Highly recommend. They got the job done right in an efficient amount of time and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for it. They surpassed my expectations, clearly took the time to make my rear suspension not only function perfect but look as clean as factory. I’ll definitely do business in the future.

If you need suspension work for your motorcycle, then this is the place. I had them rebuild and spring my front forks and rear shock on my 2007 Honda CBR 600rr. The bike feels so much better at the track. It is planted and provides plenty of feedback. The customer service rep communicated with me throughout the process. The time to send the parts out, have them worked on, and sent back took about 3-4 weeks. I will definitely use them again.

Rode from Wisconsin to have Max and his crew work on the bike. Very pleased with the timeliness of the upgrades and they finished ahead of schedule, which says a lot right after the Tuesday after Wingding. The bike will get a good 1000 test on the way home. Was impressed.

I have a 2014 GL1800. Its a wonderful bike and I have only added a few upgrades. The first was HeliBars and I have been riding with those for several years now. The biggest drawback is they tend to transmit more road feel into the grips. I had been looking at the Traxxion Dynamics suspension for a long time. I ordered the Triple Clamp with All Balls Bearings, the fork brace and sent the fork legs in to have the AK20 work done. The triple tree was a lot of work, the fork tubes were a normal install for a Goldwing. Dan, wow, he is on top of things and communicates extremely well. Whenever I had a question or something to add he responded quickly!! I have the front end back together and have ridden 4 days this week (probably 150 miles) and I am amazed!! The expansion joints that run perpendicular to the direction of travel are virtually un-noticeable now. I used to really cringe every time I ran over them. Not anymore!!. And I always wondered how the steering control could be enhanced/improved at low speeds. Well, the bike is so predictable and sure footed in parking lots, I am astonished. The bike now handles the way it should!! Hats off to Traxxion Dynamics and their team. I am looking forward to riding in the mountains this weekend. Alleluia!!!

In with the new out with the old! I now have 2 door stops and a dog bone as I recently completed a 5 stage Traxxion Dynamics upgrade.1 Front & 2 Rear suspension 3 Braided steel hydraulic hose 4 Tie rod and 5 Side stand pad. Here is a quick review.o I did all the work myself and had a great time learning how to do it. A wonderful experience but not for the faint of heart. I was not in a rush and took about 20 hours. The professionals are about 6 hours or less. I think I could do it a second time on my friends bike in around 10 hours if he takes the plunge.o My ride quality has improved significantly in what I am calling the 3 Cs. Comfort, Control, Confidence. I was only expecting better Comfort. But the greatest advantage is better control giving me more confidence. With the stock suspension I was always on edge with any bump in the road. Slow speed turns around bad pavement areas were previously worrisome. Now when I notice a patched road or transition I have more confidence the Wing will track well at any speed. I also find the Sport mode much less intimidating and the preload settings useful. Previously I only ever used 2 up with luggage to give me more control. Now all settings work great. Still early to tell but I seem to get less buffeting at 75 mph behind a semi.o The braided hose is a luxury. In fact it seems to me I could have saved a few hours and mistakes keeping the old stock hose. But in hind sight I am glad I changed it because I learned alot how the preload system worked and have new fluid.o The side stand pad is wonderful. Looks great and very functional even on payment. I learned years ago to trust my side stand and step up on foot peg to mount the bike. The much larger and secure Traxxion pad gives me even more trust.o Hard to notice any change in steering but compared to the stock Honda one, the Traxxion tie rod is an order of magnitude better in quality and just makes sense. Like the side stand pad it looks great and builds trust it will always work.Final note, Traxxion support and their many videos are awesome. I had a few challenges mainly because I did not follow a step or two correctly but it was a learning process and Dan, Martin and Max were there for me.I have been Traxxionized and love it! Took me 2 years to get over being skeptic but so glad I took the leap. Traxxion Dynamics Rocks!

