I hate leaving bad reviews anywhere. But today was the last straw. Took a vehicle into get lettered. Paid $280.00 but when driver picked it up took pictures and sent to me I was shocked.i asked for thick fonts. But what I got was our buisness phone number huge. Our logo was so thin. Driver even told me when he picked up his cab he wasnt expecting the job to look like mixed matched lettering that was purchased from wallmart. So this morning I called and first thing was an attitude when I explained the problem with the lettering being so big on phone number and small logos I was told sorry cant fix it till next week. But for some reason yesterday you were not busy at all. I never had a cab thats been lettered threw the creases. I never had a cab with mix matched lettering and I never went somewhere to place an order and tell them what I wanted and got nothing but eye rolling and not wanted to be bothered. For years I have been going to another place in Fox lake getting each cab lettered and only paid $100.00 for a professional job with no aptitude. I guess now I will be more then happy to travel a little bit farther to better pricing quality work and without the stress. I should of learned from my second bad experience from them. Had the same 2 phone numbers for over 10 years. All 3 cabs had the lettering messed up. Second one was way off center. And every time we went back with an issue the man was nothing but mean and crabby.

This place has always been great. I have had them create signs and work uniforms for me. They are the most reasonably priced in the area. They are also the highest quality. I also get all my employee uniforms embroidered here as well. I can get over a dozen shirts done for under a bill and still have it look awesome. Dont have shirts of your own? They carry a large assortment to choose from. When they give you a time of when things will be done. They are beyond punctual. I would recommend them to anyone commercial or consumer.

Got a quote on some vehicle decals a while back but ended up going with someone else. Nothing wrong with the price he gave, but went with someone else. I was looking to get my vehicle lettered up again after getting painted, so I went in to get a quote and got nothing but an attitude because I didnt use him last time. Wouldnt even give me a quote, but didnt hold back on attitude. I will never go here for anything ever again.Very unprofessional, and a terrible attitude.

R & S Screen Printing gave the Illinois Secretary of State Office the best service for our face covering orders. All of the face coverings were done professionally and in a timely manner. Tim and Ryans face coverings were a big hit in all of the Chicago Secretary of State offices as well as surrounding Metro Offices including Woodstock, DeKalb, Chicago South, Chicago West, Midlothian, South Holland, as well as Downtown Executive Offices and Warehouse Physical Services. All the employees are overjoyed with the printing on the front of the face coverings. The face coverings were a big hit for employees, as well as family members, friends and Security Staff. Several employees also had face coverings made with their Childrens School Logo. I highly recommend R & S Screen Printing for all printing needs. I have used them multiple times for work projects, and screen printed uniform logos and such!!! All of my items have been washed many times and still held up with being in the dryer on high heat! wouldnt go anywhere else for my printing needs!

I placed my order via email and provided a very detailed chart showing size, color and name for each shirt. EVERY SINGLE SHIRT HAD AT LEAST ONE MISTAKE!!! When I emailed my list of concerns, he responded in all lowercase, without any punctuation and spelling mistakes throughout (just like my shirts!). He also refused to discount anything beyond 1 shirt.If you would like to do business with someone who has poor ethics, a bad attitude and an 8th grade education then youve come to the right place!

Great People, Great Prices, Grate Products! I recommend them every time anyone says they are looking for signs, shirts, stickers or anything like that.

We have ordered stickers for the last 5 years. The last 6 months they have been the wrong size, and cheaply made. When you order 6in 3 ft they come out 5inch 2 1/2 ft. Obviously whoever is doing there work I wouldn’t recommended going there. When we brought it tho there attention they argued and refused to make it right.

After talking to several companies that were unhelpful I contact R & S and the entire process was smooth. I ordered 7 window signs and they look great.

I was having trouble looking for a business to darken my emblems on my vehicle. But I found it with R & S Screen Printing.

Great quick quality service.

Damaged our special order soccer jersey...make sure when you ask them to heat press a decal, you are specific where you would like it placed. We asked for the back, and they heat pressed the decal INSIDE the jersey. Then when they tried to give it to us, blamed us for not being specific as to inside or outside (who would want a name and number of a jersey placed on the inside of a jersey???) They removed it, which made the inside of the jersey itchy and hard as it left the decal residue. They promised us they would order a NEW jersey, and reprint the specially ordered name and number. When they called to tell us it was done, they delivered the SAME damaged jersey which was worn down from all the work. Now the front decals peel, back decals are uneven because they had to double layer it to cover up their mistake, and LIED that they gave us a new jersey. Do not trust their work or employess. The owner is rude and dishonest.
