Our A/C stopped working during a heat wave. They were able to come the very next day within 2 hours of contacting them. The technician Luis was very professional, friendly and explained everything well. He was able to fix our A/C in less than an hour!

I was very impressed with every aspect of their workmanship, Customer Service, follow up etc. And very friendly! I just moved to Woodland and needed a new air conditioning unit so Luis was the first person I met. He was very welcoming. My experience has been a very positive one.

It was great working with Luis and his crew, on time and courteous. We had a complete a/c heating system installed and one new vent plus a new air return all in 1 day. We also signed up for there maintenance plan and they come and clean and check everything out twice a year.Any problems or questions they are there for you.

Very happy with their work! I emailed to inquire about the 31-point inspection prices. They wrote back promptly and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was given a four hour window, and they arrived just 20 minutes in. The gentleman were kind, polite, and professional! They explained the work they did, their findings, and made a recommendation to change the air filter. Will absolutely continue to work for them as need be.

After a month of extremely bad air in the valley due to fires, construction and multiple heat waves, my AC was not working. True to his word, Louis honored his warranty. He came over within a day.....during a heat wave and on the designated time he said he would, to fix the problem. Luis and his team were great- very hard working, friendly and professional. It was a challenging job due to architectural issues of our home, and placement of the electrical box and gas lines, but they managed each challenge well and gave us a great system. The price was reasonable and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Deluxe Air.

Luis Garcia is the second person Ive had come out and diagnosed the problem w my HVAC, he had the same comments as the other company but his pricing was MUCH more reasonable. I felt he was a very honest person, he was efficient, and cleaned the area when he was done. I would call and recommend him to anyone anytime.

There customer service was on point I had many companies come and none of them gave me a honest and perfect view of what was going on. The installer was very nice 5/5!

I had started the process to installing a new hvac but changed my mind at the last minute. We had already given them 1000 down and where finalizing the credit info. Well 2 weeks after and after several attempts to call them and get my money back, I have yet to receive my money back. Really disappointed in the service. Dont recommend at all!

I am dissatisfied with the system that works for five minutes and five turns off, we have called them several times and they ignore us, we paid a lot of money, and they offered us a good guarantee and they have not yet complied, hopefully and not pass this quote to someone else.
