I can’t even tell you how bad my experience was in store trying to get some socks. I understand not having my size in both colors and they had to be ordered. The calamity that followed was unbelievable. First they checked inventory and stock was showing in store. Ten minute search produced nothing. Then try to order them. The store agent first couldn’t make the iPad work to take my order. Ten more minutes. then I couldn’t use my virtual gift card to make the payment and had to use my AMEX. And the cherry on top is I just received my socks and the kid ordered the wrong size. Very poor experience that I will now have to spend an hour correcting.

Its a factory outlet, which is a bit cramped per se. So, I didnt find it satisfying for the goods and variety of the products that they display. Its limited to some selections and the offer was not pursuasive enough to buy for me and my family. I gave 1 less star because there was no mandatory mask requirement. I love their products so I was there for their semi-annual sale. Their staff is excellent and polite.

It has to be the best active wear store in the place. So much better than Nike.

Line was out the door, and the registers were backed up. Is that their fault? Partially for needing to figure out where the bottle neck is in this process (each customer spent nearly 5 min at the register), but part of it is also out of their control and I can understand that. My issues was my wife was trying to return something and we split up for her to go into the store solo to help their congestion. My wife had some problems attempting the return so she came and got me to swap out with her so I could see what the issue was. Manager said I have to get back in line again at the register... All in all, spent an hour in the store trying to return a $20 shirt. Why did I need to get back in a 30 min line? There was maybe a 30-45 second gap between her leaving the line and coming to get me and me entering the line.

Hit or miss. The clearance section is fantastic if you catch them at the right time and find the right size.The prices of newer merchandise typically reflects what a sale price would be at a regular sporting goods store.

Manager was insanely rude. I’m a lifetime UA customer with thousands of dollars in their gear and I’ll never shop at this location again.

Its always a pleasure to catch a 50% sale until I check out and they want my email for the fiftyeleventh time!! Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

I received a coupon for Extra 20% off-Outlet. Made a special trip to get a gym bag at the advertised price. The Outlet was totally unaware of the promo and I had mistakenly deleted the email from my phone. When I returned home, I found the email in my deleted file. It clearly said Extra 20% off-Outlet. Not to worry, I went to Adidas and got a great bag for less than the UA sale price. Maybe if Corporate Marketing talked to the Stores, you could get the stock out of the toilet. The star is for the nice young woman who helped me.

Usually some pretty good deals. Store is very clean and well kept and the customer service is always great. One of our top store when we come to visit the outlet at Woodstock.

We find almost all things we are looking for here. We have not had any complaints so far....that is not what I can say about some other stores in the same mall. Recommend if you have teenagers.

Very nice deals, but very poor cashier service. I was there asking questions about the promotion and they seemed uninterested or excited to help me with this information. I felt as if I was distributing them while cashing out. I do not think I will go back to that Under Armour store again.

My wife really loves Kate Spade bags, and this stop was a must. There are tons of good outlets here, but My wife bought three bags and spent $198. If anyone knows Kate Spade they know that is a deal..

I like Under Armour... I do. But, to me, its over priced. The outlet store prices arent that great. The employees are nice and helpful, but the store doesnt have very good deals in my opinion.

God I love to hate this place. I sells arent always the best but the selection is better than you can get at retail stores. Always check the clearance rack. There are hidden gems there at times.

Poor service. Total let down. Saw me and my family walking around clueless and didnt even say hi. Had to hunt down someone and beg them for information. Even then, they were rude and blew me off quickly.

Very Poor customer service I went yesterday and the lady on the cashier was rude and unprofessional her conduct was unacceptable. Thankfully another guys was there to assist us. It is a shame since I loved this brand.
