I simply needed a cartridge valve replacement, and was informed I could only receive it with a complete conversion kit. In an effort to ensure I was properly served, I was called by Mike the manager, with Tom on the line; their desire was to follow up with my need. After returning to the store and further research by Tom, he was able to confirm Wolff Bros didnt carry my part. Not only did he go that extra mile toward providing top notch customer service, he also called back to pass on some other possible options.Certainly a local supplier to give your business to! ツ

If you are delivering Pipes they wont start till 8 30 am. So plan accordingly!While you are getting unloaded if their trucks come then they stop and take care of their trucks first.
