Walked in to literally find items (Stop & Shop brand) bought from Stop & Shop, with the original price labels on them (99¢) for white bread, with tiny new stickers covering part of them, marked up to $1.99. Same with Frisky cat food bags, $1 from Dollar Tree marked up to $1.99 as well. This particular loaf expired the day before purchase. A couple of years ago, my dad returned to the house with a can of bread crumbs that had expired 6 months before. I have had to pick through expired canned and dairy goods on trips there when other stores were closed. Keep your trips there limited to scrach tickets and smoking paraphernalia & supplies. I would recommend Seasons at the Shell at the top of Diamond Hill when in a late night pinch.

Bad experience bought a 2 vape pen for 15$ a piece the night before late tried both one was a dud and didnt work went early next morning said couldnt return unless it was the same day, mind you I live in a different state by the time I could even get back place would have been closed scammers

Store hours are not right!

This the 3rd vape nano I have purchase from the purchase on 1/16/2021 went back 1/18 to get refund would not charge. After looking at other SMOK products found it was a fake.Was arrogant refused to refund or ever exchange..if you look at there product online you will see clearly there fake. In the picture I am posting the nano on the left is an original SMOK product on the left corner is a product verify code. Not on there products.Have contacted BBB. And the other people that there are 4 other people with my claim is to contact the BBB. You cant just blatantly rip people of.

Went in to buy some Novo 2 pods. They sold me some counterfeit pods.

Cheapest prices in town, customer service is on point and very helpful, and they always have everything I need at one place. My experience with them has been possitve as a regular customer for years.

I used to tolerate this store, until i called them to ask them if they had a certain product and they picked up the phone didnt answer and hung up on me. then did that two more times. then continued to answer on the 4th call with what do you want im busy and i asked my question and he said nope no we dont have that then hung up the phone with no out her words or warning. i dont suggest going here just because they are rude and they are not good business people what so ever. the store is always dirty and they are always on the phone when i try to make a purchase even though they didnt even want to answer my first phone call. giving them 2 stars is being nice.

Always amazing customer service and fair prices

TERRIBLE service. I went in to purchase something and my credit card was not working because i’m from out of state and the bank did not recognize the purchase. The man at the register yelled at me for my card not working saying he didn’t have time for this, even though there was nobody else in the store. I went to my car and talked to my bank, so I went back in and he almost did not sell me anything even though my card was working at this point. I have never been talked to the way this man talked to me in my life. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone.

So my opinion on this place has really changed. The owner sold me a slide piece for a dab rig that to be honest, I should of inspected better because it had 2 small cracks in it already. The very next day I brought it back ( not used what so ever ) and he wouldnt let me exchange it or even work with me. Ive been buying stuff there for a long time too. Very poor customer service. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone at this point. Quality has gone way down the last 3 years .

Sells fake Vapes All with same serial number.Can find original in vape city smoke shop in Bellingham just few min away.

I went there few days ago. They do not have good customer service now and the quality of vapes they sell is bad. THEY ALL HAD SAME BARCODES and same serial numbers. Its much cheaper and real vapes online. I like the owner he is a good guy but I dont see him anymore.

I like going there. The cigarettes are cheaper than anywhere. I think there prices on other stuff is also good.
