We worked with Tiffani at Ethan Allen to furnish a space in home we had just purchased. Tiffani was full of creative ideas and truly took the time to listen to our ideas and understand our style. She helped us pick the perfect furnishings and custom fabrics for our space, taking the style of our entire home and our preferences into account. She was also incredibly responsive and a great communicator. We had a wonderful experience working with Tiffani and look forward to working with her again!

We recently received a delivery from Ethan Allen. Just had to comment on the delivery men & service. Delivery men arrived exactly on time. They were dressed in clean uniforms & had a neat appearance. They were polite and answered all questions in reference to our item. Also, the delivery truck & equipment used was in excellent condition. Ethan Allen deserves an A+.

My husband and I met with Tiffani and had a great experience! She walked us through the process of designing our living room furniture layout. She had great insight and ideas and was receptive to our thoughts as well. We would highly recommend Tiffani and Ethan Allen in Woodbury. We actually enjoyed and had fun with the experience, which doesn’t always happen when you and your spouse have different ideas!

Designer and delivery people were great. Unfortunately, one chair has hole in back--- I was told of this in advance and that it would be repaired. One of the dining chairs, however, had one leg that was shorter than the other... such that the chair wobbled. This was not identified in advance. Designer assures me that both issues will be fixed. Soon...I hope.

Our salesperson was excellent. The furniture is beautiful. Minor damage upon delivery that is a hassle to get resolved. After 3 weeks still waiting for repair. This definitely casts a negative feeling over our experience

Our house is full of Ethan Allen furniture. You cant beat their high quality furniture that has so many options to customize to your style. But more importantly, they stand behind their product when we needed them to. Colleen Liberman, at the Woodbury location, helped us when our cushions on a sofa we had purchased wasnt holding its form as it should. We received great service and action to our satisfaction.

We have been big fans of the staff at Ethan ALLEN for the past 15 years. The team at EA have done just about every room in our house. We have worked with many of the designers at Ethan ALLEN, but our favorite team member and a hidden gem for the company is Christine Happel the store manager. She has done so much to ensure all our projects and experiences have always been completed with the highest level of professionalism and pride. I’d highly recommend using the EA team.

Our table pads are perfect as is our table and chairs. Perfect and friendly service.
