair needs!

On Christmas Eve, my moms refrigerator stopped refrigerating so I emailed info(at)harrityappliance dot com and didnt expect a reply until after the holidays, but John got back to me and planned it right away. A tech named Chip visited 36 hours later and diagnosed the problem like Dr. House. From my experience & also reading these other reviews, it seems like Harrity is one of those awesome local businesses making Worcester proud.

We called the other day about a problem with our oven. Person on the phone could not have been more professional and patient. He arranged to have a repair technician, Jason come over to assess the situation. He had to come back a second time as certain parts were needed. Both times, he was prompt, pleasant and worked very quickly. For a reasonable $200, he repaired, what I thought was a dead oven and saved me from having to spend well over $1000 to replace it. I would not hesitate to use Harrity Appliance again. Nice work!!

We had a dryer break in our healthcare clinic. Called Harrity and they came out with a few hours. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had it back up and running in 2 business days. Everyone was professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Professional, all the way around. Diagnosed the problem immediately,and also went above and beyond by balancing the dishwasher, which i wasnt aware needed balancing. Ill definitely use them sgain, and highly recommend them.Fixed my dishwasher on 11/2017.On 1/2019 my washing machine broke down. I called Harrity Aappliance and they set an appointment that afternoon. I wasnt disappointed with their excellent customer service, and quick diagnosis of the problem. Highly recommend .
