Im writing this while sitting in their waiting area drinking coffee. I cannot compliment their service/parts department enough. I was driving cross country when I had a wheel bearing go wonky. They were the first dealership I came across and pulled in. I explained the issue. They asked if I had an appointment (which of course I didnt) but got me in and diagnosed in less than 15 minutes. Im told that Ill be back on the road in about an hour and for a fairly reasonable price. Oh and apparently there was an airbag recall that they took care of. Cmon, I pull in and Im out and back on the road in less than 2 hours. You cant beat that with a stick. Ive been to dealerships where you couldnt get your oil change in less than that time. I cannot thank their team for their professionalism and hard work enough. Dealerships get a bad name (usually well earned, see oil change point above) but Irwin Auto Co is certainly doing all the right things to fix that stigma. I wish theyd take over and fix the dealership back home in Louisiana. Keep up the great work!

Brain and Alan made things right for me after some weird code popped up once some warranty work was completed. Appreciated them working me in first thing next a.m. even though they were booked solid. Would recommend.

I was able to get my oil changed but after that it went downhill. They didnt re-set the change oil warning light on the dash so, it still says change oil! How silly is that? Left dirty boot prints on my freshly vacuumed car mat! When told about it, blew it off as a joke, I didnt think it was so funny. Sold me a set of tires along with a front end alignment. Was to call me the next day when tires arrived. Its been a week & I havent heard a word. Do not plan on buying them now anyway. I did call them the same day that oil was changed about my dash light still being on. Had to leave a message, twice, still waiting on that call back also! Customer service has a lot to be desired. It was probably some managers son that I was dealing with!

I took my car in to Irwin last year because the front end had been making a weird rocking noise, and was making a lot of noise when I went over bumps. It had also been stalling a bit when it was idling and when I was accelerating. I asked them if it was time for spark plugs and to check the shocks and struts. I was told that shocks and struts were good for 100k miles and that the rocking noise was normal for GM cars. I was told the spark plugs were also good for 100k miles. After having my car hooked up to the computer overnight they said there were no issues and that I probably had gotten bad fuel from one of the stations in town. They advised me to do a fuel systems cleaner and that I should just do that myself because it would be much cheaper than what they would charge.A couple months later my window stopped rolling up and down. My car is still doing the same things. I take it in again. Was told again that the shocks and struts are good and that there was no issue. The fix for the window was not covered by warranty so I had to spend over $300 for them to fix that.Fast forward a year, to today. My car has now been at the dealership here in Oklahoma City, Smicklas, for a full week. It had a separate issue with the coolant tank, but while it was there I said, again, that it makes a lot of noise when I go over bumps and that it continues to stall occasionally, even though Ive now done a couple of different cleaners over the course of the last year. Guess what they said? That the shocks and struts were worn, and the joints were loose on the sway bar in the front end. All said and done, $1100 in repairs that Irwin told me were not necessary for another 30k+ miles.So after my car has been there for a week fixing the coolant issue, they call me today after a test drive to tell me - youre going to love this - that the engine stalls when its idling and accelerating. Faulty coils and spark plugs that are 12k miles overdue because their supposed to be changed at 60k miles. About 6-7k miles before I took it to Irwin to be told I had probably just gotten bad fuel. ANOTHER $350 repair that Ive driven 7-8k miles on when it should have been taken care of last year.Fifteen hundred dollars worth of repairs that Irwin decided not to bother with, instead opting to charge me over $300 so I can roll my window up and down. But I didnt purchase a car from them, so I guess they cant be bothered to make almost $2000 in repairs.

I just got my new Jeep from Irwin last week. They not only gave us a full tank of gas for free, they did a check and made sure everything was perfect before I drove my Jeep off the lot. So the next time I go car shopping, Erwins is where I will go. Thank you Irwin Auto company, you have succeeded in making me a very happy customer.

I trade in vehicles about ever 2 years. We’ve lived in WOODWARD for 2 years now so thought I would try and keep my business local. Stopped in today with money in hand. The lady that helped me had absolutely zero knowledge about trucks. She couldn’t tell me what they had in my price range. Didn’t even know the difference in the trucks we were looking at. I had to tell her which ones had a hemi vs a Cummings. In no way shape or form did she care or want to sell me a vehicle. One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dealership. I’ll be glad to take my business elsewhere.

Said they had ordered parts 3 weeks ago and would be in that Monday well yesterday told me the same thing. I showed up this morning to pick my truck up since it had been like 2 months. And they said they had put it back together to move outside till parts came it. Looked under truck and they havent even touched it by all the red dirt still packed onto transmission

Poor customer service via website. No prices posted on internet or vehicle itself. Sent a request for a price quote and all I get is a automatic response want to see me in person. Sent 3 more messages and no response back

Nobody in service dept returns calls went into have head replaced oh you need a new motor end of story than say your head is warped and only way to get one from GMs is buying a whole motor so I found a head now oh well they tech threw your old head away its not here anymore so who knows if they actually put on a new head for us

I would like to be able to write English to be able to put my comment but I will do it the way I can, these people work aky in this establishment they say they are mechanics but in truth they do not know anything, me and my wife have a Dodge Caravan because sometimes it did not turn on and they They told us Ivan to put a machine to check if it was the ignition switch or the key and the 2 parts need to be programmed they spoke to us and told us that it was indeed the switch that was wrong, we paid them 65 dollars to give the diagnosis and 800 dollars to change the swich and the Caravan remained the same as when we took it and claimed them and they told us the best thing could be the key and they took out 200 dlls again and the truck remains the same it was 1,065 dollars what we paid and everything continues The same with the Caravan if someone thinks of going to this place think twice because they are thieves
