I needed several birthday decorations and a large poster printed for my daughter’s first birthday party. The woman (Loretta, I believe) who helped me through the whole process was very patient, helpful, and was in constant contact with me to keep me updated on the printing timeline and pricing. The color and quality turned out great. I would recommend them for printing services!

Yesterday I went in and the girl working there was so rude and unhelpful I went in around 1:45. Ive never shipped anything and instead of educating me and helping me out she was so unhelpful and matter of factly. Today I went in and another girl I think her name was Megan was working and she was so sweet and so helpful! Definitely the reason I’ll be returning! ❤️

Great store. Since I’ve been dropping off packages here the lines have been short and the staff fast and responsive.

Ive shipped many return Amazon packages there and never had a problem. There might be a wait around holidays but the staff remains professional and answers any questions I have.

Tried several times to call over several days, always went to voice mail. Finally went in with some oversized copies, she could not get the copier to work, she says someone had messed with the copier settings. Finally walked out of there and will not be going back.

Charged me to print a pre paid UPS shipping label.