Arrived Thursday afternoon. They immediately took my Concours fork tubes in and started the rebuild and upgrades on them. Friday morning Gold Wing was disassembled and the Mega Monty rebuild started. They were done by 1pm. Rode it 300 miles and it felt awesome. Never knew a Gold Wing could feel that good. Extremely impressed. Best money Ive ever spent on my Wing. Same applies to my Kawasaki Concours 14. Suspension is one of the major weaknesses of that bike also.

The crew at Traxxion Dynamics made my 2017 Trek Fuel EX feel better than new! My Fox DPX2 shock and Factory 34 fork havent felt so plush since the bike was new. I keep up with fluid changes myself about every 30-40 hours of ride time but had never had a real service done and didnt want to send my parts off to Fox for 3 weeks. Traxxion did excellent work and much faster than sending my parts to Fox. Thanks so much to Max and the crew at Traxxion and Ill see you next year!

I bought all new suspension for my 2006 Yamaha FZ1. They installed AK20 fork cartridges with a Penske 8983 rear shock. After one year of riding with the new setup it is still top shelf performance. I have put 7,000 miles on it and the road feel is so good! The front and rear contact patches become part of your body, it seems. Thank you.

Now I can tell everyone what an incredible difference there is in handling, braking, ride comfort and so on. The fellas at Traxxion Dynamics are the very best in customer service and thoughtfulness. Not only was my bike finished way ahead of time; but they made me entirely comfortable at the shop, where I could take a cat nap and be on my way. Thanks guys.

Sent in my shock and fork from 2012 Sworks full suspension. This is the one with the Brain technology. The shock was not working at all. Not many people like to work on these. Got them back well packaged with all the old seals and parts they replaced. First ride and the bike is like new again. Very pleased.

Wednesday I rode to Traxxion Dynamics in Woodstock, Georgia to have new shocks installed on my Goldwing. I was surprised to see a message welcoming me to the business just inside the front door. That wasn’t my only surprise, the shocks they installed on my Goldwing weren’t just pulled from a shelf and installed, they were custom assembled on the spot according to my weight and riding style. They also lowered the bike about an inch and a half. The entire staff was courteous and professional and I was made to feel like I was their most important customer.

I previously had a fork seal replaced at the dealer, when it started leaking again in six months, I decided to give Traxxion Dynamics a try. After getting my forks back, I am blown away by the quality of the work they did. They polished the fine scratches off the fork tubes and the whole forks look like new. I can tell the side that the Honda dealer fixed because is all scratched and marred up, but the other side looks like its never been touched. And to top it off, the price was half of what Honda was charging. As far as Im concerned, using these guys is a no brainer.

I dont write reviews, in fact this is the first review i have ever wrote on anyone or business, but i think Traxxion Dynamics and a gentleman named Dan deserve it. I had a set up question for my track bike and after trying to find out some answers i decided to email Traxxion Dynamics to see if they would help me out. No more then 10 min after i emailed them i received a email back with a few specific questions they had to about my issue so they can try and help me out. We emailed a few times through out the day and they gave me all the info i needed. The part that surprised me was that they never asked if i bought parts from them or someone else or tried to up sell me on any product. It turned out that i did happen to buy their product for my track bike but through a local dealer and Traxxion did not know that, Dan was a great help. very professional and knows his stuff. Thank you,

