I understand theyre short-staffed and its stressful. Well when you see a sale clearance sale looks like everything is $3 you do get a little excited and you get a bunch of stuff that you couldnt afford before or you just hesitate to buy because you didnt need it Walmart put $3 clearance above whole bunch of Reebok stuff that normally I wouldnt buy unless I needed it put a good price I went ahead and picked out a bunch of stuff got to the register and it wasnt $3 it was $7 it was $12.88 nothing was $3 very misleading no real managers on staff that could help customer service was shut down early supposably to run a registers which are automated now I dont know whats going on up there Im going to return all of it tomorrow and rethink my shopping at Walmart and stick to Amazon or somewhere else Ross Burlington Marshalls anywhere but Walmart. Oh and when you try to bring it to their attention the employees dont care

It usually has what your looking for but if you dont go there a lot you can quickly get to the wrong side of the store. Additionally even once you learn where everything is they will probably move it around again. At least the staff is usually nice.

It is very clean, the greeters are exceptionally nice. Prices are okay a little high compared to places like Colorado. They do not enforce the mask or the 6-foot distancing.

Average at best. Many (not all) employees don’t want to help or ignore customers or pawn off questions from customers. The pharmacy has always been good and helpful. I don’t have any good comments from the tire lube and express. I don’t like going there unless I have to. Even the managers don’t acknowledge their customers when they walk by. Leaders have to lead.I will have to say, I had to go to the automotive center for a simple fix on a tire and there were 2 techs out there with no help at the register. They did a fantastic job and took care of me. That is the first time in over 20 years I have had good help at the T&L Center.

They’re always ready to help you if you need something and I love the muffins they make, haha

They sure do like stopping P.O.C [especially Spanish speaking customers] and asking for receipts, but smile at the white guest walking out with full buggy of un bagged product.👏 when asked for a receipt, say NO thank you and walk right past them 👏

I love that they allow trucks to park here overnight. Theres still a lot of them here in my home state of Oklahoma that allow truck parking. Its nice to feel like a human instead of a reject like we get treated like in some of the blue states.

Lately I am frustrated. I find less and less variety among products in this big store. My local (small) grocery store has about the same variety just not as many in each brand. Not bad for small town were as Walmart should be able to give more variety being a national chain store. More frustrating than that is the long checkout line. I am not a self check person. I believe this takes jobs away from people. People who need jobs. I would rather talk with a real, live check person than do a “quickie” self check. This is why I patiently wait in line. However, patients can wear thin when there are two or three checkout lines open (versus three times that that are closed) and five plus customers waiting to check out. The more time goes on, the more this is happening. I have talked with several co workers, family, friends and others standing in line of how irritated they are at this. Some, willing to leave their cart fully stocked and just walk away. I know of some that avoid Walmart all together because of this lack of customer service. Many would rather skip the big store to go local (small) and gladly risk waiting in line at a store that shows great dedication to their customers with a friendly smile and service. Self check might be “quick” and supposedly “hassle free” but there are still those of us that appreciate a live person checking groceries. Please consider opening up more in person cashiers.

Stopped into the Garden Center for some succulents and planters. They have a pretty good selection of individual plants and they are hearty starters for my planter boxes. Bought a tray of 32 and unfortunately the cashier had to lift and ring up each one individually...

Wal-Mart has a wide variety of stock and yes thats great but Im an older adult but Im not so old that I dont realize, that Im doing a checkers job and sacking and that I do not apppreciate! Plus its insulting to have things shoved down your throat.

I usually dont write reviews but this time I had to, most of the time I call this Walmart and no one ever answers the phone at Customer Service or most of other departments, only department that answers everytime is the Pharmacy. My point is that Ive been calling for over 30mins today and no one has answered the phone. I must say that this is one of the worse customer service Ive ever experienced. Unbelievable........

Other than being busy it was easy to get in and out. The cashier did a good job getting my items scanned in a timely manner. The bathrooms and store were very clean.

It has what you need, but the service is terrible all around, door greeter tries to touch your phone while checking reciepts (walmart pay) or even the reciept, to make sure you didnt steal anything of value

This Walmart is one of the better ones in northwest Oklahoma. That is just my opinion but it is very clean and organized.

Great prices and due to local not obnoxiously crowded so lots of elbow room and short check out lines. And always clean!! And great people that work there very helpful and knowledgeable.

They had exactly what my Mother and I were looking for. We found plenty of beautiful fall décor for us to choose from. One of the associates helped us locate the candle aisle. It wasnt over crowded either.

Went purchase sand, pea gravel, mulch and plants. Checked out. They told me someone would help me load.No one showed up! I had to load 4 bags of sand and 4 beads of pea gravel by myself. The mulch was sold out so I had to go back in and stand and wait for them to refund my money 🙁

Its a walmart, there are more employees since covid than I have ever seen though.

Needed assistance on the difference between smart TVs. The workers had no idea the difference between Vizio, Samsung, Roku! A gentleman with a young child with him, just happen to walk by and heard the discussion with the employee and helped us understand the difference in which helped us make a decision. We are very thankful for the gentleman that helped us out!

This Walmart is one of the better ones in our area. Cleaner and more organized than most and not as much clutter.
