Went to exchange a jacket lol I end up keeping and the bought another jacket Customer service was excellent. They have nice variety of leather jacket & coats. Great prices always a sale.I will be back

The Outlet Shops of Atlanta is a very nice shopping outlet with many options for every budget. However for the best customer service visit Wilsons Leather and ask for Jordan. She definitely exhibits Southern hospitality. Additionally, the store has great sales.

They always have deals anytime I go there and the staff is wonderful and so very helpful!

The staff at this location need lots of retraining in how to treat customer. I was shopping here with my brother and an employee stopped my brother and attempted to search his shopping bag even though he was not doing anything other than shopping. These employees have ZERO authority to be stopping and searching shoppers, especially minors (my brother is 16). He is a hardworking kid who was excited to spend some money that he’s saved from his summer job, but was treated as a criminal. NEVER again will I spend a cent at this store.

I went with my daughter. Whenever we are at the outlets it is always one of my favorite stores to go into The people are always nice and we always end up buying something. I happened to be carrying a purse that i had bought on a previous trip, and the sales person remembered the style. I myself dont pay attention to things like that, so i thrift it was kind of nice.

Prices are still too high for a store closing. Nice customer service associates.

WOULD POST NO STARS, BUT THE SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW FOR no starts? THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED BY A LARGE CORPORATION. when I made a 700.00 purchase several months ago, the staff di not set up a rewards account for me. I had to go back to the store to have a account setup. the staff was unfriendly and uncaring. I asked to speak to the district mgr. and was told I COULD NOT SEPAK WITH THE DISTRICT MGR. I am not filing a compliant at corporate for this shabby unprofessional treatment, and also the store still did not include all my purchases into my account. the WORST STAFF I HAVE DEAL WOULD WORK UNDER A CORPORATE BANNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this store to return a jacket I purchased online. When I walked in I wasn’t acknowledged by the guy who was standing at the register. I told him I’d like to return the jacket which he took and started slowly observing it on the front, back, inside and very skeptically as he was trying hard to find something wrong with it. He was also presented with the receipt. After slowly finishing the observation he started observing the receipt and asked if i have my card I purchased it with. I thought i need to swipe for the return, but he took it and wierdly looked at it and handed it back to me. Then he processed the return. I was really trying to be in and out of there. But the guy who was named Marcelo made it a complete waste of time. I highly recommend the management to oversee the staff and provide good training. I am not walking in that store again.

Didnt go there today went bought some Skechers shoes but I bought at Wilsons before in the past great place bottled out there they got leather jackets and found online but its nice place go by and check it out that that mall is nice place to go easy easy to get around cuz great food court lot of fun

Love their jackets and coats. Great collection of formal outerwear and casual. Bought few pieces from here over the years. All have performed outstanding.

A great place to go for good deals on quality leather goods and outerwear. I don’t love the purses but this is my go-to place for jackets

They have excellent quality products. When we wont they were heading an awesome sale.

The store seemed overly crowded with racks at the door. The leather seemed to be of good quality but they lacked varied styles. The prices were ok but again the signage was confusing so maybe the prices were better than they seemed. Most things we liked they did not have in a medium or large, just xl or xxl. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable about the products they are trying to sell.

Wilsons at this Outlet in Woodstock is permanently closed as of Nov. 2020.

Good selection for men need more leather coats for women.

Prices are marked so high then reduced to regular pricing to make it look like youre getting a deal. Stay away