I decided to upgrade the forks on my 2004 SV650S recently and after searching the internet I found Traxxion Dynamics was in my state and had many rave reviews so I decided to enlist their services to perform the upgrade on my forks. I first called the company to ask a few questions about my options and I was promptly connected with someone who knows all about their products and was able to answer all of my questions. I was very pleased with the ease of getting in touch with someone to discuss product options (very rare these days I do believe). After my questions were answered, I took my forks off of my motorcycle and packaged them per Traxxion Dynamics shipping instructions and had them shipped.Being in my state, Traxxion received my forks the next day and promptly called because I had left out some critical information on my specification sheet. Props to them for contacting me and not winging it. Once again the customer service was outstanding. After a few days I called to check on the progress and make sure everything was squared away (I called like 10 minutes before closing time and still got someone on the phone! Thats service!). While the representative could not get my questions answered immediately and since I told her I would be hard to get a hold of because of my job, she suggested I call back the next day and she would have my answers then. I called the next day (late in the day once again) and sure enough all my questions were answered. Once again very pleased with the customer service.Fast forward about a week and Traxxion Dynamics calls me to let me know my service is complete. Of course the representative was friendly and made sure I had no more questions, I paid and the forks shipped that evening (it was Friday so I wouldnt receive them until Monday, UPS). Monday came and my forks arrived back to me. The packaging was top notch, I doubt anything could have damaged the forks with the way they were packaged! Included was a checklist of what was done and even some instructions to adjust the settings if I so desired. I was excited to see they added in some personal touches for me as well, which, once again, shows their excellent level of customer service. As for the product, I am utterly speechless! The re-worked forks perform better than I could have imagined (they also arrived back to me way cleaner than they left). Gone are the days of front end dive from deceleration, braking, or just being too heavy for my suspension. I purposely went over several bumps, rough patches, and speed bumps on my commute and I can tell the bike handles them all very gracefully now, with lots of traction left (the stock forks always felt like they could slide out at any moment). I look forward to riding on these forks for a long time. This company has definitely earned a life-long customer. If you are looking to upgrade your motorcycle or mountain bike suspension, I suggest you strongly consider Traxxion Dynamics for your needs, they have top notch customer service, products, and service in general. Thank you very much Traxxion Dynamics for your expertise and for making me a valued customer and not just another invoice number!

Bad Experience!Last year, I took my Specialized S-Works fork and shock to Traxxion Dynamics for servicing. It was NOT a good experience, and after everything was said and done, I feel like I wasted $400.00!When I dropped my things off, I asked Brian if in addition to the standard servicing, could he replace the rear shock body because it had some nicks that were allowing oil to leak past the seal. He said it would take a week or so. I called 2 weeks later to see if my stuff was ready and he said he was looking for the part on ebay... I thought, “Is he just going to keep my shock until a part shows up on ebay?!?” After getting into a discussion about it that seemed to be going nowhere, I told him to skip it.I have over 30 years of mechanical experience and my phone conversations with Brian left me questioning his level of experience and expertise. It seems he knows how to replace seals and o-rings, but not hard parts. It took over 3 weeks before he called to tell me my fork and shock were ready for pickup. On the second ride after putting my bike back together, I wanted to adjust the fork setting, but the lower adjustment knob had come off. I called Brian and he gave me this blah, blah, blah that the knob has a very small set screw, and it’s hard to tighten because it takes a small allen wrench, and that I could use some vise grips to adjust the fork until I get another knob. I replied that I would never use vise grips because it might permanently damage the rod, but he didnt seem to understand that. Anyway, after 3 more phone calls, I had to take an afternoon off from work and drive back out to Woodstock to get a replacement knob - which I installed myself with a drop of Loctite, and haven’t had a problem since! The service interval recommended by Specialized is 100 hours (Ive actually gone over twice that before with no problems). Before I reached the 100 hour mark, the back shock started bouncing around like a pogo stick (never had that happen). I called Brian to ask what would cause that, but he didn’t have a clue – he just said to bring it back in.I decided that taking my shock back to Traxxion Dynamics would be a bad idea and instead sent it to Cycle Werx in North Carolina. After several phone conversations with Santo DeRisi, the owner, I felt confident that he knows his stuff! Not only did Santo replace the seals and o-rings, but he also replaced the shock body and inertia valve with new parts. Before shipping it back he assured me, You basically have a new shock. Ive ridden with it for 3 months and it holds air and works great! Im very happy with Cycle Werx and will definitely do business with them in the future!
