Fast,affordable, super nice! I was able to make a last minute appointment and they were right on schedule! I was able to shop while I waited so I killed 2 birds with 1 stone 😉 definitely a us when you have 5 kids with you.

Do not trust their 5 year battery warranty! Bought a battery from them two years ago and have had to jump my vehicle for the last couple days. Stopped by autozone, they tested my battery and it failed. He recommend I return to Walmart because it’s under warranty. Walmart would not replace it.

Nest place to get tires and a oil change always doing me right

Got a Standard Oil Change for $29.89 and now my car is leaking fluid for the first time since Ive bought it. Called in to tell them and their best option was to drive a leaky car up to them to get it fixed. I guess the best option is to risk damaging my engine to have them do it wrong a second time. They never offered to get it towed and nor to get a refund.Its downriver, you can find another mechanic, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.If it means anything, at least the employees were friendly.

Yes they did answer the phone from the drive of Southgate Walmart to here... And ten mins waiting with no sight of a person BUT everyone had all hands on deck and got my oild changed ...oil and air filter blinker, reverse light and wipers done in less than 2 hours... No complaints... ( Pre paying review ) lmfao lets hope nothing change b4 I walk out the door... Great job...

The shop closes at 7:00 pm NOT 11:30 pm as stated on the website, they actually stop taking new work at about 6 / 6:30. And when the website says that they have your tires in stock... they probably dont. I have yet to see any expertise behind the counter, not to be cruel ...Im sure there isnt any training for the poor employee that is toss in that position.

Bunch of incompetent people who work here and they all move at the slowest pace humanly possible. I know this is WalMart and I don’t expect much, but this place is particularly awful even by Walmart standards. I’ve been here a few times and always the same experience.

THIRD TIME BACK IN SAME WEEK BECAUSE SOME IDIOTS HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO CORRECTLY MOUNT TIRES TO WHEELS!!! And they charge you each flat repair even though they never even OFFERED the road hazard warranty upon purchase. SMDH

This place was a joke! It took 2 days for them to have time to put on the tires i ordered! They need to hire some people! They only have one person there at all times that works, and they do more than tires there. It is nuts! And I swear my car has been acting up and has had to be towed since I went there..... hmmmmmm

Does anyone understand customer service anymore? When I call to ask about getting tires put on a vehicle, I do not wish to bicker about the original factory rim size, what is standard for my vehicle and your store policies.

This place is garbage. Everyone moves at a snails pace because theres nobody there to tell to move their asses. They let some old lady cut in front of me and spend 10 minutes picking out a tire, just so that the dude behind the counter could disappear for literally ANOTHER 15 minutes and come back and tell me they didnt have to time to do my tire that day.

I dropped my car Off at 1:30 took three hours for them to tell me they couldn’t get my tires off. Went home and did it myself in fifteen minutes brought the tire back an sat for another two hours and all I needed was a new tire

Easy to find. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. But, it is Walmart, so dont expect the best service ever. They are overworked, underpaid people.

Very bad location, you can t park with rv or truck even for little time for shopping. They call police for ticket you. Better go to Meijer, a few minutes far.

Lady working the counter very professional. Only had 2 of the 4 tires I needed, but they are a popular size for pickup truck.

I’ve been to Walmart numerous times to get my vehicle oil changed . No one is never at the desk . The customer service I horrible . The employees walks right pass you without accommodating you or informing you.

Sat down and waited 15 mins for service, then someone comes up and gets service before me, and then they told me they cant help anymore customers today. Worst place to get Auto service ever.

This stores auto department has been poorly run since they built the place. Rarely do they answer the phone, when they do youll spend 10 minutes on hold before you get an answer. Drop your car for 10 inute oil change and expect to wait 2 hours.
