Ive been here twice - once 18 months ago, and also 2 days ago. The staff are very nice here, and the store looks great.But...where are the deals?The clearance selection is pretty bare, and whats there is still $45-55! Where are the $10-20 pairs I saw at Converse Factory Stores in Florida and South Carolina?

The employees are rude and condescending. For a similar style, the Vans employees are much more helpful. I would rather pay much more somewhere else.

WOW! What a fantastic staff working at the Converse outlet store. Loved how I was treated and helped. If your spending that kind of money for sneakers? This is how you want to be treated. They get it. Definitely will spend my hard earned money there.Great experience. Like their brand even more now.

Would not honor military discount that is posted online on the corporate website and refused to open the doors despite me wearing a mask and the store being open for another 45 minutes. I went earlier in the night and was only met with rudeness from what I assume is the shift manager.

They wouldn’t let me exchange a brand new pair of shoes I bought online so I called customer service and they were able to provide me an exchange. Don’t waste your time exchanging shoes here, they are super unhelpful

I wear kids size shoes and strictly converse. The selection is wonderful and I always find great deals. The employees are helpful and welcoming. Love this store!

Went to converse to purchase shoes was told yesterday by the sales associate that all the shoes were buy one get one 50% off. Came back today to purchase them and was told that it was on select items. Won’t ever shop at the store again. Went to off-Broadway and got the same shoes for buy one get one 50% off guess it’s your loss.
